07/03/2024: We celebrated mum's retirement in this place and we were really satisfied.
From the first moment Mr. Salvatore was available and ready to accommodate all our requests and satisfy our needs without any hesitation. With patience and irony, which never hurts, he organized the lunch, even advising us against his own interests. He is a chef who does not limit himself to being in the kitchen, but always seeks contact with his customers, creating a welcoming environment in which you feel at ease.
Excellent quality fish. Abundant. Variety. Excellent value for money.
Congratulations to all the staff who pay the utmost attention to the customer.

Very good Sicilian cuisine with original flavours, I wholeheartedly recommend it... oh I forgot the chef is very attentive to all the customer's priorities.
Excellent assortment of Sicilian and national wines. I will definitely go back.
Thanks to the staff and especially to his son Giuseppe, a young man full of empathy and professional seriousness.

25/02/2024: Amici mie is a welcoming bistro (20 seats) where you can spend pleasant evenings in the company of friends. The chef, Gabriele Oliva, despite his young age, demonstrates mastery and knowledge in dealing with traditional dishes but also innovative combinations. Personally, I had never tried the squid-chickpea combination and was pleasantly surprised. The manager and I presume also the owner is a histrionic and easy-going gentleman, always able to make the customer smile.
Special mention, infinitely appreciated the choice to serve the Moka to our request for coffee. Super recommended.

04/04/2024: A true Sicilian Chef capable of keeping traditions alive, with the highest quality! You eat very well but above all a lot, I also recommend a walk on the beach to make everything even more beautiful! GREAT CARLOTTA ❤️
04/03/2024: We had lunch with the fixed menu formula. €35 starters and first courses.
The 14 starters were very good, apart from the mussels which seemed a little old.
Starters I would give 4 and a half stars. The first courses were so and so, apart from the one with the swordfish sauce which was very good.
Excellent service, the waiters were very friendly and effective (and even offered an encore of the courses).
I highly recommend it if you want to have a quiet lunch, with lots of quality fish-based food.

20/12/2023: Un ottimo dopo cena con cannolo di ricotta con cialda al torroncino e cheesecake entrambi davvero buonissimi. Decorazione della cheesecake molto particolare, con crema al formaggio frescae leggera.
07/11/2023: Ogni volta che io ed il mio compagno vogliamo concederci una coccola gourmet sappiamo che questo è il posto giusto! I piatti sono un piacere sia per gli occhi che per il palato, elaborati con ricercatezza dallo chef e serviti con eleganza. Il personale di sala è gentile ed attento. Torno sempre volentieri e lo consiglio caldamente.

We went to your restaurant, ordered a mussel dish and within 4 hours my friend and I felt terrible. We had food poisoning, the mussels were not fresh. I'm sorry, because all the other times I've come, I've always been satisfied.

They brought us two mixed appetizers taken at random from the most expensive on the menu without ever having ordered them or rather... faced with a request for two portions of mixed chips they brought us kebabs, horse meatballs, potato meatballs etc etc. .without ever having ordered them for the modest sum of 70 euros!
A burger king style hamburger: 10.00 euros
A cold cuts platter 20.00 euros!
A portion of sacher: 6.00 euros.
75 cl tap water €2.50!!!
In short, a real but poor jewelry store.
Change profession.

02/04/2024: Terrible service... non-existent menu... Dishes presented verbally and moreover never arrived, food was brought to us at their convenience, variety of dishes non-existent, in addition to the fish menu they were not ready for a menu of meat or much less vegetarian... Single first course minimum quantity of 4 precise packets, second course poor, appetizer mainly composed of pickles and presented all combined in a single dish... Upon request for a second course of meat we were presented with a skewer of chops with french fries, shameful not to even have boiled or baked potatoes... Terrible children's menu, thin and fried cutlet, probably in old oil because it looked black... We were verbally offered some dishes that suited them, I repeat, while we noticed that at the next table the dishes were much better and varied compared to the one offered to us... Aren't all customers the same?? Isn't the menu the same for everyone?? But we still paid an excessive amount... I conclude by saying that the value for money is terrible... I strongly advise against it, none of the 16 people at the table were satisfied... never again!!

04/11/2023: The food is good, mussels au gratin well cooked and tasty. The first one was delicious and well seasoned! Wine to avoid :) but overall drinkable. We went in autumn, we were just one table for lunch and everything worked well! For me it's a good place, :)
Nice, rustic location in front of the sea. Kind and friendly chef and gentleman who serves :)

Cibo pessimo, porzioni misere e prezzi esorbitanti.
12,5 euro per una frittura con 3 anelli di calamari contorniati da palline di frittura da mangiare quasi con il cucchiaio.
Cozze pessime.
06/11/2023: Sono stato in questo posto molti anni fa, purtroppo l'ho trovato un po' peggiorato nella qualità del cibo (con considerevole aumento dei prezzi)
