17/07/2024: È una piccola trattoria in riva al mare con pochi posti e quindi è necessario prenotare con largo anticipo, dista una ventina di minuti da vulcano porto e la strada non è delle migliori ma giuro che ne vale la pena! Il servizio è eccellente, sono tutti attenti e gentile ai Bisogni del cliente. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, non ci sono davvero parole per definirlo. È tutto eccezionale, dall’antipasto al dolce!
Prendete il tonno con la cipolla perché è sublime! Freschissimo come tutto il resto!
Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo raccomandiamo a tutti!

23/08/2024: Il locale è il classico bar sulla spiaggia, spartano, senza troppe pretese, il posto dove ti fermeresti per mangiare un gelato o bere un caffè mentre sei al mare. Entro con i piedi ancora sporchi di sabbia e ciò che trovo è una distesa di tavola calda siciliana di ogni tipo, talmente invitante da non sapere cosa scegliere. La scelta poi ricade sulla pizza capricciosa e su un calzone al prosciutto e formaggio, tutto talmente buono che siamo tornati il giorno seguente per pranzo, prendendo il pane cunzato alla Norma e la pizza con le patate. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
12/08/2024: Alloggiavamo a 10 minuti a piedi da questo ristorante e non potevamo fare a meno di tornarci ogni sera a mangiare. Noi , non mangiando pesce abbiamo trovato in questo luogo un ottima alternativa per mangiare piatti tipici e non solo. Pizza ottima napoletana e personale gentilissimo e disponibile. tempo di attesa accettabile . Siamo venuti in alta stagione. Prezzi un po’ più alti della media ma niente di impressionante. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono . Consigliamo di provare pane cunzato e schiacciata . Torneremo sicuramente.

I would like to thank Gianni and his staff for being the soul of an event that I will hardly forget. Without him everything would have had a different "taste".
31/07/2024: Wij vroegen of we hier alleen een drankje konden nuttigen. Dat kon, geen probleem. Wij 2 biertjes besteld, menukaart doorgenomen om misschien die avond terug te komen en biertjes opgedronken en de rekening gevraagd.
Waar wij erg van schrokken. Biertjes €12,- en servicekosten €6,- totaal €18,-
We zeiden nog dat wij dit belachelijk vonden voor 2 biertjes te brengen, maar moesten dit wel betalen. Oplichters zijn het. Uiteraard gaan wij hier nooit meer terug.

19/08/2024: We were seated at a table and then no one even looked at us for a while. A table left with a better view so once it was cleared and they didn’t put a ‘reserved’ sign down, we waved a waiter down to ask if we can move to it and then order. They said we can’t move, it’s not possible. I said well we haven’t ordered anything yet. They said no.
We then walked out. Bizarre vibe/weird atmosphere. Wouldn’t recommend. Could be a tourist trap.
17/08/2024: Stay away from this place as is a Tourist's Trap. I felt like a pot of money to them, not a person. Food is just like any other pizzeria, prices are 5 times more. There are a lot of non-written rules, that you are only told after sitting down. You need to order enough for them to say it's enough, if you order food that doesn't meet how much they think you need to spend, they force you to order more dishes, even if you don't feel that hungry, as it's "their rule".

19/08/2024: First time after a week in Sicily that we ate a GOOD mixed fried dish, tried it in 4 other places, and they were all either inedible or they gave you 8 pieces (sometimes it even cost 20 euros)
here 14 euros, good, a nice portion, my girlfriend had 2 first courses (on two different evenings) both good and abundant, so much so that she wasn't able to finish either of them
we leave satisfied

25/08/2024: My only certainty when I go to Marina di Ragusa is a dinner at the La Falena restaurant. It is located at the beginning of the seafront and has very convenient free parking. A place that has many seats but which, despite this, manages to maintain one of the most excellent quality and service in the area. Efficient, kind and fast staff, very varied cuisine from always fresh fish to excellent pizza. I absolutely recommend trying their plate of raw and marinated fish, the mussel soup and absolutely the truffle and shrimp risotto but also the artichoke and shrimp gnocchi! Amazing desserts, don't miss the baked ice cream. I really recommend it to everyone.

21/06/2024: Just a quick stop in the heat of the early afternoon. Drink, pizza and fries. Nice gentle service, attentive not pushy and unrushed. Toilets very clean. Served by 2 ladies who made us feel welcome. Thank you
16/06/2024: Awesome service and the food is amazing. Had a wonderful swordfish and Etna wines, and my husband got pasta carbonara. The owner/waiter is so nice and friendly. We would go back in a heartbeat. Not too expensive, but nice white tablecloths and nice family atmosphere. The wife Angela and kids were super sweet, too. The service was perfect and friendly and the owner sent us a limoncello shot to finish our evening. Secret: the lemon torte is stunningly good. I am missing it already.
Great for seafood and pasta. And the little church next door and fountain offers plenty of people watching and singing. Only one of the four fountains are working in the fountain... and the wait staff says to NOT drink the fountain water.
