09/12/2025: The pizza is very, very good, especially for those with celiac disease. Polite and friendly staff, simple and clean environment. Long waits, every time; sitting down at 8:00 PM with the dining room almost empty and eating pizza at 9:30 PM is not a good idea. I think the problem is due to the fact that they do a lot of takeout. I hope they fix this problem.

07/12/2025: A truly exceptional apozza, I had a gourmet mortanera with 9-grain dough and it was truly excellent... well done well done

30/11/2025: I don't like this restaurant because I ordered patapizza and I felt that the fries were quite raw and the croquettes were very bad and so I decided to criticize and never eat.

25/11/2025: The food was acceptable, good, but they tried to rip us off with a huge difference in price; I think it was because we were tourists.

13/06/2025: We had booked for outside at 20:30. When we arrived the restaurant was heaving and our table was unavailable. We were offered a glass of prosecco and waited. We were offered a table inside which we grabbed. This place is really busy. Gianne Luca is a true performer. He entertained and informed us about the specials and the menu. The food was prompt and delicious. An excellent meal and we would go again in a heartbeat.

15/09/2025: A pizzeria that operates with minimal staffing. The pizzas are very good. The dishes are disposable. Unfortunately, the wine has to be drunk from a plastic glass, so I prefer bringing my own. The staff is very friendly.

11/09/2025: Pizzeria "La Gioiosa" is mostly a takeaway place, but there are also some tables (a little basic) where you set your own table. The pizzas aren't bad...especially the dough is very light...but I prefer a normal pizzeria where they serve you at the tables.

28/12/2025: Service minus 10; exorbitant and completely unjustified cost; incompetent staff.

10/10/2025: A beach resort with a wonderfully beautiful view. There are various terraces and a small pool where they host aperitifs. It also serves as a restaurant for weddings and has a sea-view bar.

02/10/2025: A very beautiful place on the sea, with ample and convenient parking with access from the main road. The food and wines are quality, though the desserts, I'd say, are less so. We returned after three days.

24/09/2025: A charming place to visit, especially in summer to enjoy the view. The first courses, the desserts, are good, but the selection is limited, and the semifreddo and almond parfait are very icy. The selection of bitters is very limited (only two).

02/03/2026: We entered the restaurant for a simple toasted sandwich. While we waited, the child had sat at one of the tables, but we were immediately asked to let him stand up because they were setting the table. When I asked if he could eat at the table, the owner replied that we would have to pay a cover charge, even if it was just a toasted sandwich. Leaving aside the fact that, after spending €6.50 for a toasted sandwich and four fries, they could have allowed a child to eat there without causing any problems, especially considering it was still 5:00 PM and the restaurant was empty, the thing that bothered me most was the fact that they made him stand up even though it was only for a few minutes. The owner also answered my questions in an unpleasant tone. A little kindness and flexibility wouldn't hurt. We won't be returning.

05/02/2026: I took glovo from Marco's, must say pizza was amazing! Delicious juicy with tomatoes a lot of aromatic fragrances, everything was fresh. That was my little dream to try italian pizza, glad I took it from here, wasn't dissapointed. Good choice👌🏻

25/01/2026: Service is a disaster. Zero customer service.

18/01/2026: We had a reservation for 12:00 on New Year’s Day, but were not seated until 12:47. During this time, staff repeatedly told us it would be “another 10 minutes,” which was said multiple times without any clear update or honesty about the delay. While waiting, we could overhear staff discussing that the owner had decided to open at 12 following New Year’s celebrations, and that several staff members did not want to be there. When we eventually entered the restaurant, tables were still being set up, and we were asked to wait in a seating area for a further extended period. Once seated, we were not provided with menus or offered drinks. After asking three separate times for menus—each time being told “five minutes”—a further 15 minutes passed with no service. At that point, we decided to leave. For an establishment that presents itself as high-end and holds a Michelin star, this level of organisation, service, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Delays can happen, but poor communication, lack of basic service, and unprofessional behaviour are not acceptable at this standard. The experience did not meet expectations, and staff training and customer service clearly need improvement.

16/12/2025: A place immersed in nature, a well-maintained and restored old farmhouse, excellent service, and a very professional maître d' who gave us truly excellent advice. We ate truly deliciously, everything freshly cooked to order, generous portions, and very well prepared (compliments to the chef). We will definitely return with other friends and, above all, we will recommend it to anyone who wants to eat in an excellent and welcoming place. Thank you, you satisfied us all and also gave us plenty of time to taste and chat in peace. Congratulations to all the staff.

03/02/2026: There were two of us at the restaurant, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very attentive and friendly, the pizza was excellent and reasonably priced. The ambiance could be improved, but overall it was really great.

06/01/2026: 4 out of 4 diners had indigestion after a dinner of mixed fried appetizers and pizza.

02/10/2025: Sea food is so fresh! The best pasta I’ve ever had in Europe! All members of this restaurant are so lovely. Definitely recommend and we’ll come back every time when we are in Sicily.

21/01/2026: The pasta with sardines and squid was delicious. I ordered the grilled version, even though it wasn't on the menu! Great stuff with Local Food and See Food! Everything was delicious and fresh! The grilled vegetable bliuder was delicious! My husband and I are very picky eaters, but this was truly delicious, and I highly recommend it!

21/11/2025: A highly recommended restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. I had the Stuzzichini misto as a starter and the Tris alla Griglia afterwards – both were excellent.

21/02/2026: The food ordered was tasty, they had large portions. I give 1 mark to the service because we asked for a table for 3 people, including a child, and although there were enough free tables inside, they sat us outside even though it was quite cold. Some waiters don't know English, and if you don't speak Italian they are very rushed and don't give you any explanations. We asked for the bill to pay, we left the money on the table and then they shouted for us to come and pay!!!

20/02/2026: I tasted a delicious grilled horse meat.

04/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic! A terrace practically on the beach! We went around 4pm, we were in the sun with delicious drinks and cakes!

15/02/2026: The grapipitittu appetizer was unsatisfactory. The excessive lemon juice covered the flavors of the questionable amount of fish. The cold couscous was good. The grilled calamari was rubbery, tasteless, and undercooked, "left on the plate." The mixed fried fish was also rubbery and mushy. It's a shame, expectations were different.
