28/08/2024: A haven of peace and tranquility located 5 minutes by car from the town of Scopello. Sunset in your garden with a glass of wine contemplating the bay.....priceless. We took the portion of cheese and two sea bass with salt. They also dropped 2 bottles of delicious white wine "Acchianata" The attentive and friendly service. Totally recommended. We cost 150 euros for two people, and it clearly compensates with the quality of the raw materials and the service.

20/08/2024: We managed to find a place the same evening, calling shortly before so it was excellent. Very good food and fresh fish. The swordfish rolls are highly recommended. Excellent value for money. A bit of a long wait for the bill but in their defense there was a large table present.

26/08/2024: Waited for over an hour and a half to get food when it wasn’t even very busy for a table of 10. Starters came at the same time as mains. The grilled fish, except one, was dry, with no sauce served. The pasta with aubergine was delicious. The waiters were nice and the view was also good.

26/06/2024: We were recommended this restaurant for lunch after arriving at our hotel a short walk away for lunch on a hot hot day. What a pleasant surprise. A true family run restaurant with the best fried sea bass filleted in front of of us. Great service and extremely well priced. Asked for the bill for 4 to be split between us. Thought the bill had been split but in fact it hadn’t so a delightful finale

20/06/2024: A pranzo con mio marito, mia sorella e mio cognato, siamo andati quasi per caso in questo locale. Non ci siamo assolutamente pentiti della scelta, anzi. Tutti piatti a base di pesce, uno più buono dell’altro! Dalla caponata di pescespada e zuppa di cozze al rosmarino, ai tagliolini ai ricci, ai secondi: trancio di tonno con pistacchi e cipolla caramellata, polpo ops, triglie fritte, è stato un crescendo di portate squisite, il tutto completato da una gradevole location e dalla professionalità del gestore e del personale di sala. Quando torneremo a Siracusa, certamente andremo nuovamente all’Antica Locanda per gustare nuovamente i suoi ottimi piatti.

20/08/2024: Booked with The Fork, they didn't let me sit because it was overbooked (their business), they asked me to cancel the reservation so that my rating wouldn't be lowered for them, and instead they themselves wrote that I didn't show up. Terrible service.

20/08/2024: Really delicious food, highly recommended restaurant! The service was also excellent, the dishes arrived quickly and the staff were really friendly. The only flaw, we made a reservation for 10pm but waited almost an hour before sitting down. Let's say that it's not exactly the best when you make a reservation, because you expect to be seated as quickly as possible, but the friendliness of the staff and the goodness of the food make up for it all. Overall a place I would happily return to!

03/09/2024: Abbiamo mangiato sabato sera in questo ristorante… fettuccine con astice congelata spacciata per fresca, addirittura via vai continuo di persone che prendevano pesce…chissà da dove viene preso Cameriera che prendeva il pane con le mani come se fosse a casa sua…mai più Locale da ispezionare

05/07/2024: Il titolare fabio, persona ottima , pacifica e tranquilla. Il cameriere Fabio molto organizzato pacifico e tranquillo. Il capo sala Fabio anche esso pacifico e tranquillo. Il cibo ottimo, pesce fresco. Luogo divertente e tranquillo. Lo consiglio vivamente, a chi non soffre di mal di testa.

28/08/2024: 6 of us had dinner (4 adults and two children), booking in advance because the first time we couldn't find a free table 😆. The restaurant is located in a private alley next to the port, where it is easy to find parking within walking distance. The friendly Vincenzo, son of the owner and chef Nino, welcomed us and followed us in the choice of dishes. Delicious and fresh raw seafood, the first courses super seasoned and delicious (pasta with sea urchins, top!), the mix of starters fresh and tasty. The wine list also varies. We will be back!! Highly recommended

26/08/2024: Meraviglioso locale rustico, anni ‘80, dove non si bada alla forma ma tanto alla sostanza. La maggior parte dei locali in zona, anche molto più costosi, hanno tutto pesce congelato. Al Ristorante Itali tutto il pesce è SUPER FRESCO. A dimostrazione del vero pesce fresco e non surgelato, la seconda sera che siamo tornati, essendo arrivati noi in ritardo per un tour guidato (e ci hanno atteso con lo stesso sorriso di sempre), il crudo e altri piatti erano terminati. Consigliamo VIVAMENTE l’antipasto Carrellata Italia, un tripudio di bontà siciliane che ho continuato a sognare per tutto il giorno successivo. Ottimo anche il Crudo di pesce, quasi dolce, MERAVIGLIOSO. Posto ideale per chi cerca vero pesce fresco e i veri sapori siciliani. Sconsigliato per chi pensa di essere a Forte dei Marmi e vuole le poltroncine imbottite e il cibo di plastica. Ultima cosa, un caro ringraziamento al ragazzo (credo Vincenzo, o Enzo), figlio dei proprietari. Gentilissimo. A presto, saluti da Firenze.

31/08/2024: The Lido is very well located. Come early in the morning (before 10 a.m.) or otherwise book because the deckchairs leave very quickly and the number is very limited. The price is a little high (30€ per person). Has showers and you can order drinks, the waiters come to the beach. Regarding the restaurant, don't hesitate to ask to be upstairs, the view is really great. The pizzas were a little overcooked and salty but the value for money was very good. I recommend this beach rather than Isola Bella, which is far too dense with tourists at this time.

29/08/2024: The view of the bay from the water is certainly very beautiful and the food is delicious. 30€ per person But the loungers are just super expensive. And you can also be unlucky and end up in really unattractively narrow places. The loungers are also very narrow, which is due to the small bay. There is not much space to swim out and some disgusting things end up in the water from the boats.

27/08/2024: Finally a real fish restaurant We ordered 1 bar and mussels which were excellent and very well served on a terrace overlooking the sea even though it was dark it was very pleasant Impeccable service and very warm welcome from the boss who speaks French To recommend

24/08/2024: Owner who is grumpy and rude to say the least, service I would say needs to be improved a lot. Spaghetti with sea urchins and spaghetti with clams were delicious, excellent, mixed fried fish really poor and not up to the standard of the restaurant, good location.
