18/11/2025: I'm a longtime customer of this place. Unfortunately, I have to admit that the food has definitely gotten worse. We had a truly pitiful fried food. It tasted of rancid and used oil. For the prices, I was truly disappointed.

16/11/2025: My family and I decided to enjoy a lovely lunch at this beautiful location, which offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, given the pleasantly mild weather, though unusual for the season. We ate seafood and it was an absolutely positive culinary experience: we enjoyed the Kephos mixed appetizer, but especially the scampi risotto, as well as the varied main courses: swordfish, tuna steak, mixed fried fish with battered vegetables, and mixed grill. The quality/quantity ratio was absolutely satisfactory, and the final price was reasonable for what we consumed (note that the three coffees and one liqueur were not included in the bill, so they offered them). The service was okay, but the wait was a bit long (obviously, the food is prepared instantly, which has some mitigating factors, but if they could speed up the ordering process, it would certainly be better). The owners are friendly and attentive. Worth highlighting on the positive side was the rare occasion when the chef, in our case, came to our table to get our feedback on the dishes served and thus assess our level of satisfaction. IT'S OK!

07/12/2025: We had lunch at the Cozza d’Oro on our visit to Sicily. This is our second trip and again this seafood restaurant gem!! The location atmosphere and food was a 10!! Maurizio Bruno and chef and staple of the Cozza d’Oro Cettina were wonderful! We had a variety of fresh seafood also fried and some delicious pasta and seafood dishes ! Highly recommend La Cozza d’Oro of Augusta Sicily .

13/10/2025: I have been here twice in 2018 & 2025 and I must say that here I felt the most chilled atmosphere. Food is good and has a touch of gourmet to complete each dish. Definitely recommended.

22/09/2025: Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Spent two days here and enjoyed both of those days. Drinks were good food was amazing.

15/09/2025: Very beautiful beach, the water is clean. We were there as early as 9 a.m., and it wasn't very busy. For me, swimming here is much nicer than in Taormina, but everyone has their own preferences. Parking is available for tourists a few streets away; you can't park directly on the beach.

21/11/2025: Beautiful restaurant. Attentive, helpful, and very professional staff. I celebrated my birthday with some friends and we were delighted. Excellent, expertly prepared food. The owner was delightful and guided us with a smile and excellent advice. I recommend it to everyone.

28/11/2025: When choosing a restaurant, please note a specific design element: there is a very large and realistic spider figure above the entrance. Those who feel uncomfortable at the sight of arachnids may want to take this into account. Personally, I have decided to choose another place.

30/10/2025: The pizza was good, as it is everywhere in Italy. The carbonara was terrible, and the lasagna was also not recommended.

24/10/2025: We were at this restaurant tonight. We chose a main course from the menu and were served an extraordinary dish, balanced in flavor and presentation. While we were dining, the chef appeared, apologizing for the mistake (the dish had, he claimed, been mistakenly prepared according to the original recipe) and insisted we try the original dish, which was served very quickly. Needless to say, both dishes were prepared extraordinarily well. There was certainly no serious mistake, but they showed extreme attention to the customers who place their trust in them. The place is tastefully decorated, refined, quiet, and well-attended. The staff is always smiling and perfect. I'd say they deserve more than 10 out of 10.

28/09/2025: Nice charcuterie board and amazing pizza. The staff was friendly and the location was nice and with a warm atmosphere. Not very expensive, about 67€ for the charcuterie board, two pizza, half a litre of white wine, one limoncelo spritz and we brought a few pieces of pizza that we couldn't finish. Highly recommend.

16/10/2025: Portions were small for pretty unremarkable food - lunch menu price seems fine for such a tourist saturated area, until you’re charged an additional 3 euro per person for a cover charge, which does not include any bread etc. I’d absolutely say avoid.

10/12/2025: Excellent, fresh fish, which they also cook. They make pasta sauces to take home.

30/08/2025: Great fish store. You'll have everything from anchovies to shrips, swordfish, bass etc. Probably a selection of 25-30 distinct products freshly available. Service is super friendly.

12/12/2025: Fantastic food and amazing service. This place is just a few feet from the beach and right at the town square with such charm.

27/10/2025: Great restaurant with delicious pizza! We had two pizzas, salad, a bottle of wine, amaro, and desert for about €65. Very good.
