15/02/2025: Per la prima volta ho mangiato un couscous fatto ad opera d'arte; "incucciato" a mano come da vera tradizione, con pesce di primissima qualità, pistacchio di Bronte e prezzemolo fresco, accompagnato dal brodo di rana pescatrice. Sublime, perfetto, buonissimo. Crudo di pesce spada e di gamberi rossi da togliere il fiato. Tanto di cappello, 5 stelle sono poche.

23/12/2024: We had booked a table for two people. About 45 minutes before the booking time, I was contacted by one of the managers of the venue, who asked me to possibly bring forward my booking for some reasons related to their possible management and to close the venue early. Left with doubts, we arrived at the location not finding any customers inside the restaurant. Therefore, we had deduced that the managers wanted to bring forward our appointment only to no longer have any customers in order to close the place early. A little dazed, we still decided to sit at the table but together with us we had the wonderful surprise of also having a beautiful stray kitten as company, the latter, precisely, entered the restaurant with us. The waiter/manager asked us if the presence of this kitten was appreciated, and obviously, being animal lovers, we gave our favorable opinion. The manager, without thinking about the fact that, alas, without any request to the customers, should have left it outside the small area of ​​the restaurant due to health and hygiene regulations. Not for the question of the kitten, but for the way of the managers of the place who, starting from the phone call to anticipate the appointment and then at the place appeared really bored and annoyed at having, presumably, their first customers of the evening, unfortunately we decided to get up from the table even before placing the orders and leave receiving only a goodbye greeting. But a goodbye that will never happen again.

06/12/2024: I can define myself as a customer of the place, or rather a former one because following what happened last night I no longer intend to go there even for a take-away pizza. The evening had gone well, excellent pizzas as usual and friendly staff but at the end of the evening the owner, or I think it was him, decided to sit at the table behind me to watch the football match and smoke calmly as if he had been alone or outdoor. My words and my ironic reproachful thanks were of no use, he simply continued to smoke and watch the game without even giving me a gesture or a reply. Apart from the fact that it is prohibited by law and HACCP regulations, but at least make sure that it bothers your customers, which in fact it did because all 4 were ex-smokers or non-smokers, or turn around and pay attention to me. Bad, it's not done and he'll never see me again.

02/03/2025: Gentilezza e cortesia accompagnano il buon cibo. Ci trovavamo ad Acireale in occasione del Carnevale e cercavamo un luogo dove poter pranzare in maniera adeguata. Spostandoci tra i vicoli del centro storico, abbiamo scorto, questa trattoria tipica siciliana che proponeva menù fisso di carnevale. Locale pieno e naturalmente c'era parecchia gente in attesa fuori dal locale. Pertanto chiedo se era possibile sedersi ( noi eravamo in 4, 2 adulti e due bambine di 5anni), il cameriere molto gentile mi spiega la situazione e mi dice che se avevamo la.paziemza di attendere 30 minuti ci avrebbero dato la possibilità di pranzare. E così è stato ci hanno fatto accomodare e ci hanno servito in tempi brevi. Il menù prevedeva del dei maccheroni al sugo, salsiccia al sugo con patate e chiacchiere a chiusura. Nonostante il menù fisso era tutto molto buono, casareccio e tipico. La titolare è una persona squisita, i suoi collaboratori, tutti giovani, gentili cortesi educati e preparati. Da tornarci in occasioni diverse per scoprire altre prelibatezze alla carta.

24/03/2025: Siamo stati attirati dalle recensioni positive di Tripadvisor su questo piccolo ristorante fuori dalle vie centrali di Ortigia. Il menù non offriva grande scelta pertanto ci siamo orientati su piatti di pesce abbastanza classici, cozze, tonno e calamari. Qualità così così, senza infamia e senza lode. Servizio scadente: non ci hanno portato il pane, e lo abbiamo dovuto chiedere dopo circa 20 minuti di attesa. tempi decisamente lunghi visto che il locale era mezzo vuoto. Anche a fine cena abbiamo avuto problemi infatti dopo alcuni tentativi di contattare il cameriere per i dolci abbiamo desistito. Attenzione al cliente decisamente da migliorare soprattutto per un locale defilato come questo dove se vuoi competere devi offrire un servizio migliore in termini di qualità e servizio.

23/03/2025: Piatti particolari, preparati con prodotti tipici siracusani. Lo chef ha ideato piatti particolari come le melanzane, toma e cioccolato (da non perdere) e il dessert con la riduzione di Nero D’Avola di alto livello. I primi piatti non sono da meno con servizio accogliente. Ci ritorneremo sicurante.

Personale di sala qualificato, preparato, gentile, mettendo il cliente a proprio agio specialmente in presenza di clienti con intolleranze dando ogni supporto e consigli validi. Qualità dei prodotti ottima ed equilibrato il conto. Ottimo x trascorrere dei momenti di relax mentre di consumano i pasti specialmente in famiglia.

16/10/2024: In attesa della mia vacanza nelle Isole Eolie ero in cerca di consigli su ristoranti dove trovare qualità ad una cifra giusta. L'albergatore dell' Hotel Villa Diana mi ha consigliato E Puledra ed io ne sono rimasta veramente felice e soddisfatta. Il ristorante è molto bello, un giardino che non ti aspetti curato nei minimi dettagli che ti fa respirare aria siciliana in ogni dettaglio. Proprietari e cameriere gentilissimi e professionali. Cibo delizioso, ingredienti di prima qualità, porzioni per me abbondanti, esecuzione perfetta. Vino servito a temperatura. La guancia di vitello con caponatina mi ha conquistata. Dopo vari pranzi e cene fallimentari, da E Pulera ho trovato ciò che davvero meritava di essere provato, gustato e apprezzato.

06/11/2024: The Lido Zabbara is a real tip. There is a great beach area (including loungers and umbrellas) right next to the restaurant. Highly recommended is the buffet with antipasti and the fresh fish that arrives in the harbor in the morning and is on your plate at lunchtime. The house wine is also highly recommended, but there is also a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The team, the previous owner Jojo, who handed the restaurant over to his son, is friendly and accommodating. And Jojo is still on board. We were there with a small private group and enjoyed the antipasti or fish and the beach every day when we returned from an excursion, whether lunch or evening. Our hotel was diagonally opposite the Lido.

08/03/2025: Yesterday I celebrated my son's 18th birthday at BCool beach, I found the place very clean, the staff very polite and friendly with my guests. First choice food and cooked really well. My guests gave me all the compliments. The owner Salvo and especially his collaborator Alex Tignino were truly professional in everything. They did even more than agreed upon. 100% satisfied.
