A very good family dinner, featuring cuisine based on regional products with original flavors. The appetizers were delicious (smoked beef carpaccio crostini, Etna cheese and Tropea onion cheesecake… orecchiette alla vongole with smoked provolone and cime di Râpe…). Impeccable service. A beautiful seaside location, nicely breezy on this summer evening.

I tried not to go, out of a sense of contradiction, because practically everyone recommended it to me! Eventually, I gave in and went, and it turned out to be the best choice I could have made! Exceptional food, attentive but never intrusive service, a delightful atmosphere. Alas, I've become one of those who will recommend it!

aLevante was off-the-charts good. The setting by the sea is beautiful, and the wine selection is excellent. Those who ordered the Rosé aLevante—swordfish involtini with potato purée, raisins, anchovies, pine nuts, wild rocket and caramelised Tropea onion—were delighted, as were those who chose the ravioli. I had the tagliatelle with octopus and Palazzolo truffle, and I almost fell off my chair.

I've been to aLevante and I can say it was one of those experiences that leaves you truly satisfied. The dishes are generous, the fish is incredibly fresh and you can taste it right away: every bite is bursting with flavor. Everything is cooked with care, without overshadowing the quality of the ingredients.
But the real difference is the staff: extremely kind, always present but never intrusive, attentive to every need. I felt welcomed and at ease throughout the evening.
When you find good food, generous portions, and people who work with a smile, you already want to come back. Kudos to the whole team; keep it up!

The staff were up against it when we arrived as they had limited water due to a supply issue in the area. They rose to the challenge and provided us with an evening to remember. The food was amazing as were the staff. The food is what you will go for but it’s the infectious happiness of the staff that will keep you coming back. Thank you. 👌
