We went for dinner with family and a friend, and the experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived around 10:15 pm, worried that they wouldn't let us eat because of the time… but it was quite the opposite. They gave us a fantastic welcome and let us sit on the lovely, well-designed outdoor patio. The restaurant has an old-fashioned/traditional style, but it's very cozy and charming. The food was spectacular and plentiful. In fact, we were so hungry and worried about not getting enough that we ended up ordering a lot… and there was still food left over. We tried several appetizers: salsiccia, pane carasau with cheese, and some exquisitely steamed mussels. We also ordered the fregola for two—a paella-like dish and a minimum of two people—and it was incredible. Then we couldn't resist the classic porceddu and the daily special, a Mediterranean-style ombrina, both of which were spectacular. The quality of the ingredients and the chef's touch are very noticeable, bringing out all the flavors beautifully. It was all accompanied by a very good Vermentino wine. The only negative point, and luckily we noticed it in time, was that three of the four glasses had small, almost imperceptible chips or cracks on the rim. In fact, when I checked one, I cut my thumb and found a tiny piece of glass. We were a little worried that our one-year-old daughter might have hurt herself. Even so, the experience was very good, and it's a place we definitely recommend.

Passing by, I stopped at Marco and Caterina's for dinner; the large plate of carasau bread with pecorino and sausage, the caponata, and the lightly smoked beef were all excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful—what more could you ask for?

EXCELLENT! Absolutely recommended! Everything was perfect from start to finish, the service was very warm and friendly – ​​even our two dogs were welcome. The suckling pig was a real highlight – there are also very tasty dishes for vegetarians – the ravioli with seasonal vegetables was excellent. THE BEST TIRAMISU we have ever eaten (all three of us said so!) Excellent value for money!
