The quality of the ingredients is simply exceptional: every dish tastes of the sea, with authentic flavors and attention to detail. From appetizers to main courses, everything is prepared with great care and passion. The raw fish is incredibly fresh and melts in your mouth, while the first courses are rich yet balanced.
The staff is friendly, professional, and always available to recommend the best pairings, including wine pairings. The atmosphere is welcoming!
The quality-price ratio is more than fair for what's on offer. Definitely one of those places you'll want to return to.
22/03/2026: Wow, the restaurant has only been open for a few days and its cuisine is truly worthy of attention. Raw seafood and first courses are prepared with phenomenal ingredients, 5-star plating, attentive service, we felt at home, I am convinced that this restaurant will be very successful, seeing is believing, we will definitely be back.

20/03/2026: A truly charming little place, a delightful surprise right in the center of the village. Tastefully decorated, with thoughtful and evocative lighting. Traditional dishes are revisited with truly perfect flavor combinations. Gabriella welcomed us with her delightful hospitality and welcome. The service was attentive and never intrusive. Definitely worth a try! We'll be back! The lounge bar on the road to Porto Pino is also impeccably managed. Friendly, smiling, and delicious croissants! All the beauty of Sardinia!
08/03/2026: Very lovely restaurant with an exceptionally friendly host. The food was excellent – thoughtfully selected dishes, perfectly balanced, and just the right portion sizes. The dessert was also a real highlight. Overall, everything was spot on, and the value for money is absolutely fair. We would be happy to come back!

05/10/2025: A smile doesn't cost much; in fact, I'd say it's free. We've been to this restaurant before, and I can confirm the food is excellent, so 5 stars for the cuisine. I'm sorry we came at a time of mourning, given that the entire staff was involved.
We'll return, hoping for a welcome befitting a restaurant.
24/09/2025: Good restaurant in Palau, seafood-based cuisine, well-prepared and complete fish and seafood dishes. We ordered Burrata Salad and a grilled fish and seafood. Both dishes were very good and the quantity was good. Recommended.

16/10/2025: Lovely atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere. We had mussel soup as an appetizer and grilled sea bass and vegetables as a main course.
The food was excellent.
However, the total bill was a bit disappointing. The quality/price ratio was too low for the location and the outskirts of town.
14/10/2025: I stopped in for a quick lunch after reading the reviews. The welcome was warm and the place was nice. I ordered a seafood salad, completely tasteless and of questionable quality, and some roasted cuttlefish, which were neither good nor bad.

We came here with the intention of eating quality Sardinian cuisine, as the reviews boast, but we were very disappointed...
Of the dishes we ordered... see the "receipt" (if you can call it that)... all you could taste was the tomato sauce, which covered the other flavors. The atmosphere was cold, not to mention the unfriendly and inattentive owner, who ignored us. Alas, an experience not to be repeated.

15/03/2026: We had lunch at Oasi, intrigued by the positive reviews, but we really can't explain why. Let's start by saying that I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but it's only right to offer a few tips for those who spend little time in Carloforte.
We had a mix of appetizers, including a hard octopus salad, a vegetable and tuna caponata (I think it was tuna because the flavor was unrecognizable), which was obviously reheated, a tuna mousse, and some frozen tuna with Tropea onions. They looked like they'd just been taken out of the fridge, inedible!
A tartare that looked fresh but had no connection with its seasonings.
The man at the restaurant was kind, no complaints, but the quality was terrible!

Lovely ambiance, plenty of space, very friendly staff, all the food was of very high quality and delicious, the ice cream (especially the olive oil variety) was excellent, and the price/performance ratio was absolutely right. Absolutely well-deserved 5 stars!
