07/05/2025: IL SAGITTARIO, l’unico vero classico ristorante di Polignano a Mare, uno di quelli che ormai non esistono quasi più nelle località turistiche ma che, per fortuna, è riuscito a resistere negli anni grazie alla sua capacità di adeguarsi, evolversi ed adattarsi ai tempi restando sempre ancorato alla tradizione…
Nato come un ristorante a 360 gradi (carne, pesce, pizza), oggi ha inclinato la barra del timone leggermente verso un menù di mare con una scelta vastissima ma, conservando comunque le “certezze” che lo hanno reso noto nel tempo come dei primi stupendi ed abbondanti o come le bistecche che potete ammirare in foto o delle ottime pizze (stile barese).
Uno dei pochissimi locali di Polignano che sono riusciti a mantenere i prezzi ad un livello accettabile, anzi onesto, rimanendo punto di riferimento per tante famiglie e grandi (e piccole) tavolate di Amici.

02/04/2025: Per festeggiare la festa delle nostre ladies, siamo stati a pranzo presso il rinomato ristorante di Polignano a Mare "Il Sagittario". Tutto molto buono, portate extra ed un ringraziamento al sig. Domenico titolare del ristorante per aver esaudito le nostre richieste con piatti che non erano inseriti nel menù. Alla prossima!

15/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per confrontare l’attuale gestione con quella che conoscevamo ai tempi di Cosimino. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto fresco con ottime pietanze. Lo staff ottimo,molto efficiente e garbato. Il costo in linea con i ristoranti dello stesso livello è congruo rispetto alla qualità. Penso ci sia la necessità di rivedere il menù almeno per quel che riguarda gli ingredienti dei vari piatti proposti anche perché siamo rimasti un po’ delusi dal primo che abbiamo ordinato pensando in una preparazione col pomodorino anziché in bianco. Per il resto ok

14/11/2025: Terrible food. We ate orecchiette with turnip tops at this restaurant (we've had them elsewhere and they were very good). They were completely rubbish, completely flavorless. The other dishes were also to be avoided. The tables were so close together that you couldn't even get up, and the restrooms were a total disaster.
11/11/2025: A very nice place and very good food. I had a very good calzone pizza. The pizza dough was a mess, it's a shame there wasn't much topping.

17/07/2025: Presenta non solo una splendida vista sul porto antico della città, suggestivo soprattutto al tramonto e di sera, ma presenta anche un’ottima scelta di piatti tipici di mare e non solo.
17/07/2025: Le terrazze sul porto di San Remo sono molte e tutte sembrano belle, il posto è pieno di ristoranti che offrono cibo di qualità. Noi siamo andati al "Delle Palme" più volte, non ci ha mai deluso. Già, i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli (pizze 10 €, circa 12 € pasta, pesce circa 15 €). La reception è molto gentile e cordiale e parla in italiano ... E soprattutto il cibo è delizioso, abbondante, fresco e pieno di gusto. Menzione speciale per la pizza! E una splendida vista sul porto e sulle palme, non fa male ...

26/07/2025: In vacanza nella meravigliosa Bisceglie, chiediamo un po in giro un Ristorante buono di pesce, ci consigliano Brezza marina.
Prenotiamo e andiamo, ci ritroviamo in un bel ristorante con vista mare meravigliosa, ordiniamo polpette di baccalà, e tonno rosso continuiamo con 1 raviolo ai crostacei e 1 spaghetto alle vongole ottimo vino bianco e 1 dessert.
Location e servizio meravigliosi.
Amaro offerto.

15/11/2025: Excellent restaurant right on the sea. A truly breathtaking view. The food is very tasty and served in generous portions. The service is very efficient. We were here for lunch on a Saturday; it was quite crowded, and everything was perfect!

01/11/2025: Elegant and clean restaurant with a seafront terrace. We ordered Catalan-style shrimp appetizer, a trio of raw fish, spaghetti with clams and bottarga, and paccheri with scampi and stracciata. Dessert was a coffee treat, reasonably priced. The fish was incredibly fresh.
27/10/2025: We really enjoyed it and it tasted good. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food and service are very good.

09/11/2025: So, in a (compound) word: tourist trap.
The pasta with scampi was made like in German or French restaurants pretending to be Italian: a sauce made with cream, a kilo of salt, and sugar. The mussels in the pasta seemed to be from Findus, but the real shock was a €12 plate with 40 grams of fried cod that was neither hot nor flavorful, and above all, VERY LITTLE.

To say everything was perfect is an understatement.
The decor was meticulously designed, Simona was a true professional.
The food was excellent, exquisite. Everything was plated with simplicity and elegance.
The waiters were always present and available to everyone.
The dishes were simple, but with a unique flavor. Finally, cuisine worthy of being savored.
The only shame was not having met them sooner.
But now they're here for us.
