14/06/2026: If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I've traveled a lot in my life, but this is the first time I've ever given such a negative rating. Every day brought an unpleasant surprise. - We booked an apartment partly because of the washing machine, as we have a child. The first time we tested it, the machine didn't work. The hotel sent a technician who confirmed it was broken (the machine was over 20 years old, with rust, a strong odor; the technician himself said the filter was dead). The hotel's response: the machine was working before we arrived; we broke it ourselves. - The kitchen was practically useless, with many utensils missing (no colanders, no water, no bowls). Was it really worth booking an apartment? - On our third night, we returned from Bari at 11 p.m. There was no water in the taps. The hotel's response was, "We're aware of the issue," and then they hung up. No explanations, no apologies. We went to bed filthy. - The hotel's condition is nowhere near what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel; 1 star at best. - Given the restaurant reviews, we decided not to try it. - The hotel has a very chic beach club, but it's not for hotel guests, only for non-guests. We were shown the section for hotel guests, and it was indeed nothing like it. - Swimming in the sea was impossible, despite what the photos showed. Too dangerous. - A swimming cap was mandatory for the pool, which is rather odd for a hotel. I obviously took photos of everything in case the hotel disputes my review.

10/06/2026: Three hundred empty sun loungers, not a single guest, and they made a fuss because we were supposedly in the wrong position. So, from now on, two more will remain empty. Good luck.

11/04/2026: I recently visited this sushi restaurant and the overall experience was truly positive. The food deserves a solid 4/5: the fish was fresh and beautifully presented, with a good variety of dishes on the menu. Some of the dishes were truly excellent, although there's still room for improvement to reach absolute excellence. The service, however, was impeccable (5/5). The staff was friendly, attentive, and always available, without ever being intrusive. Wait times were short, and everything was handled with great professionalism. The ambiance is another strong point (5/5): a refined, elegant, and relaxing place, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The atmosphere truly contributes to a pleasant experience. In conclusion, a restaurant I definitely recommend, especially for those looking for quality, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. 🍣 Compliments to the staff

06/02/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Corigliano d'Otranto. The all-you-can-eat menu is excellent, with excellent value and dishes that are both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. The staff is attentive to detail, friendly, and very professional. We had a wonderful, relaxing evening with friends. I will definitely be back.

21/05/2026: I've been there again. I remember everything was good. But this time, we booked a week ago, a few hours before dinner, and they called us saying they weren't open today because I have few reservations... We had to cancel because they weren't reliable.

11/06/2026: Modern and well-maintained atmosphere. Spacious and bright air-conditioned interior and a fantastic terrace. Salento cuisine with a fixed menu or à la carte seafood and meat dishes. The pizza is delicious, with a light, well-leavened dough and top-quality ingredients. The one with turnips, anchovies, yellow date tomato sauce, mozzarella, smoked burrata, and crumbled tarallo is a real treat. The fried snacks are also very good. The warm Catalan cream is delicious.

20/09/2025: Fantastic! Unfortunately, all the menus in town seem pretty much the same. Not so here, because there aren't any. Local cuisine, just the way you like it. You start with a generous selection of appetizers. Not just the usual fare, but typical regional specialties. If you manage to stick around for the second course, you'll be treated to first-class, handmade pasta in various styles. We didn't have time for the main course, but we did have a legendary tiramisu. Handmade, of course, and incredibly delicious. However, people with cat allergies should avoid this restaurant, as they are everywhere. If you embrace this and enjoy the experience, it's simply fabulous. For me, it's simply the best restaurant in and around Vieste.

02/09/2025: A beautiful, rustic country house near Vieste. We went for lunch and received a very warm welcome. There's no menu; the dishes are chosen based on individual preferences or the owner's recommendations. The typical regional dishes are freshly prepared and incredibly delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience to discover authentic Italian cuisine.

15/03/2026: The staff and waiter were very friendly. The appetizers and food were fresh and really good, and the pizza was excellent too.

15/02/2026: I was there on Saturday, February 14th, and had a great experience. We ordered two starters: tagliolini with scampi and Senatore Cappelli spaghetti with pistachio pesto and swordfish. Both were delicious and well-prepared. For our main course, we had a mixed fried fish platter, which was truly excellent. To finish, we had a tiramisu: the dessert was also excellent. While we waited, they also brought us a complimentary "Ciccio" on the house, a much-appreciated gesture and a sign of customer service. I highly recommend this place. I chose this place because I was staying at their Villa Adelaide for Valentine's Day, and I must say it's truly beautiful and well-kept.

30/04/2026: We arrived at 2:20 PM and were greeted with great hospitality, which is certainly not a given: that alone deserves praise. A truly elegant location, with a splendid seafront view that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly throughout the lunch. The food? Without a doubt, high quality, with fresh ingredients and well-executed dishes. If I really had to find a "quote" (more out of honesty than actual criticism): - I missed the peppery mussels... because a peppery mussel should be peppery, not just a "cozzata" 😉; - on the tiramisu, however, the cocoa was a bit too much, slightly overpowering the other flavors. Aside from that, nothing much to say: the quality of the food was truly superb and the overall experience was absolutely positive. I would definitely go back. 👍

17/05/2026: Exceptional kindness and professionalism. Table with a fantastic view of the canal. Super fresh, top-quality fish. You pay a fair price, excellent quality, impeccable service. They pampered us and advised us throughout. I emphasize the professionalism and promptness of the waiters, always attentive to what was missing and what was served at the table. They were attentive, kind, extremely polite, professional, and never intrusive. Thank you. I will definitely be back.
