Recommended by local friends, I booked for lunch on June 2nd and I truly have to thank them for their excellent recommendation. We enjoyed exquisite seafood dishes, starting with the appetizers, followed by excellent first courses, a perfectly executed fried fish dish, and concluded with a delicious almond sorbet. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, the place is very clean, and the staff is distinguished by their courtesy, professionalism, and impeccable service. Also noteworthy is the excellent value for money, which is increasingly rare. A truly pleasant experience that I recommend without hesitation. We'll definitely be back!

We were recommended by our hostess Manuela at the Hotel Europa. We received a very warm welcome from the owner Gabriele and his staff, who spoke our language. Carla and Fabrizio were wonderful. The fish caught that day was excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant family time celebrating our daughter's first communion. The food was excellent, fresh and freshly prepared, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The price was fair compared to the average. Places like this really enhance the Taranto area, which is seeking redemption and working well.

We arrived at 2:20 PM and were greeted with great hospitality, which is certainly not a given: that alone deserves praise. A truly elegant location, with a splendid seafront view that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly throughout the lunch. The food? Without a doubt, high quality, with fresh ingredients and well-executed dishes. If I really had to find a "quote" (more out of honesty than actual criticism): - I missed the peppery mussels... because a peppery mussel should be peppery, not just a "cozzata" 😉; - on the tiramisu, however, the cocoa was a bit too much, slightly overpowering the other flavors. Aside from that, nothing much to say: the quality of the food was truly superb and the overall experience was absolutely positive. I would definitely go back. 👍

€80 for a starter, first course and second course without wine, a normal fish meal. Quite expensive.

The couple's lunch was fine, but not exceptional. Lunch consisted of peeled mussels as an appetizer, a tube of mussels in sauce, and a bigolo with clams. In detail: - Well-kept restaurant, excellent hospitality, and excellent menu presentation. - Fast and precise service. - Bland peppered mussels, mussels clearly not from Taranto, most likely Adriatic or Greek. - Tube of mussels excellent and well-balanced. - Bigolo with clams good but salty. Conclusion: It's a real shame that a place overlooking the sea and the old town, and the winner of a show that certainly gives it good publicity, misses out on the star ingredient of Taranto cuisine. Such an iconic element for Taranto cannot be replaced by anything, let alone in its own city. Sorry
