14/03/2026: Very good regional home cooking, the pasta is homemade and the polenta concia served with mushrooms or Endine blue is unrivaled. Very good game stew and interesting possibility of making a second or trio of dishes. Last thing, the Russian salad is delicious 🙂. Advised

28/05/2026: This isn't my first time at Caprese, and it's not the first time I've promised myself I'll write a review. As soon as you walk in, it feels like home, with the only difference being that you're greeted by knowledgeable and kind staff who take care of you. The service and hospitality are impeccable, not to mention the chef, who, along with his staff, surprises us every time, raising the bar even higher.
What can I say...if you want to eat good, fresh, quality fish cooked to perfection, this is the restaurant for you, above all others. Kudos to Caprese and its staff!

We highly recommend it for the service, but also for the high-quality products and the location.

30/05/2026: This was our first time at this restaurant and we were truly delighted. We started with a tuna carpaccio that was simply exceptional: incredibly fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The oysters were also excellent, high-quality and perfectly served.
We then ordered two pizzas, both very good, with fresh ingredients and a light crust. A wonderful discovery that will definitely make us return. Kudos to the entire staff!
29/05/2026: We discovered the All’Ancora restaurant in Santa Flavia, Sicily.
The dishes are exceptional: perfectly al dente pasta and crispy fries. The grilled veal is unforgettable, and the vegetarian dishes are exquisite. As for the desserts, especially the almond ice cream, they are a true invitation to return! There really is something for everyone.
The prices are very reasonable, and Paul's friendly service is memorable.
Thank you for the warm welcome, the service, and these delicious dishes. It gives us a wonderful impression of Sicily: kind and welcoming.
Absolutely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
