16/06/2024: Beautiful restaurant overlooking Lake Iseo. We have visited it several times and have always left satisfied, every time we return to Lovere it has become a fixed stop: the food is excellent, the portions are right (neither small nor excessive) and the quality-price ratio is very good. Quick, efficient and courteous service. Both free and paid parking near the venue. Better to book, it's always very popular.

07/07/2024: Tutto buonissimo Siamo andati per cena in famiglia è davvero tutto perfetto Piatti unici e indescrivibili e prezzo davvero ottimo 3 antipasti e 3 primi più un secondo davvero ottimi . Sicuro ci torneremo L’unica pecca sono i tavoli troppo attaccati infatti il signore del tavolo accanto al nostro era con la sedia sul braccio di un mio parente. Per il resto ci torneremo.

30/07/2024: Tonight I order a pizza with wholemeal dough with non-existent lactose-free mozzarella 🤔 shortly after he comes back and tells me that the wholemeal dough is finished 🙄 okay it wasn't my lucky evening. I reopen the menu and make another choice. A decidedly excellent citrus swordfish carpaccio went well!

23/07/2024: Lekkerste restaurant tot nu toe. Heerlijk Italiaans eten en erg gastvrije mensen! Authentiek familie restaurant. Jammer dat we deze plek niet eerder hadden ontdekt. Zelfgemaakte pasta, tiramusa en heerlijk black angus biefstuk gehad.

15/08/2024: I had lunch with my family on the veranda of this restaurant, an exemplary setting for a magnificent view. You can breathe the lake, the flowers, nature. The kitchen offers traditional dishes. Friendly wait staff and professional service, very kind welcome. What pleasantly struck me and deserves praise is the attention to gluten-free and lactose-free dishes: for every dish there is an alternative for intolerants. Worthy. All ideal, without the need for any artifice. The mixed fried fish and vegetables was unforgettable, dry, but at the same time crunchy. And as a worthy conclusion, the artisanal ice cream, creamy and creamed to perfection. See you soon, for other choices to savor with a view of the lake.

08/07/2024: Lovely well run restaurant next door to the Hotel we were staying in. The Food was excellent and the wine was very cheap and tasty. The service was first class and we would be delighted to return here again soon. Also very reasonable price

22/06/2024: Cucina pugliese prevalentemente di pesce, fresco e ben cucinato, cozze alla tarantina buonissime, poco elegantemente ho fatto la scarpetta ma era davvero un peccato lasciare quel sughetto nel piatto !.Non abbiamo preso il fritto misto ma ho sbirciato sul tavolo delle vicine e sembrava davvero ottimo! Piccolo intoppo nel servizio (ma chi lavora sbaglia e solo chi non fa nulla non sbaglia mai!)brillantemente risolto dalla gentilezza e simpatia del cameriere. Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi più che onesti. Ottima cucina e gentilezza la combinazione perfetta per passare una piacevole serata.

17/08/2024: Bella location ma niente di più. Forma senza sostanza. Vergognoso sembra già un complimento. Ferragosto rovinato. Tavoli da 6. Bere dopo 40 minuti. Glace’ dopo 30 minuti. Primi piatti 2 mangiano e 4 guardano. Disorganizzazione a tutti i livelli. Dalla cucina al servizio.Obbligati ad annullare le portate perché alle 15 i primi non erano ancora stati serviti. Imbarazzante. MAI PIU’

A very comfortable mattress, functional, classic furniture in wood and lacquer, large and comfortable bathroom, brand new bathroom fixtures, kitchen and dining area of ​​the studio apartment-room (kitchen separated by a beautiful frosted glass sliding door) complete and compact. New windows and doors, everything very clean, truly superior. I was unable to have lunch or dinner for personal reasons. Highly recommended. Exquisite owners.

20/08/2024: Cozy pizza restaurant. Owner and staff very kind and helpful. Good value for money. There were two of us and we spent around 45 Euros taking an appetizer, a pizza, a first course (as shown in the photo) and three bottles of water. The gnocchi are really excellent!

25/08/2024: Quick lunch passing through Lovere, served at tables outside, detached and concise staff, acceptable times for the dishes ordered. Baked sea bream excellent cooking, mixed fried a little greasy, therefore not very crunchy. Price a little higher than average.

25/08/2024: 08/23/24 LAKE ILLUSION…. I booked a dinner for 3 outside to celebrate a 25th anniversary and when we arrived the table was not yet set and reserved. Terrible experience with both food and service. €24 for a tasting seafood starter, with mediocre mussels, 1 good red prawn, 4 prawns and some salmon from the bag (embarrassing presentation of the dish). €15 spaghetti with seafood: good pasta, good flavour, but the fish???? A pack of frozen ready-made seafood? I have a strong doubt... but you can't put something on the menu without having at least decent raw materials. €20 seared tuna: frozen tuna steak, made on the same grill as the cut of meat, very very salty, just defrosted inside. Mixed fried food: good but well over 50% battered vegetables. Waiter with palmtop for orders at a French table next door: after ordering an Arneis on the list, but not having it in the cellar…. he corrects himself and asks if they wanted a fruity wine. Then he suggests a Gewurztraminer (fruity???) and after uncorking it he puts his nose near the neck of the bottle to smell it and exclaims: smell that red fruit and pomegranate scent!!!! 😭😭😭😭 To cry!!!

24/07/2024: Cozy, pleasant and informal place. In summer you can enjoy a splendid terrace. Fine cuisine, excellent pizzas and reasonable prices. Friendly staff and managers.
