06/06/2025: This evening after a busy day at work, I make up my mind. For some time, I had planned to have lunch or dinner. It's evening, it's 8:30 pm... I enter... a well-kept location, inside. One of the two waiters at Sala, tells me that only the outside is open. I sit down, immediately they serve me a small pizza and a glass of sparkling white wine. I order, a risotto allo scioglio. 30 minutes have passed.... Served, I immediately noticed a non-fishy smell. I tasted it but I didn't like it. I'm sorry. Immediately, the waiter's response: "how come you didn't like it because you ate everything?" I was silent. I should have answered her. "what you order and eat, is always eaten, because it's a divine sin to throw it away and then because I would have paid for it, anyway".

02/08/2025: Truly excellent pizza, light dough, and quality ingredients! Fast and professional service, but the real highlight was the waiter: impeccable, attentive, and with an elegance that made the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to the entire staff, well done!

01/08/2025: The service was excellent; the pizza with zucchini and shrimp was fairly standard, not spectacular, but good. The place was a bit noisy, perhaps because of the very high ceiling.

06/06/2025: I went to this restaurant for a dinner with friends and, from a culinary point of view, there was nothing to say: very fresh fish, well-prepared and really tasty dishes. The pizza was also surprisingly good, with a light and well-cooked dough. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the absolutely inadequate service: the staff was rude and too intrusive, with inappropriate attitudes and unwanted familiarity, bordering on embarrassing. In a context like this, you expect professionalism and attention to the customer, not inappropriate jokes or hasty tones. A real shame, because the cuisine deserves another rating. I hope that the management can intervene on the staff, because with a service up to par, it would truly be a 5-star restaurant
