Spacious space with several large tables for groups
Excellent, very friendly staff
Very quick service
We had the pizza and it was delicious, but they have a very varied and extensive menu, including gluten-free and vegan options.
I highly recommend it, even for large groups.

27/03/2026: Great place with a well-kept and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very kind and attentive throughout dinner. I had excellent mussels marinara and a pizza that, while not the classic Neapolitan style, was light, flavorful, and very easy to digest. Definitely good value for money, I’d recommend it.

03/05/2026: A truly delightful discovery. Beautifully decorated, excellent menu, excellent drinks, excellent service. Special mention for the spectacular bathrooms (I swear, save a pee for later in the evening, it's definitely worth it 😅🥰) and the friendliness of the portly DJ ❤️

Fifth-year exam period.
But we're not celebrating anyone...we're in good company, two other couples at a table for six.
A convenient elevator takes you to the entrance level. Once you arrive, a Pinocchio welcomes diners. Once inside, the rooms... the ceiling with many little lights envelops the plasterboard ceiling.
It feels like living outdoors, a starry sky.
The pizza is good overall, thanks to the ingredients that enrich it.
The dough is a shame; today's was a bit too salty.
Service is a bit slow...for intermediate orders...

Four of us dined: good pizzas with quality ingredients, but, unfortunately, all wet in the center.
The square table is too small for four people... even more so if you order the cartwheel pizza, which has a larger diameter and protrudes from the plate, plus beer mugs and glasses of water, there's really no room.
25/05/2026: Unfortunately, we only had the appetizer and the first course was inedible.
Not to mention the seafood-based first course.
An overcooked butter risotto.
With four tasteless shellfish on top.
Calling this place "True Naples" is an insult to Naples.
There was only one waiter from Naples.

17/02/2026: Excellent welcome and helpfulness, gorgeous location, top-notch cleanliness, superb dinner, average breakfast. The only flaw... booked a suite with a jacuzzi, everything was beautiful but no hot water, not even for a shower. The staff was very kind and tried everything they could to fix it. The owners were "Indian" but I still paid full price! 🤷♂️

Gigi is the best when you want to feel at home.
20/12/2025: I often come here with my friends, and every time we feel right at home. Paie and freedom are the key words. The Protectorate also always surprises with its "Lemon Gigi," a bitter liqueur that rounds off the evening beautifully. Recommended!

06/04/2026: I booked for Easter. Since there was no Easter menu, I thought I'd find the restaurant menu I'd looked at at home.
Instead, I found a folded sheet of paper listing other courses, but very few, and among them I couldn't choose one that would satisfy us.
The paccheri arrived, overcooked, drowned in squid ink, with four very thin calami (squid)—you couldn't even taste them—and with two, and I repeat, TWO... confit cherry tomatoes.
My son had tagliolini with zucchini and bacon...the bacon was ONE, a very thin slice for the entire plate.
The prices weren't low. But, if I'd eaten well, they would have been acceptable.
