25/03/2024: Michelin star deserved. Study, technical ability, love for the territory and an adequate dose of creativity. Never banal dishes that know how to mix the fundamental contrast of flavors very well. Modern and elegant environment and equipment. Complete wine list. Punctual, competent, very friendly and never affected service. It's all there! Keep it up!
