This restaurant is located at the top station of the funicular to San Vigilio. Since the tables are next to the castle walls, the view is fantastic, which cannot be said about the restaurant. I ordered rabbit with polenta, (puliszka) forest mushroom sauce. The meat was edible, the side dish was forgettable.

We had a lovely time. The service is very good. The food also exquisite. We ordered beef tartare with kimchi, grilled octopus with chich pee paste, risotto with goat cheese with beet cream. We loved them.

Friendly and attentive service, Dauda very good. Excellent food, excellent quality. Very welcoming atmosphere. You have to take the funicular, but they also have a shuttle service.

We came to this restaurant with a friend from Bergamo because it's one of her favorites: an exceptional experience from start to finish, not only for the food but also for the friendly and cheerful waiters. A restaurant where you immediately notice the attention to the guest with a couple of simple but truly delicious amuse-bouche. Moving on to the courses: the Spanish bresaola was incredible, as were the homemade casonsei. Special mention goes to the whipped butter, which was truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious, it turned out that the rabbit I ate was hairy. I saw the sign on the plate. The risotto and pasta were flawless. The bread was fresh, soft, the tomato sauce was delicious. However, it is worth being careful with the older waiter, he was not nice to us, he specifically told another, older group that they could go.

02/05/2026: We stopped for lunch today at this inn, with its carefully crafted and original decor (especially the wooden cutting boards as placemats). The quality and quantity of the food were excellent: we shared a cheese platter and had venison bites with excellent taragna polenta. The price was fair considering the above.
