08/10/2025: It's easy and obvious to give top marks for everything. I entered the restaurant with very high expectations, given the restaurant's reputation. The surprise is that my expectations were completely underestimated. A unique journey into a world of sensations, accompanied by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. Above the wonderful restaurants, from the breakfast room to the DAV restaurant and the jewel in the crown of the DA VITTORIO restaurant. The beauty of the complex, the rooms.
Above all of this stands and radiates the warm and wonderful attitude of the CEREA family to the attention to the smallest details led by the mother of the family, Mrs. Bruna Cerea, through the chefs Enrico and Roberto who are her sons, and the rest of the family team and all the employees without exception who truly and innocently give you a feeling of warm family hospitality. They are the ones who make us without a doubt return here in the future

Extremely attentive yet discreet service, with very kind and helpful staff.
We tried the vegetarian menu and it was a great discovery. Being able to handle top-quality ingredients with such mastery is absolutely worthy of the Michelin star.

28/08/2025: We tried the restaurant with the gourmet initiative and were unfortunately disappointed. The dishes were flavorless, there were bones in both the fried food and the ravioli, and the waitress couldn't remember the name of the sauce, which was a bisque.
The three stars are all thanks to the location and the breathtaking view.

05/10/2025: We came to Ponte S. Pietro to dine here, and it was worth every penny, every second we spent. Locally sourced ingredients were cooked to perfection. Every taste was delicate and simply fun to eat. We specifically loved the lobster (amazing flavor, a perfect match with the tomato reduction and sun-dried tomato) and deer carpaccio (with beautifully cooked turnip, apple mousse, and black truffle). All the staff, including Maurizio, were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. All the wines he suggested were spot-on. I would love to come back again for the fish menu.
It was a wonderful place, full of dining pleasure, and worth the trip. I'd love to come again.

14/08/2025: We tried the Summer 25 gourmet menu, which offered the opportunity to sample the entire menu, from appetizer to dessert, including a bottle of wine, for €80 per person.
It was a pleasant experience.
The evening began with four small appetizers: a shrimp in filo pastry, a goat cheese and spider crab tartlet, an octopus, potato, and smoked scamorza bonbon (perhaps the scamorza made it a little salty), and a non-alcoholic watermelon aperitif (the latter should have been served a little cooler).
The second appetizer (snapper tartare) and pizza-flavored risotto were spectacular.
I was less impressed with the second course, which consisted of king prawns with julienned vegetables.
To round out the meal, dessert and small pastries were served.
To drink, a very good Greganico Dorato.
Overall, a very positive experience.

Every bite was an explosion of flavors that made me fall in love with the cuisine. It's not just food, it's a unique sensory experience! 09/10/2025: A great place. I stumbled upon it by accident, and it turned out my taste buds were in heaven. The food was insanely delicious, and the tiramisu was the best I've ever had. The service was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was full of locals. I highly recommend it!

05/10/2025: The view from the hotel restaurant is magnificent, but I wasn't entirely convinced by the quality. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly. While the men serving at the Michelin-starred restaurant were impressive, the ladies still had a lot of room for improvement. The quality of the food was, of course, absolutely top-notch. Personally, I'm less impressed by the unusual nature of haute cuisine; I always prefer traditional dishes of the highest quality. The restaurant wasn't my cup of tea (very personal), but I would definitely visit the hotel again.

09/10/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday, and it was a delightful discovery. It's a wonderful location overlooking the lake, the food is exceptional, and the staff is delightful. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and they're excellent.
We sincerely appreciate it, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.
