06/01/2026: Very disappointing, it's not what it seems. Four of the dishes I'd seen on the online menu weren't even available (Fassona tartare with truffle, tuna tataki, sea bass, fried gnocco, and cured meats). The food was nothing special. A glass of prosecco for €10: a rip-off considering they didn't even pour that much. Then there was the complete rip-off: the menu, with no charge for water, soft drinks, cover charge, bread, and desserts (said verbally without prices)... a customer with their eyes open feels like they're just being taken for a ride, but what kind of attitude is that? Cold and distant service. At the cashier, they didn't even ask me how it went, zero interest in the customer. Very rushed service, and the place wasn't even full: I didn't even have time to sit down and read the menu (different from the online one) before they asked me twice what I wanted to order, then finally took away the bread I was still eating (what purpose did you have?). Not to mention the fact that when I received my bill, the counterman slammed me with a door, without even apologizing. The owner's friends, on the other hand, were seated with care. The atmosphere in the second room was very cold, uncomfortable. The main room was decidedly warmer. You've definitely pocketed my money for the first and last time. You're just not good at it. A few more precautions would be enough. Never again!

11/11/2025: Review made when the place was called Chic and Quick. The atmosphere was anything but chic, and the service was anything but quick. Upon arrival, our table wasn't ready despite our reservation, but setting it up only required moving glasses and cutlery from another free table. After being seated, we waited at least 10 minutes for the menus (paper) and the wine and beer list (on a tablet). Unfortunately, the only craft beer on the list wasn't available. After taking our orders, we were brought an entree consisting of a cream puff filled with tuna tuna sauce (not a typo) and a mini spritz. Then the first orders arrived (already an hour after we arrived). The raw fish dishes were very good, the orecchiette were decidedly too al dente, and the pepper risotto was good, even though it included a herb not listed on the menu. Among the main courses, the cutlet was excellent (less so the cutlet), and the octopus alla Luciana was good. Among the good desserts, the chestnut parfait and the tiramisu (though it had very little of the tiramisu aspect), were delicious. The dark chocolate soufflé with pistachio cream was disappointing: the pistachio cream was a small green pond, not at all creamy, and the soufflé was dry and a bit bland. We were then offered a small glass containing a piece of Colomba cake dipped in the custard. The Bomba Carta bitters were good; we asked for them when we saw them on display, but they didn't offer them (when we asked for a bitter, we were offered the usual ones). The decor was a bit dated and lacking in cohesion. Service was a bit slow, and above all, one of the waiters was argumentative and pedantic. Prices were perhaps slightly above average.

16/10/2025: Incontri by Sadler is the evolution of the Chic n Quick bistro by Michelin-starred chef Claudio Sadler. It's a contemporary venue, starting with the ambiance. A symphony of cream and beige tones with understated yet trendy furnishings, like the tables set with impeccable matching placemats and the comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing. Large windows let in generous amounts of light. This venue is now open for private events, cooking classes by the Michelin-starred chef, and themed evenings (such as the one on white truffles, a four-handed sake evening with sommelier Mario Ippoliti and Marius Dumitru...) every evening, accompanied by dishes perfectly prepared by Claudio and his right-hand man Andrea Giannella. My wife and I decided to cook in this beautiful venue on a Saturday evening to entertain about twenty friends. The evening was one of the most beautiful we've ever spent (thanks to the wonderful people we met and the impeccable service provided by Francesca and the entire staff). Highly recommended venue.

23/01/2026: A restaurant just outside Treviglio. I booked on Friday afternoon for the evening and found a table without any problems. The restaurant was busy but not chaotic. True, there aren't many seats, but I consider that a plus. We had risotto and then fish soup. In my opinion, the portions were just right, except for the soup, which was truly generous. The desserts were also good. I ate really well and will return, especially considering that it's not easy to find good fish in the area; this place is an exception.

15/12/2025: The food is good. I often go there for fresh fish, and the prices are fair. Try tagliolini with lobster or fresh fish of the day. Generous portions, freshly made pasta. So, all you have to do is compliment them.

16/12/2025: My partner and I are extremely satisfied because we ordered a pizza that wasn't on the menu, yet they were kind enough to prepare it exactly as we requested: a crust-filled pizza filled with ricotta and mortadella. The tiramisu was delicious, and beautifully presented in a very cute little pan. They really made our wish come true! ​Furthermore, the service was very quick and they immediately understood our request.

05/02/2026: It was an incredible experience. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Italy. Everything was exceptional, but the cheese risotto was simply incredible: creamy, flavorful, and spectacularly prepared. <3

20/01/2026: I visited this restaurant with friends after an evening soccer match (it was quite late). We were greeted as if we were the most important guests and immediately felt at ease. Given the hour, we had requested hot and raw appetizers, and we thoroughly enjoyed it; the sparkling wine was also greatly appreciated. I thank the owner, Enzo, and the staff, whom I didn't know, for welcoming us and serving us so attentively. We will return as soon as possible (I know one of our guests already has). Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Every detail is meticulously crafted, every dish tells a story and conveys something unique. The cuisine is pure magic: every course amazes, excites, and captivates. Just when you think you've tasted the best dish, the next one arrives and manages to surpass it. Balanced flavors, sophisticated pairings, and a presentation that makes each dish even more special. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service attentive and sincere, making you feel pampered from start to finish. It's one of those places where time seems to stand still and where every moment is enjoyed. A special thank you to the owner for the wonderful evening he gave us and our friends. 21/12/2025: I visited this lovely restaurant for my family's birthday lunch. It's located on a main road into town and has a decent amount of parking. The welcome was courteous, and the service was exemplary. The portions are just the right size and of excellent quality. The dishes aren't particularly sophisticated, but they're excellent. The decor is very elegant, especially thanks to the Christmassy atmosphere. A special thanks to Mr. Alberto for the excellent tart he made for my daughter's birthday.
