As for the food, perfectly cooked meat (veiled criticism: I would dose the salt better in the ragù, but it's a personal taste) .. Amazing cheesecake. Zacapa served to perfection, I would say a generous dose (even a little less because I care about my license 🤣🤣) go there because it's worth it. And for my work I've been to hotels and restaurants I assure you. ... When I pass through the area again I'll go back.

23/02/2025: Posto molto bello, curatissimo, con una vista lago pazzesca. Siamo state accolte con molta gentilezza e professionalità dal personale e ci siamo trovate da dio. Cibo davvero buonissimo, ricercato, con una reale attenzione ai dettagli e sposando la filosofia Slow Food che gli dà altri punti in più. Noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo preso 2 taglieri piccoli ('Il lago' e 'Il territorio') da condividere, poi un primo o secondo a testa: Maccheroncini al ragù di lago, fritto misto di pesce di lago, Manzo all'olio, tagliata. Tutti i piatti erano davvero squisiti e siamo rimaste molto sorprese per aver scoperto questo posto e la sua cucina. Complimenti a tutto il personale che ti fa sentire accolto e coccolato. In tutto abbiamo speso neanche 35€ a testa, quindi prezzi molto onesti per la qualità del cibo che abbiamo mangiato. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

16/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo posto per la prima volta ieri sera. Location molto bella e ottimo cibo. Peccato il servizio, non all’ altezza. Nel mio antipasto era presente un pezzo di plastica, non dovrebbe succedere, però può capitare, il cameriere si è prontamente scusato e successivamente anche il proprietario. Ed ho apprezzato. Il problema è sorto nel momento in cui abbiamo pagato, non mi è stato scalato il piatto dal conto e, in qualsiasi ristorante, ed a maggior ragione in un ristorante di tale livello, dovrebbe essere il minimo. Sono stata proprio delusa.

02/03/2025: Il Botero appaga ogni volta. La cordialità e la discrezione di Marco e del suo staff, la passione per quello che fanno. Terra o mare, proposte che spesso racchiudono tocchi di genialità. Ci si affeziona davvero a questo locale… per la qualità e la competenza, per l’atmosfera sobria ed elegante. Un plauso sincero. Luca e Paola

15/03/2025: Pizza with above average quality ingredients, especially the tomato sauce was of very high quality. Very 80's place, for my taste it's just a plus. Cons: I found very slow service, even though there were only three tables, and the knives didn't cut anything. 😅

14/04/2025: Pizza FAILED!!!!! Tasteless dough, "silly" tomato, the ingredients could be seen with a magnifying glass, but the truly shameful thing was that they served us a calzone that was practically broken with a shovel and therefore 2 cm thick. It can happen that you break a calzone, but how dare you serve it to the diner like that??? Even the waiter was embarrassed.... obviously it was returned to the sender. As a pizzeria you are worth very little, for the place it is, a real disappointment.

25/03/2025: Environment with strong smell of burnt seed oil. Exaggerated prices compared to the poor quality. A mediocre mixed lake starter, the sensation was that the product was not fresh. First courses ravioli stuffed with perch and paccheri, red prawn and burrata, both a mess of unpleasant cream/cream toppings, 2 glasses of bubbles, total €91. Experience not to be repeated. It's a shame because the location is very beautiful on the lakeside.

16/03/2025: great quality food and great service too, very traditional attention to customers. Seafood is really fresh. The overall environment falls behind the rest though. We had a very original dessert: flower shaped ice cream & cake, was more than enough for 3 to share.
