22/02/2025: Una sorpresa!! Cortesia, simpatia ti accolgono in un locale semplice e ordinato, piatti di pesce piacevoli e cucinati molto bene. Un boccone di benvenuto che ti apre il cuore e lo stomaco ( fiore di zucca fritto ripieno di ricotta) e piccoli dolci finali con il caffè sono segni che fanno la differenza. Conto onesto. Che la cucina sia a vista è un punto in più, mi permetto un solo consiglio: date al personale in cucina un abbigliamento consono.

15/02/2025: Sono stato la sera di San Valentino a cena, non posso dire nulla sulla qualità del cibo e la cortesia dei camerieri che è OTTIMA, ma non posso far passare il comportamento del cuoco/proprietario che si è permesso di urlare e sbraitare in mezzo alla sala del ristorante con una cameriera facendola piangere! IMPARA IL RISPETTO E L’EDUCAZIONE anche se ha sbagliato qualcosa, perché prima di essere un lavoratore è una persona!

19/03/2025: Excellent cut. The house red wine they should have informed us was sparkling. The creme brulée not caramelized at all on top, it should have created the caramel crust to break with the spoon, and the cream was cold, a bit disappointing! Nice and spacious place.

14/03/2025: I went to this restaurant with two friends and we were shocked when, upon our complaint of an overcooked cut, the waiter took the liberty of holding our forks and turning the cut itself over to make me see that there was blood underneath! Shocking! Let's hope his hands were clean, also the bill is very high. We won't go back again!👎

10/04/2025: In this pizzeria you not only find good pizza, there is also passion for the profession. We went back again and as usual, you can't go wrong eating here.

15/04/2025: Passing through for work we went to this restaurant that offers a fixed menu for lunch at €12, the service is very fast and the waiters are quick and professional in carrying out their task, the first courses are tasty and the pasta is always cooked al dente which is not easy at lunch with so many customers... and so far so good.... Unfortunately our lunch was ruined by the second courses, a Milanese cutlet of those bought already breaded and a shank without infamy and without glory... now I say but is it possible that breading a chicken steak is unthinkable to do? If it were, there are equally cheap and quick to prepare dishes that allow you to make the same good impression... for the shank instead change the raw material, it is better.

04/04/2025: Definitely one of the warmest and most welcoming places in Gallarate. A bistro with excellent cuisine, offering both meat and fish dishes, all with truly excellent raw materials. You can find the typical Milanese cutlet, or the mixed fry done to perfection, super crispy and light, not at all greasy, or the typical Milanese risotto with bone marrow. A note of merit also for the desserts, all truly delicious... you can taste the typical cannoncini filled on the spot with custard, or the classic tiramisu. The same refined raw material can also be found on pizzas, with a very digestible dough and really very good. It's not easy to find a restaurant where both the pizza and the cuisine are of a high standard, but this bistro is definitely one of those! So if you are undecided between a good pizza and a good plate of pasta, fior di farina is the right compromise.😋

25/03/2025: Giro spesso per ristoranti di pesce a Milano ma Gaspare è una certezza per qualità e servizio da ormai anni. Locale rimodernato in maniera sobria ed elegante, servizio attento ma mai invadente e soprattutto pesce fresco, buono e di qualità. Si sceglie tra classici intramontabili e piatti moderni e rivisitati, da antipasti di tutti i tipi fino ad un menú dolci anch’esso attentamente curato e di alto livello, cosa non scontata. Purtroppo Milano è piena oggi giorno di ristoranti di pesce poco validi, ma Da Gaspare è una certezza se si vuole mangiare del pesce di prima qualità in un perfetto connubio tra classico e moderno.
