08/10/2025: A restaurant with a view of the lake and the mountains, beautifully situated. The staff are very attentive and super friendly. We ordered spaghetti with seafood and risotto with mushrooms. Both were delicious. The house served delicious fresh rolls with oil beforehand. The restaurant was very busy, but the prices are a bit on the high side.

10/07/2025: Un pranzo indimenticabile all’insegna del gusto Locale intimo e accogliente, ideale per chi cerca un’esperienza gastronomica di alto livello anche a pranzo. Abbiamo scelto il menù Gourmantico e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla cura in ogni dettaglio. Servizio professionale e attento, sempre discreto e cortese. I piatti proposti riflettono una grande ricerca: ingredienti di alta qualità, abbinamenti originali e presentazioni impeccabili. Una menzione speciale va allo ,"spaghetto freddo all’erba cipollina, tartare di crostacei, uova di trota e gazpacho di pomodoro"  un piatto sorprendente, fresco e perfettamente equilibrato. Al termine del pranzo, lo chef è venuto personalmente al nostro tavolo per chiedere come ci fossimo trovati, gesto che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Con grande cortesia, ci ha poi proposto un breve giro nella fornitissima cantina del ristorante, chiudendo in bellezza un’esperienza davvero memorabile.

16/06/2025: Dopo aver provato diverse volte il ristornate stellato, ieri siamo stati anche al Bistrò del Lo.Ro a Trescore Balneario Finalmente sono riuscita ad assaggiare la loro pizza, che ho trovato molto buona, ben lievitata, con un bel impasto morbido e soprattutto saporita. In estate il servizio viene svolto all’aperto, i tavoli infatti si trovano nel giardino davanti all’ingresso, adiacente al ristorante stellato. Il servizio è informale, veloce, nulla da eccepire. Forse il mio unico consiglio è quello di andare in tarda serata, così il caldo non è eccessivo e ci si può godere di una tranquilla cena all’aperto. Ieri ho assaggiato una Pizza Sfiziosa con prosciutto cotto, zola di montagna e porcini. Veramente ottima, lo zola era buonissimo e dava il giusto sapore alla pizza. Una delle particolarità del loro menù è il fatto di poter ordinare una semplice margherita ed aggiungere poi gli ingredienti preferiti. Si possono mettere scampi crudi, gamberi rossi, culatello o culaccia e altri ingredienti a scelta. Molto buoni anche i dolci, il tiramisù era una nuvola leggerissima e anche la crème brulée alla vaniglia con lamponi e gelato al pistacchio era molto buona. Il conto in linea con le mie aspettative, la qualità dei prodotti giustamente si paga, forse un po’ eccessivo il vino al calice (ma questo è stato un mio errore visto che non ho chiesto il prezzo

12/10/2025: Finding a great restaurant is like finding a rare gem... and we found it in Soiano. Villa Aurora appears discreet from the outside, but inside it reveals an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. We began with appetizers: their specialty, the mushroom tart with Bagoss cheese sauce, absolutely delicious; smoked duck breast with Parmesan tart, a delicate first course and a flavorful second course; a classic octopus with potatoes and fish-stuffed zucchini flowers with cream cheese, a risky but successful combination. We shared homemade spaghetti alla chitarra with duck ragù that literally melted in your mouth. The main courses began with a guinea fowl crusted with vegetables, flavorful and crispy; the sautéed kidney, enriched by cooking it with apples and Calvados, leaving it soft and flavorful; all washed down with white wine (Lugana) and then red wine (Lagrein). We couldn't resist trying their desserts. Let's leave aside the starred presentation and move on to the flavor... absolutely delicious and tasty, from the fresh fruit salad with ice cream to the puff pastry tart with strawberries, Chantilly cream, and hazelnut cream, a classic flavor with a modern twist. Coffee and after-dinner drinks served with homemade pastries... everything so perfect, it reached excellence. Unfortunately, the October weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoor patio... it will be an excuse to return during the summer season 🤗

23/09/2025: Stop at this restaurant for a business lunch in the center of Saronno, near the train station. A full fixed-price menu starts at €15 (or €12 reduced). First and second courses are fish-based, with a side of potatoes, a glass of wine, and water. Good, high-quality food, well-cooked. Quick and friendly service. The atmosphere is quiet, clean, and easy to converse in. Recommended. 4 stars.

05/08/2025: Verso le 11 e mezza della notte, dopo una dura giornata di turismo non sapevamo dove cenare, e tornando in albergo abbiamo trovato questo posto. Siamo rimasti stupiti quando ci hanno portato la cena, era incredibilmente buona, direi uno dei migliori piatti di pasta che abbia mai mangiato. Il prezzo era di circa € 8 € + 1 per servizio al tavolo.

28/09/2025: I was at a wedding at Ristorante de Firem Rostec - by Chiara Silvestro, and the experience was very good. The food was good, correct, and tasty, although not the most exclusive I've ever had. The service, on the other hand, was excellent: the staff was very attentive, organized, and always smiling. The atmosphere was unbeatable thanks to the music, the DJ, and a large space for dancing, which made the celebration very lively. The decor was also outstanding, with well-presented tables, good lighting, and flowers that gave it an elegant touch. But what surprised me most was the exterior: pools, fountains, and well-kept green lawns that made the place look beautiful. I can't comment on the value for money since I was there as a guest, but overall, I thought it was an ideal venue for a special event. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 without hesitation.

09/08/2025: The ingredients are top-quality, and you can taste them, like raw seafood, unseasoned and pure, leaving you free to choose how you want to enjoy them. The pizza dough is a bit bland, I think to better showcase the toppings, but I personally prefer other types. The only real flaw is the somewhat slow service.

12/10/2025: The one star goes to the dry paella and the service: cold and distant, especially from the gentleman who charged us. Tip: Offering a coffee and a smile when you're charging an average of €40 for a dry paella, fried peppers, and a watered-down beer helps digest the bill and the food.

23/09/2025: The atmosphere could use a refresh; the photos and newspaper clippings hanging on the wall are hard to see. The pizza was very good, both the dough and the toppings. The service was a bit distracted, but that's understandable given the place was fully booked. Highly recommended for those looking for gluten-free pizza; they also have beer for those with intolerances.

01/09/2025: The restaurant owner is a Jordanian man with high morals, who is kind and helpful to customers. The location is on a narrow street, and parking is difficult. The prices are average. The grills focus on kebabs, and there are no meat or chicken joints. They only serve steak (chicken and meat slices instead of joints). Unfortunately, I'm not sure if their meat is halal or not. I searched Google Maps for halal restaurants, and it appeared, but it wasn't listed on the restaurant. I was disturbed by the presence of alcohol on the menu. We ask God to guide us, them, and all Muslims.
