My partner and I stayed here for her birthday and it was amazing!
The family who runs it was very accommodating and the room was amazing with a great view! Christian was awesome and went above and beyond to make her birthday special and we appreciated that greatly.
Breakfast in the morning was also good and had everything we needed. 10/10 would stay here again.

Arrived at Lake Como excited for a great meal. Checked in at il Grifo in lenno and made reservations for dinner. The kindness of the staff, family Antonio and Christian took the absolute BEST care of us. We had amazing food. We sipped crisp prosecco , Bruschetta with clumbed chicken,
salmon trout, I had delicious pasta with nutty pesto and leeks, for desserts Paradello, brownie with orange sorbet, and tiramisu all were delicious, then lemon ciello. Thanks so much Christian and Antonia for helping to make our first night stay amazing .

We had a lovely stay at Il Grifo! The people working there are very nice, always with a smile on their face and willing to help with a recommendation or an advice.
A lot of variety for breakfast, good coffee and large portions.

Found through Smartbox, I had a wonderful stay as a couple. The room was basic but very clean. The only flaw was the lack of a bidet, but for short stays it's manageable. The included breakfast is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The view from our room was beautiful. The location is very close to the lake and a path through picturesque alleys with views of the lake. There are also several free parking spaces available near the property.

Very friendly and delicious food. The rooms are also good.
In my experience, €17 for a portion of white rice sautéed in butter and sage, with a few pieces of breaded lake perch on top, €22 for mezzemaniche with wild garlic pesto... €22 for rabbit ravioli, which seems a bit excessive, given the portions. The menu is not very varied. For 3 people, 3 first courses, water, a glass of prosecco, a glass of red wine, a coke, a plain coffee and a strong one = €91

We went to this restaurant for work.
The service was decent, perhaps a bit too long to be seated and to be served our various courses.
The dishes were remarkable, as was the price! I personally had the ossobuco risotto, a delicacy! The only flaw: all the dishes had milk as an allergen.
I'll gladly return!

The food was really good, and the waiter was extremely friendly, despite the many tables he had to tend to alone. A special mention goes to the fried perch, which was excellent and far more plentiful than expected. It's not exactly cheap, as is expected given the location and quality, but if you're in the area and need to make a good impression, you can't go wrong here.
