07/08/2024: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sant'Ambrogio in Milano, and I can confidently say it is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of amazing. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the chefs here take great pride in their work. Sant'Ambrogio has truly become a staple in the neighborhood, and it’s easy to see why. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both locals and visitors. This place is a big local joint, always bustling with happy patrons. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Sant'Ambrogio to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Milano. You won’t be disappointed!

26/07/2024: We accidentally walked into this cafe. Really enjoyed the food and homemade wine. Not expensive, delicious! We came a second time, we will come a third time.

05/08/2024: The place is a bit small but it's worth squeezing in a bit to eat well! I tasted the steak and what can I say.... it melted in your mouth! The wine list was excellent. The only drawback was that the staff was a bit hasty, it seemed they were serving the table at any moment.

25/08/2024: Good pizza, very particular, a different flavor than usual for a more than fair price. Excellent waiter and service. Serve yourself immediately! Within minutes of placing the order everything was ready. Thumbs up advice

23/08/2024: Very helpful staff. Looked after our granddaughter's allergies very well. A very child friendly restaurant. We have been 3 times this holiday. Also opens at 6.30, so again useful for young children's bedtime. Totally recommend.

18/08/2024: People who work with love and dedication deserve a positive review We were welcomed very warmly by the staff together with our little dog We ordered a crudité royale, which I can define as exceptional, excellent fried food and delicious octopus The waiters are very nice and attentive, the chefs are also attentive and cook with great passion We ended on a high note with the desserts, my favorite is their rose cake... sublime I also recommend it for the meat, one of my most invited guests took a Florentine steak and was highly complimented on the quality of the meat and the maturation Their excellent champagne accompanied us throughout the dinner Another important thing is the bill... completely in line with the quality of the food I will definitely return and recommend it

05/07/2024: Per diversi motivi da qualche tempo manco in questo magnifico ristorante. Ero preso dala sensazione di grave carenza per la squisita cucina di Luigi, del suo buon gusto e della sua capacità veramente unica di saper trattare il pesce che qui comunque è sempre fresco. Risotto al nero di seppia con gamberi, scampi e quell'impareggiabile inserto dolce e profumato ( con questo gusto non si trova da nesssuna parte) , fritto di scampi e gamberi che sembra neanche impanato. accompagnato acqua e zenzeroda . Squisito il bicchiere di Traminer. Prezzo conveniente

15/06/2024: Service was excessively long, quality was not excellent, I found sand in the grilled squid presented with too much salad and radicchio.

07/08/2024: De bediening was prima. Niet heel hartelijk maar vriendelijk genoeg. Je zit er gezellig. Net even weg van het centrum. Een deel van het eten was echt zalig, maar deel van het eten was echt veel minder lekker dan we verwacht hadden. De burrata was heerlijk maar de Vitello Tonato en het visassortiment waren niet bijzonder lekker. De pasta scogglio was zalig, maar het vlees waar we 78€ voor betaalden (ik geloof dat het 1,5 kg aan een bot was) was zeker mals maar miste helaas smaak. Ik had 3,5 ster willen geven, maar omdat ik alleen voor hele sterren kon kiezen worden het er 3 ipv 4.

31/07/2024: Un buon ristorante, con una cucina a base di pesce o carne, cucinate in modo egregio. Si cena all'aperto sotto una vite. Prezzi nella norma.

07/07/2024: Nothing to discuss about the place, excellent food, excellent service, beautiful location.. But two appetizers, two risottos, half a wine, a water and a coffee...117 euros seems slightly excessive to me. I ask for explanations, on the menu it said 15 euros risotto with parmesan and truffle, and I find myself on the bill 70 euros for two risottos. I was told the grated truffle was separately, then it depends on the season... I honestly don't remember reading this, and I wasn't there too much. Of course, but then just write "risotto with parmesan"... apart from the truffle, and not "risotto with parmesan and truffle". I'm not going to discuss the cost of the truffle, but to be clearer in the menu about the price of the finished dish, which is 35/40 euros per portion.

17/08/2024: The place is nice and the food is good. Unfortunately, the prices are absolutely disproportionate. The cover charge marked at 4 euros. The water (filtered and brought in a jug) marked 2 euros. One wonders what the 4 euro cover charge is for.

13/08/2024: We were in the duomo and we looked at where to eat nearby, which is a two-minute walk away and we were pleasantly surprised with the food and the service. We really liked it. I recommend the tuna with sesame and the sea spaghetti. To be in the center everything is very good indeed.

14/08/2024: Super service, I didn't think I would eat so well in a restaurant 5 km from the airport, fabulous starter, first and second courses from a 5 star restaurant!!! Congratulations to the chef!!! And to all the staff!!! Super recommended
