He was chatting animatedly with a tourist from the village, whom I later met: ORLANDO, a friendly and charismatic man who runs this restaurant in Milan. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, and bright; however, it definitely needs soundproofing because we could barely hear each other at the table. The service is impeccable, with very friendly and helpful waiters. In the warmer months, you can eat outside. Excellent value for money. Recommended for those who prefer slightly retro venues to modern, cold, and sterile places. For those traveling by public transport, it's very convenient to reach via the purple metro line, Marche stop. It's best to book by phone.

We had oysters and the specials of the day, and each dish was outstanding! The maître d’ was friendly and very knowledgeable on the fish, the dishes and the pairing wines. The other staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The prices were quite high, but overall reflected the quality of the food, the level of service and the overall experience which was very memorable.

04/02/2026: We were present at Eleonara and Davide's wedding to take photos and videos, and we can't say enough about it. The location is enchanting, immersed in the greenery of the Villa Reale Park in Monza, perfect for such a special event. The quality of the food was excellent, with refined and well-prepared dishes. The service was impeccable, helping to create an unforgettable atmosphere. An ideal venue for elegant weddings and events, highly recommended!

17/01/2026: One of the most renowned restaurants in the Bergamo area, especially for seafood dishes, but... We went there for a company dinner with Mr. Manrico, featuring a menu prepared by the company, and that's probably what kept me enthused and me saying, "WOW!" at the end of the dinner! Excellent food, especially the super-fresh fish and shellfish appetizers. I admit I wasn't crazy about the first courses, but the second course, with its sea bass, was exceptional. I think the choice to place plates and trays on the table to share among diners needs reconsidering; some dishes are generous, others (like the cone with mixed fried fish) are really small for six people. An elegant, well-kept restaurant, with extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient staff. Excellent attention to food intolerances, with an alternative offering that isn't always available, so it's not a given. The "out of the ordinary" owner is a real character! Overall it was a positive experience but personally, I don't know if I would wait so long (we're talking several months) to book a table.
