19/04/2026: We left Rome with high expectations and returned with an even bigger smile: this restaurant was a truly extraordinary discovery.
From the first moment, you sense genuine customer care and a great passion for cooking. The quality of the food is simply excellent: each dish is prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, crafted with great care and respect. You immediately notice the study, research, and desire to offer something special behind every course. The flavors are well-balanced, never banal, and each dish manages to surprise without being overwhelming.
One aspect that particularly struck us was the attention to customer needs. My wife has several food allergies, so eating out can often be complicated. Here, however, we found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and truly attentive. They carefully listened to every need and were able to offer alternative dishes that were completely safe, yet just as tasty and carefully crafted as those on the main menu. They didn't just "remove ingredients," but created real solutions designed specifically for her, and that makes a huge difference.
The service was truly excellent: attentive and meticulously caring for every detail, always available but never intrusive. We were discreetly looked after throughout the dinner, feeling at ease at all times. The staff's courtesy and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable.
The attention to plating also deserves a mention: each course is beautiful to look at as well as delicious to taste, a sign of care that goes beyond simply "cooking."
In conclusion, it's one of those places where you can feel passion, quality, and respect for the customer. It's not just a dinner, but a complete experience that's absolutely worth the trip. We'll definitely be back and recommend it without hesitation.
28/03/2026: A welcoming, family-run restaurant with limited seating and an intimate, refined atmosphere. The cuisine is truly excellent: dishes prepared with great attention to detail, a seasonal menu, and fresh, quality ingredients. The off-menu options are also worth a try, as they're always interesting and thoughtfully designed. Reservations are recommended on weekends. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.
