Ristorante Nuovo Maosi In Crema

We've been to Nuovo Maosi on different occasions, for a dinner with a few friends and for a business lunch with many guests, and both times we were very satisfied. Elena is certainly passionate about her work and offers tasty, carefully prepared dishes. For the business lunch, she also advised and guided us through the menu (also attentive to vegetarian and lactose-free options, etc., as can happen when there are many people). The service is good, and the atmosphere is welcoming and elegant. Recommended!

The place is very elegant and well-kept. Since we had Christmas lunch, there was perhaps a small staff, but they did their best, but since there were many tables, service took quite a while. The staff, however, were very kind and helpful. All the food was good: appetizers were good, first courses excellent, and the second course was really good, as was the dessert. Excellent value for money. The small gift we received was also greatly appreciated.

The ambience is elegant and refined, and the dishes are unique and truly delicious. It's the perfect place for a quiet lunch; there are several small rooms plus an outdoor area that must be stunning in the summer. Their homemade crackers and cocoa tagliatelle are excellent—nothing to complain about. The only small flaw is the service; in a place like this, I would have expected a little more attention: the waiter had trouble opening the bottle, and then, after having us taste the wine, he simply placed the bottle in the middle of the table without serving anyone. (Otherwise, he was very kind.) The wait was also a bit long (a lunch consisting of an appetizer and a first course each lasted almost two hours), especially considering there were only a couple of tables besides ours. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Beautiful place, perfect location, even the Christmas atmosphere. Nothing to complain about; we tried some unique dishes, all delicious. An experience to repeat. Thank you.
