This place is clean, tidy, and comfortable, with plenty of space between tables. The service is courteous and simple, with no waiting. The fish we ate was beyond delicious, and each dish was beautiful to look at. We'll definitely be back to try other delicacies. Kudos to the chefs, whom I had the pleasure of meeting and complimenting. Brilliant in every way.

Lara and I dined in a comfortable and peaceful setting. The feeling of serenity is amplified by the impeccable service: precise, fast, and not at all intrusive. The fish dishes are simply sublime. I won't say anything else, it's not necessary; try them and you'll understand. 🤤 Highly recommended.

29/05/2026: Refined, elegant, contemporary, and tasteful atmosphere. Minimalist exterior with equally tasteful touches. Truly delicious food. The dishes are exceptionally balanced; the flavors are evident, yet they all harmonize on the plate. My compliments. The service was professional but lacking in empathy. The price was absolutely proportionate to the quality of the food and the location. My compliments, we really enjoyed it.
10/05/2026: Recommended by a special someone, we went for dinner as a couple of adults and chose the tasting menu: €50 per person with many carefully crafted dishes. Respect for seasonality and Italian products, including locally sourced ones. Excellent selection of ingredients. Excellent selection of dishes, with appropriate portions. Excellent value for money. Excellent wines. Wonderful opportunity to purchase many different products at the entrance, with an incredible and niche variety. (Bistro) (Also great gift ideas). Well-kept garden with excellent taste. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can't wait to return.

Ristorante Nuovo Maosi

11/03/2026: We've been to Nuovo Maosi on different occasions, for a dinner with a few friends and for a business lunch with many guests, and both times we were very satisfied. Elena is certainly passionate about her work and offers tasty, carefully prepared dishes. For the business lunch, she also advised and guided us through the menu (also attentive to vegetarian and lactose-free options, etc., as can happen when there are many people). The service is good, and the atmosphere is welcoming and elegant. Recommended!
