The staff is kind, attentive, and welcoming; you can immediately sense their dedication to their guests. The food is excellent, with local dishes prepared with great care and respect for tradition. The dishes we tasted were excellent; you could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. A special thanks goes to the staff, always attentive, smiling, and extremely thoughtful. We felt pampered from start to finish. 12/10/2025: You have to leave behind the beautiful coastline of the Riviera di Ulisse and head into the less than thrilling hinterland of the province of Latina to reach Ristorante Antica Carrera, on the edge of the industrial area of ​​Fondi. But it's a choice you won't regret. The rich and varied menu features several dishes inspired by local culinary traditions, all excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always present but not intrusive. An experience worth repeating. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try too many dishes on the menu.

09/12/2025: A small restaurant in Centocelle that I've known for years. Always eaten fish. Always a guarantee. Excellent and beautifully presented raw fish. Delicious first courses, good wine list. Very kind and professional staff. Definitely recommended.

29/11/2025: We are two people and went there and didn't have a reservation. They were able to seat us since the reservations weren't till 8:30pm, we were there at 7:30pm. The food was very good, the staff was nice and accommodating. They brought bread to the table which was ok. When we got the bill they charged us 5 euro for the bread. There is no mention in the menu about a charge for bread. Be warned, that's all I can tell you. That's the reason for 3 stars.

17/11/2025: And what can I say? It was a pleasant experience on a quiet Sunday that I hadn't been to in a while. We started with a raw and cooked appetizer, a catch of the day, and a mascarpone dessert. The owner is excellent, the chef takes care in the preparation of the dishes and does a great job. The service was courteous and prompt. The outdoor dining was a welcome treat, warmed by the warmth of the heated appliances. Yes, a proper, excellent restaurant. Thank you, not a goodbye, but a see you later!!!

12/11/2025: Too bad. Expectations were high, but the dinner was disappointing. The trio of raw fish dishes was good. But the first course, with zucchini flowers, sea urchins, and burrata, was truly disappointing. The sea urchin flavor was absent, and the pasta was overcooked. Another negative, in my opinion, was finding €3 for service and €3 for bread on the bill. As far as I'm concerned, it's not worth repeating.

10/12/2025: I've been to this restaurant twice already. Once, I asked for the tasting menu, and the other time I chose freely from the menu. Both times, they were sublime experiences, featuring food made with high-quality ingredients, paired truly excellently. The wines offered by the glass are also top-notch. The service is also excellent.

10/11/2025: After having been there 2-3 times in the past where we enjoyed it, I chose to have my Birthday dinner there. Terrible experience this time. The service was almost non existent. Most of the staff were rather grim and hardly attended our table unless we asked for service. The big raw fish selection costs more than EUR 70,00 per person and for that price you should be able to expect a bit of service. I will not go back. There are many fish restaurants in Fiumicino. Stay away from this one. Overpriced and sloppy and without service.

17/10/2025: The shrimp amatriciana was superb. The cod was exquisite. The owners and staff were polite, professional, attentive, and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

06/11/2025: Best seafood restaurant in the area I went there for the first time without knowing it, but I've been back several times since. The location may not be the best, but the food is excellent: the fish is incredibly fresh, new dishes are offered every day (in addition to those on the menu), the cooking is simple and homemade, and the prices are reasonable. I've tried several dishes on the menu (such as seafood pasta, seafood ragù, seafood gricia, and tuna cacciatore, as well as daily specials like cod with chickpea puree or sea bass with creamed Romanesco broccoli) and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. The only dish that could be improved is the fried calamari. I highly recommend it!
