12/10/2025: We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant with our family and were extremely satisfied. The atmosphere is simply fantastic: welcoming, relaxing, and perfect for a lunch with friends.
The dishes we tasted were excellent; you could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation.
A special thanks goes to the staff, always attentive, smiling, and extremely thoughtful.
We felt pampered from start to finish.
An experience worth repeating and one we highly recommend to everyone, especially those looking for a place to eat excellently in a beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere. A well-deserved 5 stars!
12/10/2025: You have to leave behind the beautiful coastline of the Riviera di Ulisse and head into the less than thrilling hinterland of the province of Latina to reach Ristorante Antica Carrera, on the edge of the industrial area of Fondi. But it's a choice you won't regret. The rich and varied menu features several dishes inspired by local culinary traditions, all excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always present but not intrusive. An experience worth repeating. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try too many dishes on the menu.

29/11/2025: We are two people and went there and didn't have a reservation. They were able to seat us since the reservations weren't till 8:30pm, we were there at 7:30pm. The food was very good, the staff was nice and accommodating. They brought bread to the table which was ok. When we got the bill they charged us 5 euro for the bread. There is no mention in the menu about a charge for bread. Be warned, that's all I can tell you. That's the reason for 3 stars.

Always a guarantee. Excellent and beautifully presented raw fish. Delicious first courses, good wine list. Very kind and professional staff. Definitely recommended.

I tried the maltagliati with beans and creamed broccoli, very delicate and unusual.
I should highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the young woman who welcomed us.
The staff is young, but competent, practical, and experienced.
The prices are reasonable and fair.

16/12/2025: Welcoming and clean, the restaurant has spacious rooms. Delicious food; I recommend the excellent pasta and potatoes with provola, the pasta and chickpeas with octopus, and the octopus alla Luciana. The desserts are delicious, both the panna cotta and the tart with cream and berries. The staff is kind and friendly. The menu is written on large chalkboards on the wall. Excellent value. I highly recommend it for pizza, too.
13/12/2025: Excellent service, equally excellent food, and a completely renovated venue. The large dining room has become very welcoming, with acoustics that make it pleasant to talk and listen. A large open-view wine cellar makes everything even more beautiful! 😀

They pay attention to detail, and the dishes are very generous. We had appetizers as a centerpiece and first courses with pizza, everything was perfect, with great toppings and cooking.
30/11/2025: Welcoming place, courteous staff, and a friendly owner. The seafood appetizer was exceptionally good and fresh, and the pizza was excellent, Roman-style.
I returned on August 15th with friends for a seafood dinner. Everything was delicious, from the mixed appetizer to the tagliolini allo scoglio, the fried fish, the side dishes, and the desserts.
Pietro, one of the owners, is always courteous and helpful, and the table service is also top-notch in terms of courtesy and speed.
If you're in Sabaudia, stop by; it's definitely worth it.
November 2025: Traditional polenta at Lo Zaffiro, exceptional, with broccoli, spare ribs, and sausage...always top-notch.

26/11/2025: Very very nice place in the high zone of Frigento: a very nice area with a lot of locals. We were there during November when the street in front of the local is open and the cars pass by, but because it was Wednesday there isn't any noise.
We ate outside in the closed and heated terrace. The dishes are well presented and very tasty. Local dishes. Delicious desserts. Good service. Nice price.

06/12/2025: A delightful, spacious corner overlooking the lake where you can enjoy excellent seasonal cuisine and fish.
One of the few times I didn't take photos of the dishes because I was too quiet and hungry... superb fried food.
Grilled calamari and whitefish, fresh and delicious.
Desserts you can't help but eat.
Simona pampered us and welcomed us with her smile, as good as the view.
The owner is incredibly kind.
Large indoor and outdoor space.
Indoor parking.
Worth the joy of going... we'll be back.
