06/06/2026: I'll start by saying that I wasn't familiar with this MAGICAL place and restaurant, despite having lived in Cerveteri for many years, and my regret is that I wasn't fortunate enough to discover it sooner. Yesterday, June 5th, I was invited by some friends, Alessandro and Rosanna, who took me to this excellent restaurant. I should point out that despite its central location, the location offers a sense of serenity and privacy, far from the noise and chaos of downtown Ladispoli. The place is clean—in fact, super clean and well-kept, elegant, and above all, meticulously crafted. Now, however, it's time to give Mr. Pasquale 100 stars, more than the available five. Last night, my wife Anne and I discovered this excellent restaurant for the first time, and I loved it so much that I returned tonight with my son-in-law Ugo and my grandson Alessio. The food is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, a pure and exceptional delight for the palate. The fish is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, and above all, the dishes are truly meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. You leave the table feeling lighter than when you sat down because the quality of the food is truly excellent. Usually, you leave restaurants with the sometimes almost overwhelming smell of cooking, but here at Pasquale's, you enjoy the aromas of the food as you eat, and there's no lingering cooking odor, a tangible sign of the high quality of the products served. Compliments to the young head waiter, Ginevra, a polite, thoughtful, and sweet woman who knows how to pamper guests and make them feel at home. The kitchen is open, spotlessly clean, and tidy, from which you can admire the mastery of Chef Pasquale, owner of this quaint and beautiful restaurant. A special thanks goes to the lady in the kitchen, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, who works so elegantly with the talented Chef Pasquale to produce these delicious dishes. If you're in Ladispoli, Cerveteri, or anywhere along the coast and want to eat excellent food and the freshest fish, then don't hesitate, go to Pasquale's because, in my opinion, it's the BEST. 03/05/2026: The best meal I had in Italy so far! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, even though I don’t speak Italian they were super patient and helpful, and the food was fresh and authentic. Amazing experience!!!

05/07/2026: We were there for the first time but I will definitely not return again, low quality food, the raw ham was warm without a trace of ice, excellent service but all the scenery is slow, there are better around (then you ask for a lemon and they bring it to you with the peel peeled, something like this has never happened)

04/07/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant. Honestly, many people had spoken highly of it. Upon arrival, I'll just say that the waiter couldn't recommend a wine. Then, when it came to tasting, he didn't ask who wanted to try it; he poured it directly for my companion as if I didn't exist. We sat down at 9:00 PM, had an appetizer that arrived 45 minutes later, and at 11:00 PM, the main course still hadn't arrived. I should point out that the restaurant wasn't busy. I honestly regretted the service, given that the food was decent. The scampi risotto was full of nauseating cream, but the rest was good.

08/07/2026: When I got recommended to eat at this restaurant, I knew I had to try out their carbonara. It was literally the best pasta I’ve had on my trip with the portion being super fulfilling. I also tried the tempura, paired with aperol spritz and the combination was amazing. Both, the staff and the atmosphere, were absolutely lively!

03/06/2026: We booked dinner on the recommendation of our hostess, and it was a unique experience. The food was exquisite, the atmosphere magical, the patio setting in the evening, the service impeccable. We left feeling full and happy. I recommend eating slowly and savoring every moment. We thought we'd never be able to finish everything and would leave feeling heavy, given the multiple courses. But in the end, with a glass of amaro and a friendly chat with the hosts, we returned home feeling happy and lighthearted.

09/05/2026: We visited this seafood restaurant for dinner with family and overall had a great time. From the outside, the place isn't particularly impressive, and perhaps the exterior doesn't do justice to what's inside. The interior has been renovated and is quite modern and welcoming, although there are some details that could be improved: for example, some parts, like the table and chair legs and the lower part of the bathroom door, show signs of wear. We ordered several seafood appetizers, both raw and cooked, of good quality. The dish that won us over was the mezzaluna pasta stuffed with ricotta, buffalo mozzarella, and zucchini flowers, with pink shrimp and crispy guanciale: truly excellent, delicate yet flavorful and well-balanced. Overall, a pleasant dinner, in a welcoming atmosphere and with friendly service.

26/04/2026: I had the opportunity to try this beautiful restaurant for a retirement dinner, and the long list of hot and cold appetizers was amazing, as were the first and second courses. All the dishes had a special touch, making them interesting and enjoyable to enjoy. They have an interesting wine selection, and the service was very good, with courteous, professional, and always available waiters, despite there being about fifty of us. Recommended!

29/06/2025: I went there last night, but upon arrival I found another restaurant, with a different name and different management, where I ate badly, tasteless food and small portions.

08/06/2026: We went to this restaurant to celebrate our two-year anniversary. We wanted to avoid the "usual" seafood restaurant and try something different, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The restaurant offers highly refined dishes, with unique pairings designed for those who love to experiment with new flavors. We were won over right from the chef's welcome: a warm focaccia accompanied by exquisite whipped anchovy butter. We chose the six-course tasting menu for €65, a truly fair price considering the high-quality ingredients and the quantity (by the end of the meal, I was literally stuffed!). The staff, incredibly kind and friendly, also made the difference, making the lunch even more special. Highly recommended!

14/07/2026: Terrible experience, they advertise the menus and then tell you that you can't have the fish and pizza menus. We were 2 people, they say at least 4 people, meat and fish yes... mountain starter, to say the least, awful mortadella that had an old arancini taste... fish, nothing special, good meat but for the rest absolutely to be avoided... pizza with Nutella included in the menu I had to pay separately because they say it is for 4 people even if it is included in the menus... never again

04/05/2026: Truly exceeded expectations. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was of the highest standard and quality. We'll definitely be back in the city a few times. We ate incredibly fresh fish, plated with care and creativity, like here at the TEMI Restaurant, located near the Porte di Roma Shopping Center. We also booked on TheFork with a 30% discount. 💪 Compliments to the Chef, too. Well done everyone, perfect lunch! 👏🥰

13/05/2026: Anyone who loves seafood cannot miss this restaurant. Its simple, clean atmosphere and extraordinary service are complemented by the friendliness of the owner and waiters. In addition to the menu, the owner is also able to describe the daily specials in great detail, making your mouth water. The raw fish appetizer is splendid and varied, including various types of cuttlefish and calamari, presented in attractive and elegant dishes (see photo). The first courses are exceptional (it's worth it when they serve the squid ink pasta, but not only that). There's also a vast assortment of second courses. Homemade desserts are also included. I highly recommend it.
