15/02/2026: Simply amazing seafood restaurant!!! Fresh fish from Anzio daily, quick and impeccable service, all dishes are made to order, even the fish salad served warm. The fried calamari and shrimp are excellent and light, and the turbot meunière with artichoke crunch is jaw-dropping. It's family-run, and the attention to detail and customer service is a rare example of how hospitality should be provided in a restaurant setting!! Well done everyone, I'll definitely be back, and soon. Absolutely reasonable prices. A well-stocked wine cellar and a wide selection of wines, including spirits, rum, and much more.

21/01/2026: I can only say good things about this B&B, my husband and I were looking for options to spend a night near the airport before our flight...the communication from day one was very good and the last days they where amazing they let us leave our suitcases there at the check out hour cause our fly was until 7pm and we need to leave the room. For airline reasons, we had to extend our stay and they did everything in their power to fix our last-minute extension. The clean rooms, the good heating, the hot water in the shower all the time in operation, they leave you a light breakfast and coffee, we use the kitchen, the refrigerator and the microwave, which saved us a few dollars. There are several restaurants to eat near the river, but a few steps away you have a supermarket or very close by a pizzeria with very delicious pasta at a lower price, you can also find an automatic laundry nearby and ATM (closes at evening) I highly ecommend this place, not to mention that the bus stations are only a few minutes away. Thank you for all the attention with us, I hope we will return to Fiumicino soon. ❤️

29/01/2026: Only had some Pizza, so I do not know about the steak. But the staff was very unwelcoming, and I felt i felt like all she wanted to do was get us out. The door. Very unpleasant person. 🛑

20/01/2026: Booked directly through Google, 3 confirmation emails, we arrived and were told they didn't check those reservations and kicked us out because they didn't have a table for two available. Truly rude and impolite!! First and last time!! I wanted to tell the owner that Google doesn't force anyone to keep a service active and it can easily be deactivated. Don't take reservations into account, but read the reviews right away!! Anyway, we went to the nearby Oasi pizzeria. It was fully booked, but they found us a place to stay. The staff was excellent, as were the pizzas!

01/03/2026: We consider the Nello restaurant like "eating at home"!!! Not for the simplicity of the cuisine... on the contrary!! But for the extreme attention, I would define "affectionate", with which the ingredients are chosen, starting from the oil, the excellent meat, the very fresh fish, the homemade bread, the carefully prepared but balanced desserts!! And then... the human relationship!!!! Marco doesn't run a restaurant.... he welcomes you into his home!!! He discusses with you and recommends the best of the day... even remembering the diner's preferences, no longer a customer, but a participant in a gastronomic journey that also includes the chef coming into the dining room to collect comments and reveal secrets!! And where do you find more places this "AUTHENTIC"????? Exactly... at Nello's!!! Try it and believe it... and always thank you!!!

04/03/2026: A quick business lunch, but a very good product. Finally, a puntarella seasoned as it should be and a waitress who opens you a nice glass of local wine even if it wasn't on the "glass menu". The great classic spaghetti with clams is very good, the place on the lakeside is beautiful. Thank you, I hope to see you soon for a nice Sunday lunch.

01/03/2026: The only positive note was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, but unfortunately, everything else wasn't great. We were a table of six and spent €50 each for two dishes and a coffee each. The quality was average, considering the rubbery fried fish and the dishes were served at different times for everyone. The place is nice and everyone is friendly, but it's not worth it.

01/03/2026: This was recommended by our hotel in the Monti neighborhood as a place serving traditional dishes that locals also frequent. It was popular with locals for drinks earlier in the evening when we were there for dinner (at 7 pm) and then popular for dinner as we were finishing up at 8:30. A nice lively crowd, but not too boisterous, hence the 5 for atmosphere. The food was more of a mama's kitchen preparation...fine but not refined and not especially well prepared or especially tasty. The service was good considering they were quite busy with indoor and outdoor tables and had one server and one bartender.

30/12/2025: A very unique place, worth trying both for the location and the food: pizzas and much more, including a wide selection of first and second courses. The quality is more than decent, and the prices are quite reasonable, considering the current demand. It's worth a try, especially for the helpful staff. Make a reservation if you want to eat here.

25/12/2025: Christmas lunch was mind-blowing today. Confused and incredibly fast fast-food service (by 2:30 they had already delivered all our dishes, so we're talking about a Christmas lunch), and the dishes were almost entirely served cold. Cold lasagna and lamb chops... and that's self-explanatory. €48 total for a mediocre menu. The service was terrible, and it wasn't the waiters' fault (though they were kind), but rather the restaurant owner's, who was planning to vacate the place at 3:30. The wrong dishes were missing, as well as the wrong liquors... It's not the first time I've had a truly terrible meal at this place... and I repeat, €48.

26/01/2026: On December 10, 2025, we celebrated my niece's wedding by eating at this splendid restaurant. The welcome aperitif outside the restaurant was sublime, and then with that breathtaking view of the sea, it looked like a painting. The lunch dishes were excellent. The dining room staff were very professional and attentive to every need and request of the customer. Heartfelt compliments to the kitchen staff for preparing masterpieces. I highly recommend it.

02/03/2026: Beautiful location, beyond our expectations. We agreed on a set menu since there were 17 of us. We ate excellent food and drank excellent wines. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. A special thanks to the staff who served us impeccably. Well done!

01/01/2026: We went to this restaurant on New Year's Eve for dinner with friends. Reading the menu, the experience seemed promising, almost "out of this world," but when the dishes arrived, the reality was quite different. The seafood appetizer was reminiscent of a run-of-the-mill 1980s menu, with ingredients that were anything but fresh. The first course, gnocchi, was bland; the portions, overall, were small and of mediocre quality. Considering the price of €110 per person, it was a significant disappointment. Entertainment was available, but it was also in line with the low quality of the evening. The only positive note: the service, courteous and friendly.

23/12/2025: Welcoming and clean, the restaurant has spacious rooms. Delicious food; I recommend the excellent pasta and potatoes with provola, the pasta and chickpeas with octopus, and the octopus alla Luciana. The desserts are delicious, both the panna cotta and the tart with cream and berries. The staff is kind and friendly. The menu is written on large chalkboards on the wall. Excellent value. I highly recommend it for pizza, too.

15/02/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime. With its 8-course menu featuring mostly fish, it offers a truly delicious experience; I think it's the best fish restaurant I've ever tried.
