20/04/2026: I dined at this restaurant in Aprilia on April 19, 2026. The atmosphere is elegant yet immediately comfortable. The lady, with a kind and professional manner, listed the day's specials for us. After taking her advice, we ordered an appetizer, octopus scapece, and a main course of sea bass and monkfish. The appetizer was truly unique, I recommend it, and the main courses were prepared with a touch of personality, as were the side dishes. The service was attentive and meticulous, performed by a young waiter, whom I complimented for his manners. In short, there was nothing to complain about, not even the bill. Well done, and that's it! Next time I return to Aprilia, this will be my go-to place for seafood.

13/06/2026: We went to Bistro 8 e 9 in Trevignano Romano to celebrate my birthday and were truly delighted. The location is stunning, with tables directly overlooking Lake Bracciano, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The service was excellent: the blonde woman who served us was extremely kind, professional, and understanding, helping make the evening even more enjoyable. A truly successful dinner in every way, in an enchanting location. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to spend a lovely evening on the lake enjoying excellent food and receiving impeccable service. We will definitely be back!

The service and staff are impeccable throughout, not to mention the excellent food and the elegant, fun atmosphere. The photography is professional and approachable, and when it comes time to get the party started, the spectacular DJ sets are a blast! 28/02/2026: I really liked this restaurant, as hidden as it is popular. Beautiful dining room, fully booked on a Friday in February. Fast and friendly service, with the Signora—sorry, Signora—who's always on the go and never misses a beat. Rich and substantial menu. Pleasant appetizer with various bruschetta, prosciutto, cured meats, and a bowl of beans with pork rind. Excellent polenta with sausage (half) and spare ribs (a small piece), with plenty of cheese served on the side. Excellent arrosticini. €150 for 6 people for 6 appetizers, 6 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts, coffee, and liqueurs—it seems really friendly. Highly recommended. Book well in advance.

24/03/2026: We had some very good pizzas, huge, thin, and with a crispy crust, cooked in a wood-fired oven. The pizzas on the menu can be customized to your liking when ordering. The only problem is that they're so big that by the time you get to the end, they're already cold! Recommended.

13/03/2026: After a few years, we returned with our family to this place that was a favorite for us. Total disappointment, interminable wait, even for the kids, and sloppy service. The same dish, poor and without garnish, was served at a different table next door. I asked for bread, and they told me it was out shortly afterward. They brought it to another table. Spaghetti with clams served with lupini beans. The bill was steep, and the food was bland by their old standards. I'm sorry, but business can't be like this. I've lost a trusted place to go.

We were quite a large group, yet from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a genuine smile, the kind that makes you understand that hospitality here isn't a formality, but a value. The restaurant is bright, with attention to detail but without being overbearing. Tastefully decorated. The aromas wafting from the kitchen already promised something, but the reality exceeded all expectations. We started with mixed appetizers that seemed painted on a plate, delicious and beautiful. Then came the first courses—a treat for the palate. Impeccable service, perfect timing, and a bill that, surprisingly, was more than fair considering the quality and attention to every detail. We all left with a smile, satisfied not only with good food, but also with a wonderful feeling. A special thanks to Lola and Angela, professional and kind. The love they put into their work shines through, and they know how to make you feel good. In short: a place where you eat well, feel good, and immediately want to return. A full five stars, and if I could, I'd give one more for the kindness of the staff.

The outdoor space is not only functional, but also charming and well-maintained. Despite it being a business lunch, the quality of the dishes was excellent. Fresh ingredients and expertly executed dishes. The staff was prompt and courteous, demonstrating great professionalism in managing the time of those who need to return to work without sacrificing a high-quality meal. Whether for a business meeting or a relaxing moment, Acquarella is a guarantee of quality and courtesy. Highly recommended!
