17/10/2025: Review: Highly recommended! Ample convenient parking, a well-kept and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine is truly excellent, with fresh fish and beautifully presented dishes. The owner was polite, helpful, and always friendly. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!

18/10/2025: We tried the appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, all perfect. The service and helpfulness of the owners are beyond compare. We return as often as we can when we're in Rome. Highly recommended.

17/10/2025: I can't give it five stars for two important reasons: we ordered a simple cacio e pepe, which arrived covered in COLD fried zucchini, thinly sliced, which negatively affected the taste; in fact, they were set aside. We then ordered a lobster catalana, which is priced at €90 per kilo on the menu, but unfortunately, it doesn't live up to its value, both due to the freshness of the product and the way it was served, with a mashed potato covering the lobster itself. I've attached a photo for a visual assessment. To be fair, I'd also like to highlight the courtesy of the staff and the atmosphere of an old-fashioned Roman tavern right in the city center, just steps from the Vatican.

The cuberolle I tasted was simply extraordinary: tender, succulent, and perfectly cooked, with the perfect balance of flavors that only a cuisine that pays attention to detail can provide. Tiziano Papacchini To complete the experience, an aromatic wine with an intense aroma and harmonious flavor, elegantly enhancing every bite. The olive oil, served with warm bread, also deserves a special mention: fragrant, fruity, authentic—a true journey through the flavors of the region. The service was impeccable, courteous, and professional, with a level of customer service that is increasingly rare these days. Each course was accompanied by a smile and genuine expertise, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, a restaurant that combines quality, passion, and authenticity, perfect for those seeking a truly memorable culinary experience. I will definitely return, and with great pleasure.

18/09/2025: Great experience, I go there regularly, excellent for lunch break, on weekends there is always live music and dinner shows, top food, fresh fish and then the delicious Nikkei cuisine... polite and professional staff... I absolutely recommend!!!

19/10/2025: Every restaurant has its own approach. If you want a menu where, for example, you charge €2.50 for a coffee or a bottle of tap water, that's fine. Or expensive entrees, that's fine. But then the service and the location must be top-notch. Instead, the tables are packed and there's no room for anyone to pass, with those at the next table sitting with you. The server is clearly struggling. As for the entrees, the bill... everything is so difficult.

07/11/2025: The owner was friendly and welcoming! It's a lovely restaurant. We had lunch outside, watching the swans and ducks below us. We also had hamburgers (which annoyed the waiter, who resentfully said, "You're coming to the lake and you want meat?!"). Well, sir, I happened upon this place by chance, and I certainly don't come to a restaurant looking for lake fish, or worse, sea fish. Who wants that?! I liked the meat, as well as the fries. Thank you ;)

03/11/2025: My father and I decided to take a break from the big cities and found this peaceful oasis on Lake Bracciano. We were welcomed by Massimiliano, who gave us a detailed overview of the menu. We were very satisfied, and to top it off, the manager showed up at the end of the meal for a noteworthy chat, demonstrating his expertise in the field. Congratulations on your 31 years of service to Le Papere di Bracciano. We'll be back.

10/10/2025: We chose the tasting menu and were thrilled: each course was a small masterpiece, with original pairings, excellent ingredients, and impeccable attention to both plating and service. A truly exquisite gastronomic experience.

The location is enchanting, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and the owners often come to the table to check the opinions of those enjoying their dishes. The wine list is amazing. If there is a God of Taste, then he lives here.
