23/11/2025: Tonight, just a relaxing break, I "treated" myself to a glass of sparkling white wine to celebrate a somewhat unusual day. As always, it's an oasis of serenity in a sea of 💩 where I've always been welcomed like a lady and treated as such 🤩 By all the staff 🥰 Quite a lot these days. Mr. Franco's splendid gesture has finally reconciled me with the world 🥰...for tonight 🤭 Like a gentleman, he himself offered me a glass of wine and a cask 🤭 of respect, grace, and kindness. Very rare qualities to emphasize, and I reciprocate this way and by always recommending the place 🥰😋 Whenever I can, even verbally. Thank you so much 🥰 🤗♥️

05/11/2025: A true Triestine treat that lets you truly experience traditional local cuisine. The Imperial Platter for Two is truly sublime, and I recommend it to couples. Tongue, cotechino, prosciutto, and many other delicacies! Of course, they also offer an excellent sandwich with hand-sliced prosciutto and a drizzle of horseradish!

The service is provided by young, dynamic girls, perhaps sometimes so busy they forget a few things. Nice location.
Prices are average.

02/11/2025: An interesting lunch, featuring high-quality ingredients, well-prepared dishes, and a good selection of wines. The restaurant is informal yet elegant, and overall cleanliness is good.
I tried a raw fish dish, a baked sea bream, and a scampi busara. Overall, everything was pleasant, but there were a few details that could be improved: the raw fish, the scampi, prawns, scallops, and scallops weren't cleaned properly; the casing had been partially removed, or in some cases not at all. Anyone who doesn't know this risks eating the whole thing without even realizing it.
The baked sea bream was also served whole, without filleting: for those who aren't familiar with cleaning fish, this can make the tasting a bit tricky.

03/09/2025: I had tagliolini with prawns, thyme and courgettes: the prawns were of excellent quality, the courgettes were fine and the pasta was very good, the price was fair and the service was courteous, the atmosphere wasn't anything special but still nice.
