01/04/2026: Being an osteria you think you're eating home-made cuisine made of meat and fish, instead it feels like being in a starred restaurant, the food was good, the menu too particular and scenic in my opinion, the prices are exaggerated for the dishes offered.

11/10/2025: Recommended trattoria, with tasty and beautifully presented seafood dishes. Friendly owners. We opted for mussels with chili pepper instead of pepper, and instead of the mussels with pepper, we opted for mussels with impeperoncina (a type of mussels with pepper), followed by fish gratin and sardines in saor (sautéed sardines). The house wine by the glass is good, both still and sparkling. Prices are reasonable. Free street parking is available near the restaurant. Worth a stop for some food and wine.

15/12/2025: 5 out of 5 stars for everything! Location, setting, food, presentation, and the friendliness and kindness of the staff (a very important factor). All the dishes were excellent, their quality and presentation, and the empathy of the waiter (alas, I don't remember his name) who recommended the traditional biscuits with Marsala wine to finish our meal. This is a place where they make you feel at home, sitting at a table with friends. My husband and I will definitely return to this wonderful place.

04/03/2026: Everything was very good, the staff were very friendly, everything was really excellent, you can taste every little difference in the flavor, I really like it, you can taste all the flavors and tastes of their Rugantino area, however, it's very easy to get there for those coming from Udine and for those coming from outside Udine. I'm from Godia and I got there in about 10 minutes, maybe a little less because in the evening it's much less noisy than during the day. The location of that place is also very suitable for families with children, so I find it very important for organizing dinners with friends and colleagues, etc. An excellent reference point for everything; if I'm not mistaken, it's also open for lunch and can be reached by bus lines 1, 2, and 3. It's also accessible by the new bus line 81, which connects the center of Udine with the hospital ring road and Via Colugna (although in my opinion, since it already overlooks the main lines, it doesn't make much sense). Furthermore, even when the bus from out-of-town locations, such as Tolmezzo, Gemona, etc., is closed, you can stop at the Chiavris stop and wait for the first bus, or for bus line 2 coming from Feletto, or bus line 81 coming from Via Colugna, as well as the hospital ring road to reach the historic center, formerly line 1 (years ago, this line passed through the historic center before the ZTL, and after the ZTL was introduced, they forced a change in its route). The only problem is the parking. It's located on the road, but with a bit of luck, you should find some free space on the internal streets...

08/04/2026: We visited the "Baby" restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting – you immediately feel at ease. The service deserves special mention: very friendly, attentive, and courteous without being intrusive. For our meals, we ordered a Diavola pizza and a Bufola pizza – both were absolutely delicious, fresh, and flavorful. As a lovely surprise, we were given complimentary vanilla ice cream with lemon at the end, which perfectly rounded off the meal. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable visit – we'll definitely be back!

29/04/2026: We ate at this restaurant one evening with friends, and the food was very good. Those who ate fish and those who ate pizza were very satisfied. The only flaw was the somewhat cramped atmosphere, with the diner-style tables a bit too close together. Our group was split across two adjacent but uncomfortable tables. Tables seat up to six people. Service wasn't exactly fast, especially for children. It was very difficult to keep separate bills.

06/04/2026: A very positive experience. We ate really, really well. The food was excellent, and the service was also very fast, despite the large crowd at the restaurant. I recommend booking because they're always full, precisely because the food is so good.

I highly recommend making a reservation and parking in the underground car park, where a convenient elevator takes you up to the town. Excellent, well-prepared, and very tasty seafood dishes, with friendly staff.

05/04/2026: La Cambusa is a truly excellent restaurant that I can wholeheartedly recommend. The value for money is absolutely fantastic – you get high-quality food at fair prices. The very friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention, making the experience even more enjoyable. As a nice touch, they even offered a complimentary limoncello at the end, which added an extra positive touch. I would definitely eat here again!

04/03/2026: I give 5 stars but 6 stars would be more accurat. Tuna steak has been the bedst ever eaten. Lasagne so good and tasty. Service perfect and professionel. This is the bedst and cosy place in Grado.

07/01/2026: A well-kept, if not exceptional, location, knowledgeable staff, and good food, BUT: 1. A complete lack of a menu (even when explicitly requested), therefore no prices or allergens (which is also completely non-compliant). 2. An exorbitant bill: €104 for two verbally agreed-upon starters (one of which was requested without tomato sauce, although it was included) and a glass of wine. The bill wouldn't have been a problem if there had been a menu. It's a shame, because all the menu items are there for a quality restaurant, but it suffers from a lack of real skill in service and adherence to the rules.
