15/12/2025: 5 out of 5 stars for everything! Location, setting, food, presentation, and the friendliness and kindness of the staff (a very important factor). All the dishes were excellent, their quality and presentation, and the empathy of the waiter (alas, I don't remember his name) who recommended the traditional biscuits with Marsala wine to finish our meal. This is a place where they make you feel at home, sitting at a table with friends. My husband and I will definitely return to this wonderful place.

20/02/2026: Many years ago I worked in this restaurant and I know the ins and outs. They don't remember me, but I chose to spend my birthday here because I'm sure of the freshness, attention to detail, and cleanliness. My husband and I come to the Udine area every now and then for work, and our choice for lunch always falls to this restaurant. This evening we left from Jesolo (you understand, I live by the sea) and I chose Ancona 2 to celebrate my birthday. We arrived, they seated us, and we ordered two house appetizers and a Vincenzo pizza. The appetizer was nothing like the usual, and we forgot about the pizza. I didn't finish my appetizer, the waiter asked me why, and I gave my opinion, which Mrs. Maria didn't appreciate (but she did her best to resolve the problem). We decided to ask for the dessert menu, but the waiter slammed the three dessert menus on the table, at which point I decided with my family to leave. I recognize you as hard workers, I recognize the cleanliness because I cleaned Your well-maintained furnishings, I recognize the freshness and attention to raw materials. But today was my birthday, I traveled miles... no one should dare offend with inappropriate behavior just for judging a dish. Me and my family. Be kinder and more understanding towards customers and accept some criticism with humility because even after years of experience it can always be constructive, otherwise, Mrs. Maria, salt is useless. I THANK YOU FOR THE EVENING BECAUSE FOR ME IT WAS CONSTRUCTIVE TOO.

28/02/2026: This used to be my favorite pizzeria in Trieste: soft, light pizza, with a dough that felt like a cloud. Unfortunately, the pizza I ate a few days ago was very different: heavy, dense dough that left me thirsty, and mozzarella with an unconvincing flavor. I'm truly sorry: the fabulous pizza—at least for me—is now just a memory.

A place that is very well suited for aperitifs and toasts as it has a room adjacent to the bar and a vast assortment of excellent cicchetti ranging from mixed fried food to pizza, chips and various savoury dishes. UNDISPUTEDLY THE BEST APEROL SPRITZ I HAVE DRINKED IN THE AREA AND NOT ONLY IS THEIR IMPECCABLE MEASUREMENT. A BIG APPLAUSE TO KATIA THE ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL BARTENDER WITH BLONDE HAIR.... WELL DONE WELL DONE WELL DONE... I WILL GLADLY TRAVEL 35 KM WHEN I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DRINK HER DRINK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. In the area and not only have I tried other places but hers is the best I drink. WELL DONE

The friendliness of the family management is very welcome. It's a great place to stay and enjoy delicious fish and meat dishes. The fish is incredibly fresh, as in Marano, fishing boats arrive every day with freshly caught fish. Every dish is delicious and cooked with excellent recipes and according to tradition. The price is good and reasonable. I recommend this trattoria, located just a few steps from the center of Marano Lagunare. 😊😋

15/02/2026: We had lunch at this pizzeria with four of us and we really enjoyed it! Although we didn't order pizza, we tried several dishes: fried pizza with raw ham, raw tagliolini with poppy seeds, chicken tagliata, and parmigiana—all very good and carefully prepared. The service was very fast, and the staff was kind and attentive. A great experience, we'll definitely be back to try the pizza too! Recommended 🙂

10/01/2026: I'd like to give it 6 stars, but alas, it's impossible. It's a refined and elegant place. We were in the area and discovered it by chance, but we couldn't have been luckier. The service was welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely incredible. The creamed cod melted in your mouth, and the "capannina" appetizer was truly excellent. For our first course, we tried the paccheri with calamari, cherry tomatoes, and Taggiasca olives, and they were truly sublime. Congratulations, we hope to return in the future, and this time it won't be by chance!
