20/05/2026: We found ourselves in Lignano for a family weekend after about a year, and while talking with friends, we learned about the change in management in the last two months. Having dined here previously and been very enthusiastic, we were surprised by the news but also intrigued, so much so that we booked a table. What can I say? A fantastic experience, with welcoming and warm staff. Antonino, the restaurant manager, chatted with us, and immersed us in his exciting world of gastronomy, revealing himself to be a great enthusiast of the art of baking. He welcomed us and seated us. We ordered two "a ruota di carro" (cartwheel) pizzas and two "contemporaneo" (contemporary) pizzas. We were amazed, as we too are passionate and avid Neapolitan pizza lovers. In Lignano, it's definitely hard to find an equal. It will definitely be our regular stop when we're in Lignano to enjoy a truly EXCELLENT pizza.
