21/03/2024: Despite myself, I have to give a negative rating to this place due to the recent experience when booking for Easter lunch. My sister made a reservation well in advance at this place for six people. At the time of booking we were not provided with the menu, we were only given an indication of the price (60-70 euros) because they did not yet know what type of fish would be offered. A few days ago she was contacted by telephone where the planned menu for the Easter lunch was provided which consisted of: appetizers: seafood salad and scallop cream soup; first courses: ravioli stuffed with asparagus with mazancolle ragù, sorbet, second course: sea bass fillet with baked potatoes, dessert, water, house wine and coffee. Cost 70 euros. I consider what is proposed not to be up to par with a place that I have already had the opportunity to evaluate in the past for its food specialty. The lack of an entree with a welcome glass and a small taster would have been a good start to the lunch, the starter limited to two courses without a pairing of some au gratin, only a first and a second course and with a cost that falls within a range medium high. As already mentioned, my family and I, despite ourselves, gave up visiting the place.

13/01/2024: I love this place, the staff are lovely, the food is to die for and the wine assortment is perfect. Massimo cooks locally caught fish there. My favorite dishes are, the sardoni alla Massimo, the cozze, the shellfish pasta and the mixed fry which is light and cooked to perfection. It is without a doubt the best place where you can eat fish in Trieste!

09/03/2024: non posso che complimentarmi e ringraziare i gestori di questo piccolo gioiello di ristorante di pesce sul piccolo corso in Centro Storico a Grado. E' stato difficile trovare e prenotare per l'ultimo dell'anno con molti locali chiusi. Il gestore ci ha correttamente avvisati che il posto e gli spazi erano piccoli, ma noi abbiamo accettato senza timore e siamo stati ripagati. Servizio semplice, ma con sorriso e simpatia del gestore-cameriere, meridionale, trapiantato a Grado, con evidente passione per il suo lavoro e un po' di sana nostalgia per la sua terra! Cena ad ottimi livelli (non è scontato in zona turistica e a capodanno, su un menù a la Carte normale ma sicuramente interessante. Cibo di qualità e ben cotto e, soprattutto, costi onesti, sempre più rarità!!! Grazie per la piacevole serata: mangiare bene è sempre motivo di felicità

Unusual and excellent quality menu: aperitif, starter, 2 excellent first courses (ravioli with pesto and burrata and risotto), 2 second courses of meat (roast and lamb) with exquisite side dishes and the final dessert a unique delicacy with light cream and strawberries. Very welcoming and forgiving environment, infinitely kind, thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend it

03/04/2024: THE REVIEW ONLY CONCERNS THE PIZZERIA AND RESTAURANT PART!!! Local with excellent location, as it is on the state road in the municipality of Venzone (UD). Ample parking and very well lit both outside and inside. You are immediately welcomed in a "familiar" way, the staff immediately makes you feel at ease as if you were one of the family! Large and very well-ordered room, very clean, above all you notice the large space between the tables... Well done! Short waiting times I would say (even if there were few people in the room given the late evening time). I give 4 stars, because THE PIZZA IS STANDARD (NOT REAL) but mainly because, RELUCKINGLY, I SAW THE MORTADELLA COOKED IN THE OVEN (PIZZA MORTADELLA), WHICH MAKES THE PIZZA BECOME SALTY (BECAUSE THE COOKED MORTADELLA REMOVES ALL THE FAT) AND ONCE AFTER HALF A PIZZA, YOU CAN NO LONGER EAT IT, Besides being expensive (10 euros) given that it is not a "special" dough with a high edge (true style)! I RECOMMEND PUTTING ON THE MORTADELLA AT THE END OF COOKING, AND ACCOMPANYING IT WITH SOME BURRATA! For the rest I recommend it! With I will return but, not for pizza, probably fish (given the advice of acquaintances).

Staff friendliness is celebrated, but in times of stress, who can be faultless? All fish dishes and portions are cracked, it's best to get advice to make sure it's not too much. All products freshly prepared and clean atmosphere. Prosecco and vino della casa sensational. We'd love to come back

06/04/2024: Very kind and attentive staff, welcoming and well-kept environment, even clean bathrooms. We had the pizza and it was really good. Attention to detail: crostini with sauces and dispenser of spicy oil and oregano available at every table, also very well looked after
