05/09/2025: Very nice restaurant! 🥰 I've had calamari fritti in many places, but this is the best ever! I can only recommend it. We also had black mussels, which were also incredibly delicious. The lady is nice, lively, attentive, funny. We had a great time. If we are in Trieste again, we will definitely stop by here ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

31/08/2025: Good service and good meal using fresh seafood. Just be aware, as others have said, that menu options change based on what fresh seafood is available that day, so not everything is on offer. (For example, in my case for a late-August dinner, I had to choose from 4 starters, 3 first courses, and 0 second courses.)

06/09/2025: Once a year, it's a regular stop. Always impeccable, delicious meat. Highly recommended.

28/07/2025: A very nice restaurant that we have been visiting for years. We had meat, pasta, and pizza – very good value for money with large portions. Extremely attentive service, and the food arrived quickly and hot. The head waiter has been there for years and is a unique person who has his staff absolutely under control. With 4 adults, just under 100 euros – Highly recommended.

21/08/2025: Trattoria in the center of Trieste. We tried a scampi starter, which was very good. The main course, sea bream, was decent. The desserts were good. The bill wasn't too high.

11/08/2025: A wonderful place surrounded by greenery. Seafood or meat menus...amazing. Superlative dishes, where the selection of the freshest, highest-quality ingredients takes center stage. All this combined with the evident skill and passion of those in the kitchen, and the welcoming and friendly service in the dining room. Superbly stocked wine cellar. Excellent...congratulations to everyone!

26/08/2025: The tuna and octopus paccheri with potatoes met our expectations. The price was average for Lignano restaurants of this caliber.

21/08/2025: Excellent pizza, I'm also told the calamari is super...the waiters are nice, attentive and courteous.

28/08/2025: Average, ordinary food. I gave it two stars because in Italy they charge a minimum of 2 euros per person per person.

22/08/2025: This place surprised me, and positively. The seafood in the form of Fritura Mista was delicious, and the lasagna was more meaty than tomato-based, but delicious nonetheless. It had an old-fashioned restaurant feel, with a good mix of locals, which is a good sign. The service was friendly and welcoming.

14/09/2025: Since 2023 - discovered by a lucky coincidence - we have been regular guests at the Aqua Pazza, we are in Lignano 3-4 times a year for 4-5 days and always eat at the Aqua Pazza and it is always a CULINARY EXPERIENCE, super friendly and attentive service, really great food with creative creations, ... it feels like eating with friends, for us the best restaurant in Lignano and the surrounding area 🥰 we use every opportunity to visit and are always looking forward to seeing you again with CULINARY HIGHLIGHTS 😍

15/08/2025: Simple and well-kept place, manager and staff are courteous, helpful and attentive to the needs of the customers. Here you eat very well and at a fair price. I recommend the fish-based dishes... excellent and well-kept (exceptional mixed fry... never eaten so good) The pizza is also good. Excellent restaurant to spend a quiet lunch or dinner with friends, family or relatives. I recommend you try this place.

15/08/2025: Barbara is an exceptional waitress, with a remarkable talent for customer service: she's smiling, kind, attentive, and even open to the friendly requests of customers who ask her to take their photo. She makes sure you feel comfortable, asking if "everything's okay." In any case, the other waitresses are also kind and professional. During the welcome phone call, I spoke with Elisabetta, whose tone was polite and inviting, resilient: willing to "meet the needs of a new customer who shows up at the last minute"... spaghetti with clams, perfect recipe!... tiramisu was good, but better without the whipped cream. Thanks to all the staff, the waiters, the cooks, the "many Giulias" who are truly unique, and a special thanks goes to Domenico: unique and unrepeatable! ...and... we have "the magician"! 24/08/2025: My partner and I stopped for lunch yesterday at this little restaurant in the center of Trieste. I called about twenty minutes before arriving (since I was passing through), and they were immediately kind and helpful in giving us a table. Fast service, very friendly staff, and excellent fish quality. If we ever return to Trieste, it will definitely be a must-visit. Everything was excellent :)

20/06/2025: Cena a base di pesce eccezionale. Antipasto caldo/freddo di pesce sublime. Fresco, servizio molto curato personale molto gentile.

06/09/2025: Review for August 2024, unfortunately I couldn't return this year, it's just a shame they can't put more protective structures outside than umbrellas, otherwise 5 stars for hospitality, treatment, menu and service.
