15/03/2026: Overall, it was an okay experience. The food was good and the location was charming. The only flaw was the service, as we had to repeatedly ask for water and condiments to be brought to the table, which were brought at the end of the meal. I'm sorry, but it was a Sunday in spring and therefore very crowded.

12/03/2026: Excellent osteria on the canal harbor, with a uniquely decorated but overall pleasant atmosphere. The food is very good, with generous portions. They also offer a daily menu at a very affordable and interesting price of €20, which includes a first course, second course, water, 1/4 cup wine, and coffee. Since we're talking about fish, I was very satisfied. It's also in a beautiful location, the canal harbor of Cesenatico. It's a shame I don't live closer, I'd go more often. Well done, keep up the good work. Ps. The waiter is also friendly 😃

09/02/2026: I didn't stay, just dined. The seafood dishes are simple and unpretentious. The ingredients are fresh and prepared as they should be. The portions are adequate and the prices are average. The place isn't flashy from the outside, but the atmosphere is very welcoming and refined inside. There's only a limited seating, so there's little hustle and bustle. Seafood close to home, I'll definitely be back.

20/10/2025: Hi, three stars, and I'll explain why later, but my rating is 8/10, and the positive assessment goes to the food and the staff. I gave it a 3 for the interior decor (which needs updating) and the slow service, which, however, is compensated by the quality of the dishes and the kindness of the staff. The first courses are exceptional.

09/11/2025: Excellent everything, good food, well presented even by the owner (and chef) who pleasantly lingered with me and my wife and to tell the story (also with other diners, a sign of extreme attention to the customer and respect) but the food is great - I returned for dinner two nights in a row (despite the hotel's recommendations not having arrived) and the treatment was even superior - Thanks Andrea (unfortunately I returned again in October and ... Too bad we didn't meet again) I'm Fulvio (Brazilian wife) and we talked about your experiences for two nights in a row! Ciao (treated well also in everything but the raw material was excellent)

10/10/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, elegant venue, generous but not excessive dishes, carefully prepared and, above all, EXCELLENT in terms of both product and craftsmanship. Soutè, seafood au gratin, cuttlefish salad, ravioli with Mazzara shrimp, spaghetti with clams, everything truly delicious. A young and professional team that spontaneously conveys a warm welcome. Top! Definitely worth the trip.

02/02/2026: I've been there often, both for lunch and dinner, and I have to say I generally enjoy coming here! There are, however, a few small issues that I find annoying, but nothing I can't resolve or overlook. Let me start by saying that the place is rustic and beautiful, nestled in the countryside with ample parking and divided into a ground floor (literally the brick and wood stable with seating) and an upper floor (with windows and more space). Regarding this, I have nothing to say about the decor, except for the fact that if you're on the ground floor, as quaint as it is, you have to be prepared for a fair amount of echo from the voices of all the customers eating. I always struggle to talk to others and feel deafened by the noise it creates, even when people aren't actually speaking out loud; it's really the fault of the layout of the room! Luckily, this problem doesn't exist upstairs. As for the service, I'll first say that the waiters are kind and super helpful! Sometimes, however, the service can be a little slow in bringing everyone's dishes... The food is good and homemade, and they offer all kinds of options... Pizzas, appetizers, first courses, and second courses of meat and seafood... The prices are reasonable! I recommend the pizzas and first courses! The meat dishes aren't bad, but in my opinion, they tend to always overcook the dishes. So if you like your meat medium-rare, ask for rare. In short, overall, I rate the place positively. They just need to improve the speed of service and the attention to detail on some dishes. If you don't like the loud noise, ask for the upstairs. 😘😂

15/03/2026: EXCEPTIONAL. It's not the first time I've been here, and I'm always extremely satisfied. The food is super good and plentiful. The waiters are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Excellent service. The pizza is also extremely good... highly recommended. And the coffee is good too (which isn't always a given). Clean and tidy place. Promoted with honors.

However, I would mention the service: a bit too informal and not up to par with the restaurant's reputation. It's clear they're well-prepared, but the overall result needs improvement, especially in terms of customer service, timing, attitude, and attention. See you soon!

15/03/2026: Osteria Satyricon is one of those places that warms your heart as soon as you step inside. It's not just a restaurant, it's a slice of authentic Bologna, where the hospitality is a given and quality is uncompromising. The first courses are simply sublime. Tortellini in broth taste like home, and tagliatelle with ragù are expertly prepared. The selection of second courses and side dishes is also excellent, with generous portions and the freshest ingredients. The atmosphere is rustic, informal, and lively. It's the ideal place for an evening with friends or a relaxed dinner where you'll immediately feel at ease, surrounded by an atmosphere brimming with history and personality. The quality-price ratio is fair. Finding such refined cuisine at such reasonable prices in the city is not a given. If you want to experience a true Bolognese osteria, off the beaten track and with an authentic soul, Satyricon is the place to be. Highly recommended!

26/02/2026: We went for lunch on a Sunday in February. We ate outside, it wasn't cold at all, and we had an artichoke salad that I highly recommend. It was one of the best we've ever eaten. The baked potatoes were truly delicious, and the pasta with Bolognese sauce was plentiful and tasty. We had a great time, and the price was reasonable. RECOMMENDED YES.

22/02/2026: The mussels in the seafood rice I ordered were spoiled. I got diarrhea after eating—on the train to Germany! Don’t eat here. When I told them the food wasn’t fresh, they offered to replace it with the same dish, but I felt too sick to eat. Not recommended.

19/03/2026: I had a very pleasant experience at Al Tavolaccio in Bologna. The atmosphere is simple and authentic, the kind of place where you feel like you’re eating where the locals eat, not in a touristy restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick. I ordered Tagliatelle al Ragù Bolognese, and it was very tasty, with a rich and well-balanced sauce typical of the local cuisine. The portion was generous and the value for money was very good. It’s a great place for a relaxed meal after walking around the city. If you’re visiting Bologna and want to try traditional Italian food in an authentic setting, this place is definitely worth a stop.
