12/04/2025: Like the restaurant we seem to have been coming here for ever...every time we come to Naples a visit to Da Dora is a must. You must book a table or you will never get in...except by extreme luck.
The food is traditional seafood plus and is prepared to a high standard and alwsys delicious. Just order the dishes you want (we share everything) and don't worry if they arrive in the wrong order...just enjoy. Can' t wait to go back again.
09/04/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant with very friendly service. We were staying at an apartment 200 meters from the restaurant, noticed that it was very busy and favored by the locals. We got much-much more than we expected, a perfect evening and dinner with our friends.

07/02/2025: Soy un comedor muy exigente. Es casi imposible para mí encontrar un lugar donde disfrutar de la comida. Este restaurante es absolutamente fantástico! ¡Qué delicioso! Además es muy elegante, con un servicio de clase alta! Fui allí por segunda vez en enero con toda mi familia, y nos encantó! ¡Gracias, Al Poeta! ¡Nos vemos pronto!

I often go eat a top seafood pizza, one word spectacular....
06/04/2025: Good restaurant, I have eaten in this place several times, the service is excellent, unfortunately the last time the fish was not so fresh, probably because it was a Monday evening, but you should be more careful about what you serve to customers.

23/03/2025: We got a seat which was at passage and we had to feel the servers passing by right behind us through the whole dinner time. Only one server who could speak English well was the rudest.
Most food was mediocre and the steak was like rubber. We love steak usually but as it was too hard to bite it we had to leave more than half of it even though we tried so hard.

23/03/2025: This was worse than pasta from a can. I’m not exaggerating, DISGUSTING. If I were Italian, I’d be ashamed to serve this. We had spaghetti and it was terrible—bland, no seasoning, not even pepper. Worst meal in Italy so far. My whole table agreed it was bland and bad. Hope they improve the quality as it’s a real shame.

23/03/2025: Genovese without even a piece of meat, no defined flavor and overcooked pasta, salty and burnt pizzas rather strongly. I'm sorry but I don't understand what people's tastes are. Then packed with kids on the weekend, absolutely not!

16/10/2024: Stunning location on the sea, closed in October by a gazebo of dubious taste with entrance not up to the standard of the venue. Heavenly food, high quality raw materials, good service even if some small details need to be reviewed (women always serve themselves before men). Absolutely knows how to review the toilets

23/03/2025: The place was very nice, the rest was a disappointment: unprofessional waitress, rubbery and not at all appetizing fried food, dirty tablecloth, cloudy house wine, bathroom better not to mention it.
23/03/2025: We had lunch here with 4 friends on the recommendation of our hotel and several people and I must say that it was truly a disappointing experience. 2 starters 50 euros but I think the one bought at Lidl for 3 euros is perhaps better, everything frozen and cheap. We took the Sorrento gnocchi and the sauce was acidic (if I try at home maybe I'll make it better) and finally I can't comment on the frying! Go elsewhere as there are many alternatives

Octopus salad for 2 people 36 euros. 6 pieces of courgette flowers 18 euros. 14 fried sardines 22 euros. 2 bottles of water 12 euros. Total 148 euros allanm and kittamuort to those who don't tell you with their hand 🤚

11/04/2025: If it were up to the younger waiter who is super nice, polite and helpful the score would be higher but since they struggle to issue a receipt... I didn't like the response I got. Rude and know-it-all, mocking as if it were wrong to ask for a receipt (they issue a pre-total which is not fiscal and therefore prefer cash)
