10/08/2025: Locale su una splendida terrazza affacciata sulla spiaggia di Marina del Cantone apparecchiatura curata in ogni minimo dettaglio il menù è ampio con ampia scelta di piatti della cucina tradizionale locale e altri di innovazione e rivisitati con cura,e attenzione ingredienti freschi e di qualità la presentazione dei piatti è molto curata e piacevole da vedere il servizio è attento e mai invadente curando le esigenze e richieste del cliente la carta dei vini è vasta con etichette campane e non solo curata con professionalità da Domenico che vi consiglierà al meglio si conclude con una varietà di dolci che vi sorprenderà per freschezza e bontà curati personalmente con maestri dalla signora Mery il prezzo è in linea con quanto.offerto.da locale dove è sempre un piacere tornare per assaggiare le loro specialità in un contesto di qualità familiare.

11/08/2025: A restaurant specializing in seafood in the heart of Naples. My opinion is a bit so-so. The food is overall good and of good quality, but if one dish is described in the order and on the menu and then another arrives, something is wrong. If you order a wine and then it arrives with the appetizers (the Trento DOC wine was in the bucket far from us because it was too hot), something is wrong. If, after all this, you aren't even offered a digestive, something is wrong. What a shame.

09/08/2025: We love a bit of chic, we love fish, and voilá! There we had Il Garum. What a fantastic place to end a weekend in Naples. Good service, a nice informal atmosphere on the terrace, and attentive service. Special thanks to our lady who's studying in Naples; she really added a special touch to our evening. A wine connoisseur knows: if your waiter can explain your wine, you're sold. We had a wonderful evening, mille grazie ♥️

12/08/2025: We always look for a restaurant like this, where local guests apparently come back to enjoy delicious food. This is exactly one of those restaurants, where we received a friendly welcome from the owner and were seated right away. After a quick order, the most delicious snacks arrived...pizzas, seafood, beer and soft drinks! We came back the next day because of the great experience, when they even remembered who had eaten what the previous day. This made us feel that it was important to our restaurant host that we leave satisfied. It was no problem that the two families of 4 asked for the bill separately. Thank you for the hospitality and the local atmosphere!

23/07/2025: Abbiamo preso le pizze d'asporto a cena, i tempi d'attesa sono stati superiori a quelli previsti, c'era stato un errore nelle comande che ci ha fatto aspettare molto più del previsto, cosa che può capitare, ma poteva anche chiedere scusa per l'accaduto. Inoltre tornati a casa ci siamo accorti che il conto effettuato era errato... Le pizze sono buone e hanno una buona varietà di gusti...

31/07/2025: Not a bad fishmonger's restaurant, average portions, but prices are a bit high for a fishmonger that cooks whatever's available and leftovers. We'd dine there once, just for variety.

15/08/2025: Good food, but the menu isn't very varied and, in my opinion, a bit pricey. There's no menu so you can choose by word of mouth without knowing exactly what you'll receive or how much it will cost. For example, the lady serving you asks you whether you want an appetizer or not (there's only one appetizer, a mixed platter of cold cuts with mushrooms and artichokes) without explanation. The first course is "pasta or ravioli?" The second course is "polenta and venison or polenta and stew"? Well... the food is good, it feels like walking into someone's home, but the service leaves much to be desired. The silence afterwards is embarrassing. There are several small rooms with large tables shared with other people or very close to each other... A unique experience that might appeal, but not to everyone. We ordered: 1 appetizer, 3 plates of ravioli, and two plates of polenta with meat, with half a glass of wine, 1 water, and 2 coffees = €80.

08/09/2025: We had dinner the three nights we were in Naples, and everything was spectacular. The staff was very friendly. The pizzas were incredible, the dough melted in your mouth. Very good, highly recommended.

08/09/2025: We ordered a red wine, and then a sparkling red wine arrived, which was undrinkable. We returned the wine and also informed them that it was undrinkable and ordered a new one. The sparkling wine was still on the bill. We spoke to the manager and explained that this wasn't okay. He wasn't interested and insisted on the total amount. He got loud. I don't recommend this restaurant!

26/08/2025: Really lovely staff, we felt very welcome and looked after. Pasta, calamari and chicken cutlet all fabulous. Great coffee and Aperols too! Probably the best food along the beach in Forio.

26/08/2025: I just got back from this beach restaurant. The lido is well-run, and the Ischia sea is stunning. At 2:30 pm we went to the restaurant to eat as per our reservation. We ordered at 2:50 pm, and everything was fine, and I understand the situation. However, if tables that arrive later order earlier, my experience suffers. The zingara was made with fairly good ingredients, and we were waiting for the first course. At 3:30 pm, after an hour in which I had only eaten a bruschetta, a storm hit and I was forced to run away without the first course. The oldest excuse in the world was that he was plating up the plates to give me the spiciest pasta allo scarpariello in the world. I couldn't finish it, it was inedible, ruined my holiday day!

01/08/2025: I mistakenly went on the evening of July 30 with my son, who was coming from Milan, because we thought we were going to Taberna Martino, which is next door. Instead, we ended up having a totally disappointing evening. We ordered a sautéed clam, which was completely cold and tasteless, as well as full of sand. Then we ordered a peppered mussel, but they were overcooked, so the shells were dry and shrunken. Then we were served a focaccia with mussel pesto, as a welcome gift. But nothing special, and for €13, we got fried calamari and shrimp, and a portion of fried anchovies, with water and a bottle of house wine, for a total of €85 for two. I think that's a bit excessive.

27/07/2025: Extremely long waits for appetizers and pizzas, despite reservations and their punctual arrival as requested. A small and disorganized staff penalizes a restaurant with a pleasant sea-view terrace and good local produce.
