We had lunch at this restaurant inside the thermal park. I finally got to try the Ischian-style rabbit, which was delicious, as were the meatballs and parmigiana (which I don't usually like). Everything was served in unique dishes. Everything was really good. Very nice place. So far, it's the place where I've eaten well in Ischia. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food, the location, and the friendliness of the staff.

I had lunch at this place inside Negombo Park. The owner has exceptional taste in her choice of dishes, glasses, and decor. The chef is exceptional; I finally tasted Ischian cuisine. The dishes were excellent and high-quality, and the quality/price ratio was good. I highly recommend it.

We spent 10 days in Ischia and there wasn't a single day we didn't come here. You managed to leave a whole group of 9 speechless. The best restaurant ever. The staff was helpful, friendly, and above all super nice. You are amazing, you have no equal!

A beautiful location within the Negombo Thermal Park. Excellent food, friendly and welcoming staff, the flavors and colors of the Casa Colonica have remained in our hearts.

19/04/2026: Nice pizzeria where you can get gluten-free pizza. I'm giving it three stars because there's no option to try all the appetizers; they're missing frittatine, mozzarella, and montanarine... basically, the only options are chips, zeppole, croquettes, and polenta, as pictured. Another flaw is that you can't choose a gluten-free pizza outside of the standard options, which is a real shame because, knowing there's a dedicated oven, I was hoping to try a variety of pizzas.

04/04/2026: I went there on a Saturday night with friends. The green pepper fillet steak is highly recommended. The appetizers are also excellent, especially the meatballs and potato bomb.
20/02/2026: An unforgettable Valentine's Day at Macello! 🥩❤️ We decided to spend Valentine's Day here, and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the moment you enter, you can sense a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a special dinner for two. 🌹✨ The real star, however, was the food. For our main course, we shared a meat dish: a superior-quality tagliata, tender as butter and cooked exactly as requested. 🥩🔥 To top it all off, we paired it with three sides: super-crispy baked potatoes and other expertly prepared vegetables. The portions are generous, and the ingredients are truly top-notch. 🍟😋 The whole experience was complemented by two excellent glasses of Moio, a wine that is an absolute guarantee with red meat, structured and enveloping. 🍷🍷 To end on a high note, we treated ourselves to a warm-hearted chocolate cake, decorated with sprinkles and powdered sugar: the perfect sweet ending to such a romantic evening. 🍫🍮 Praise also goes to the staff: kind, knowledgeable, and never intrusive, despite the restaurant being packed for the occasion. If you're looking for a place where meat is treated with respect and passion, "Il Macello" is a must-visit. 🔝👏 We'll definitely be back to try other specialties on the menu!
