14/05/2026: Il Verricello is a truly beautiful place, located practically on the beach and just steps from the sea, a location that makes lunch or dinner particularly enjoyable. The seafood-based first courses are excellent, prepared with quality and carefully selected ingredients, as are the appetizers, which are tasty and beautifully presented. The service is fast and courteous, with helpful and organized staff. The prices are in line with both the quality of the food and the location. The only real challenge is parking: finding a spot in the area can be difficult, especially during busy periods. Overall, a recommended restaurant for those who want to eat seafood in a very charming seaside location.

11/05/2026: A successful lunch. We had an appetizer, a first course, a fish main course, a dessert, and water, spending around 90 euros. The price was consistent with the quality of what we ate. Carefully prepared dishes, well-balanced flavors, and pleasant service. We left satisfied from start to finish. I would happily recommend this restaurant.

10/06/2026: Excellent dinner. I absolutely recommend making a reservation on the terrace. The evening is enchanting. We ate very well. The restaurant is also certified gluten-free. Attentive and fast service. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

09/06/2026: Romance guaranteed! The location is simply stunning, dinner at sunset! Abundant and truly excellent dishes! Impeccable service and a good wine list. We chose the mixed antipasto, gnocchi alla sorrentina, seafood scialatielli, and mussels with pepper. For wine, they recommended a very bold Furore Costa di Amalfi DOC.

03/07/2026: Excellent food with excellent, attentive service. On our first evening in Meta, we visited this small beach resort with a restaurant below the Alimuri Hotel. We were delighted with the quality, prices, and service. The next day, we returned for lunch. The baked snapper and spaghetti with clams were truly excellent!

11/11/2025: I was extremely happy to find this jewel during my stay in Meta. The Roberto and Bianca were very welcoming to us!! The food was great, and it was the perfect place to end a long day. I wish I had the opportunity to go back and try even more of their menu. Excellent!

04/07/2026: We ate three croquettes, including the pistachio one, and we noticed a hair on the croquette (things that can happen). We reported it to the waitress, who, instead of apologizing, simply said "Yes," and also took away the other croquette that didn't have the hair, which I was finishing. We expected a different kind of customer service, which is a shame because the dishes are good.

03/07/2026: The fried croquettes were really delicious and worthy of note. Everything else seemed pretty average, with a somewhat homey feel. Returned after two years, but the quality seemed to have dropped.
