09/05/2026: An unforgettable lunch at the President Restaurant. The food, needless to say, was fantastic: every course had something special while remaining true to tradition, incredible flavors, and truly impeccable service. The restaurant itself is also beautiful. We arrived late due to a taxi strike, but they waited for us without a problem and, in the end, even took care of finding us a ride home. Fantastic people, truly. But beyond the excellent quality, what struck us most was how they managed to make both my grandmother and I feel at home, almost like family—and that wasn't at all a given, considering this was an experience so far removed from our everyday lives. Our deepest congratulations and warmest regards, hoping to see you again soon.

The "President" restaurant (or should I say its charming couple of owners) offers you exquisite service, respectable hospitality, and a thoughtful tasting menu. It combines the chef's mastery, curiosity, and erudition into a highly cohesive adventure through classic and modern, domestic and foreign, traditional and progressive. The noteworthy work with aromas and aftertastes is continued by a versatile and nuanced (both non-alcoholic and vine) pairing. This detour, made specifically for that place, is not only extremely justified by delicious food and care of hosts, but easily could overshadow the epic historical landmark placed within walking distance from this restaurant.

03/05/2026: Our holiday house was just 600m away from this cozy restaurant. So we decided to walk, and after the first evening, it was clear we'd be back for more. The view is incredible. We ate so wonderfully. From the appetizers to the pasta and main courses, everything was absolutely delicious. The dessert was the icing on the cake. The wine recommendation was perfect. Father and son played a big part in making us feel so comfortable in the service. Cheers to the chef and "greetings to the chicken on Capri" (thanks Enrico for all the laughs). Anyone passing by Nastro D'Oro should definitely stop in and enjoy the excellent cuisine and warm hospitality.

28/04/2026: If you are traveling in Salerno, I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy some seafood. For reference, I saw quite a few locals eating pizza. I enjoyed the meal so much that I forgot to take photos, so unfortunately, I cannot include them (I don't remember the names of the dishes ^^). The atmosphere is that of a simple local restaurant; language barriers were resolved with kindness (a helper appeared nearby), menu choices were made with recommendations, the taste was very pleasant, and the prices were very reasonable. Although it was house wine, I liked that it was aromatic and (somewhat) full-bodied. I hope those of you wondering where to eat have a delightful meal.

29/05/2026: My husband and I had such a fun time at Tirabusciò Cooking School in Sorrento! We learned how to make pizza from scratch, got helpful tips and a recipe to take home, and each made our own pizza with toppings from the options provided. Wine and water were included, and transportation was available, which was really convenient. The only small issue was that Google Maps sent us slightly around the corner, so double-check the location if you're getting there on your own. Overall, a fun and delicious experience we’d definitely recommend!

About two and a half years ago, we chose this venue, confident in the knowledge that we were entrusting ourselves to true professionals, and our expectations were fully confirmed. From our first meeting, we were greeted with great professionalism, but above all with a rare human warmth, as if we were part of their family. The organization was impeccable in every aspect: from welcoming our guests to managing food intolerances, every detail was taken care of with care and precision. The directors, Ennio and Giuseppe, guided us through every decision, always offering the best advice with expertise and availability. During the wedding day, Angelo and Giusy were extraordinary: true points of reference, capable of coordinating everything from start to finish and promptly managing even small unexpected events. The cuisine was simply exceptional: dishes carefully crafted in both flavor and presentation, everything truly delicious and appreciated by all our guests. A special thanks also to Vanna, always available and ready to help us with the organizational phase, responding to our every need with kindness and punctuality. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to all the staff, even those we didn't mention personally but who contributed so much to the success of our special day, and to the owners of the property for their kindness and hospitality. 15/05/2026: Last dinner in Amalfi. The food was delicious, but the price was high. However, it was a reasonable price for the South. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was beautiful, and the view was great. The food was delicious.

02/04/2026: A fish restaurant in Cetara with truly excellent cuisine. We were looking forward to a little gem with very good value for money, and the menu initially promised just that. What we weren't prepared for was the size of the dishes. The "Catch of the Day" is delicious, but it's more of an appetizer. Since you really need to order at least two courses to feel full, the prices aren't exactly cheap. Had we been informed about this "tapas-like" size, we wouldn't have had a problem with it. As it was, we were a bit disappointed. The Spaghetti Colatura di Alici, typical of the region—spaghetti with anchovy sauce—is delicious. Tip: In Italy, you dip the sauces with the fresh bread that's also served. The service was somewhat unclear. We were immediately offered wines without a wine list. We only received the list upon request. Prices for a bottle start at around 35 euros.

17/05/2026: A very cute and welcoming place just steps from the Herculaneum ruins. The menu is full of traditional dishes with a touch of innovation. The stuffed zucchini flowers, cod meatballs, and eggplant parmigiana are truly amazing. They also have a nice selection of meats. We'll definitely be back.

16/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and sat on the terrace with our party of six. The waiter was attentive and spoke French. The dishes were delicious (ravioli, seafood pasta, fish, squid, lemon pasta). The desserts were also very good (panna cotta, tiramisu, lemon sorbet, chocolate cake).
