13/05/2026: Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly!

03/05/2026: Our holiday house was just 600m away from this cozy restaurant. So we decided to walk, and after the first evening, it was clear we'd be back for more. The view is incredible. We ate so wonderfully. From the appetizers to the pasta and main courses, everything was absolutely delicious. The dessert was the icing on the cake. The wine recommendation was perfect. Father and son played a big part in making us feel so comfortable in the service. Cheers to the chef and "greetings to the chicken on Capri" (thanks Enrico for all the laughs). Anyone passing by Nastro D'Oro should definitely stop in and enjoy the excellent cuisine and warm hospitality.

28/04/2026: If you are traveling in Salerno, I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy some seafood. For reference, I saw quite a few locals eating pizza. I enjoyed the meal so much that I forgot to take photos, so unfortunately, I cannot include them (I don't remember the names of the dishes ^^). The atmosphere is that of a simple local restaurant; language barriers were resolved with kindness (a helper appeared nearby), menu choices were made with recommendations, the taste was very pleasant, and the prices were very reasonable. Although it was house wine, I liked that it was aromatic and (somewhat) full-bodied. I hope those of you wondering where to eat have a delightful meal.

28/04/2026: We celebrated our wedding on April 25, 2026, and we can only say: everything was simply perfect. About two and a half years ago, we chose this venue, confident in the knowledge that we were entrusting ourselves to true professionals, and our expectations were fully confirmed. From our first meeting, we were greeted with great professionalism, but above all with a rare human warmth, as if we were part of their family. The organization was impeccable in every aspect: from welcoming our guests to managing food intolerances, every detail was taken care of with care and precision. The directors, Ennio and Giuseppe, guided us through every decision, always offering the best advice with expertise and availability. During the wedding day, Angelo and Giusy were extraordinary: true points of reference, capable of coordinating everything from start to finish and promptly managing even small unexpected events. The cuisine was simply exceptional: dishes carefully crafted in both flavor and presentation, everything truly delicious and appreciated by all our guests. A special thanks also to Vanna, always available and ready to help us with the organizational phase, responding to our every need with kindness and punctuality. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to all the staff, even those we didn't mention personally but who contributed so much to the success of our special day, and to the owners of the property for their kindness and hospitality. We will always carry wonderful memories of this experience with us. Thank you for everything!

11/05/2026: This place is a GEM! Best pasta we ever had !!!

02/04/2026: A fish restaurant in Cetara with truly excellent cuisine. We were looking forward to a little gem with very good value for money, and the menu initially promised just that. What we weren't prepared for was the size of the dishes. The "Catch of the Day" is delicious, but it's more of an appetizer. Since you really need to order at least two courses to feel full, the prices aren't exactly cheap. Had we been informed about this "tapas-like" size, we wouldn't have had a problem with it. As it was, we were a bit disappointed. The Spaghetti Colatura di Alici, typical of the region—spaghetti with anchovy sauce—is delicious. Tip: In Italy, you dip the sauces with the fresh bread that's also served. The service was somewhat unclear. We were immediately offered wines without a wine list. We only received the list upon request. Prices for a bottle start at around 35 euros.

08/05/2026: Amazing diner spot in Sorrento; away from the busy mainstreets. We came by around 19.30hr without reservation; they welcomed us and gave a table till 21.00hr, cause it was reserved. We had lobster pasta and seafood risotto; tasteful! They best part was there live music; italian music played by two guys with they guitars. We would go here again!

07/05/2026: Fantastic spot just off the main streets of the old town in Sorrento. Authentic Italian feel to it with a varied menu (pastas, meat, fish, etc) and to top it all off, live music while you eat. You can't help but have a great night! Food is reasonably priced and really good quality. Don't miss it if you're in Sorrento! The lobster linguine and ravioli caprese were both amazing, topped off with a chocolate mousse and tiramisu to finish.

17/05/2026: A very cute and welcoming place just steps from the Herculaneum ruins. The menu is full of traditional dishes with a touch of innovation. The stuffed zucchini flowers, cod meatballs, and eggplant parmigiana are truly amazing. They also have a nice selection of meats. We'll definitely be back.

20/05/2026: What an unbelievable visit. We were staying next door and popped in for a random lunch. The staff was so friendly, inviting, and helpful. Go with whatever they recommend, get the wine, get the dessert. The pasta is as fresh as the seafood and the atmosphere is excellent. We ended up going back for dinner. Truly one of our best bites in Italy.

18/05/2026: Wonderful dinner here away from the bustle of Amalfi. We had great food almost everywhere but here the service was so attentive, almost personal. That made the experience special.

20/05/2026: The best meal we have had in Italy. The seafood ravioli and mussels were amazing. The atmosphere is perfect you can hear the waves crashing and there is beautiful art. The staff is so kind. We had the best time ever.

16/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and sat on the terrace with our party of six. The waiter was attentive and spoke French. The dishes were delicious (ravioli, seafood pasta, fish, squid, lemon pasta). The desserts were also very good (panna cotta, tiramisu, lemon sorbet, chocolate cake).

16/05/2026: Having rightfully entered my personal list of my all-time favorite restaurants, I visited this restaurant in Ischia today and am struggling to find the right words to succinctly describe the enchanting lunch we had. It all began with the service, which to call excellent is an understatement (thanks to the waiter Francesco, who was incredibly kind to us and my 18-month-old son), followed by the beautiful setting, with a stunning view of the sea and carefully curated with antiques down to the smallest detail, and finally, the dishes, which, besides being delicious and exquisite, were cooked according to tradition and with excellent ingredients, unlike many tourist-friendly places that serve dishes more suited to local tastes than true tradition. We ate a delicious house antipasto (the fried parmigiana was particularly good), a sensational Ischia-style rabbit, and a filo pastry basket with lemon cream and berries. All of this was accompanied by excellent white wine, warm bread, and they offered us a delicious homemade limoncello. Excellent value for money. Congratulations, if I ever return to Ischia we will definitely see each other again.

14/05/2026: Beautiful venue, meticulously maintained, with attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional staff. The location is fantastic. We ordered the Ischian-style rabbit, which was excellent. The wine list is top-notch.

16/05/2026: Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The service was unsatisfactory, and the food quality did not meet expectations. Considering the many other options in the city that offer superior views and cuisine, the establishment has a lot of room for improvement.

16/05/2026: We were here for 2 times and this is definitely one of our highlights dinner in Amalfi coast. The price is very reasonable given the food quality and the beautiful view. All the staff is very friendly and professional. The mussel soup is a must order dish. Even the tiramisu dessert is a top notch. I highly recommend the restaurant if you stay at Praiano.
