02/01/2026: Discovered by chance during a stroll in Vasto, this restaurant and bar turned out to be a wonderful surprise! We had a truly pleasant experience.
The best "brodetto vastese" we've had in the area: fresh fish, authentic flavors, and truly excellent quality.
"Top marks for the cooks" and all the staff!!!!! Highly recommended.

05/11/2025: We came here for lunch during our visit to Chieti at the suggestion of our b&b’s owner. They were booked for dinner so we went for lunch and were so glad we did. Everything was wonderful, the views, the food, the service!! We left extremely full and happy. It’s a fixed menu with a set price. We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant so we walked there from another location after asking for directions.

The main characteristic of this trattoria is that it's not pretentious at all, it doesn't boast about gourmet excellence, but focuses directly on the essentials: the exceptional freshness and quality of the ingredients, which are cooked with great respect and care. The dishes on the menu are excellent, and the mixed fried fish is a real treat. The portions are generous, and the prices are truly fair, considering the quality of the fish served. The atmosphere is intimate, and the hosts and service are friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place to return to, and return again.

We shared the imperial seafood appetizer, which was remarkably abundant and beautifully varied — generous enough for two and far beyond our expectations. Each bite showcased fresh flavors and would delight any seafood enthusiast.
The main courses were equally impressive: perfectly cooked fish and delicately crisp fried calamari, both expertly prepared and full of flavor.

03/02/2026: Luckily, there are still trattorias like this: informal, affordable, and serving quality meat and fish. Ideal for a business lunch, as I did, but also for a dinner with friends. The baked fish is excellent, and the service is quick, with very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth a try.

P.S.: The private parking near the main road is also convenient, as is the restroom near the overflow, before the footbridge, adjacent to the bike path. Excellent choice!

We ate very well, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes.
The wide selection of local wines is also excellent, perfect to accompany the menu.
Recommended for those looking for good food and a nice selection of local wines.
17/12/2025: First time at this restaurant. Very welcoming staff. Food is well-cooked and of good quality. The menu doesn't have a lot of choice, but it's complemented by daily specials. I'll gladly return.
