We came here for lunch during our visit to Chieti at the suggestion of our b&b’s owner. They were booked for dinner so we went for lunch and were so glad we did. Everything was wonderful, the views, the food, the service!! We left extremely full and happy. It’s a fixed menu with a set price. We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant so we walked there from another location after asking for directions.

The only flaw was that we were offered a set menu for €70 per person, which we thought was excessive for lunch. In the end, we agreed anyway.

A set menu with an entrée, cold antipasto, warm antipasto, first course, second course, desserts, coffee, water, and wine pairing for €70. So, basically the complete package. Absolutely top-notch quality in terms of freshness and presentation. We were completely full and enjoyed the ambiance and very friendly service.

We ate lunch at this trabocco and were completely satisfied with the quality of the food and the friendliness and kindness of the staff. The atmosphere is simple and charming; we loved it. It also offers a convenient and spacious parking lot reserved for customers only.
