12/10/2025: The quaint, very welcoming atmosphere is a throwback to when we were kids playing in the courtyard. Excellent service, and the pizza was even better. It's a must.

we stayed.
If I could give it 10 stars, I would gladly do so. I think that after our stay, Mr. Giovanni will be described as Santo—patient, kind, and helpful, as will the rest of the staff. We had everything from pizza to appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Everything was excellent. Definitely a regular stop from now on. We'll be back to try other dishes on the menu.

05/11/2025: We were there months ago. We were gorged, to say the least, and we had to stop because they wouldn't stop putting more on the table. 🤣 The owner is a kind person. We went on a Saturday night and took advantage of the unlimited fish menu. ❤️🫶

A trio of hot appetizers: spaghetti with sea urchins (delicious), paccheri with lupini (small clams) and sea truffles, a fried shrimp and calamari with vegetables, a mixed fried fish (calamari, shrimp, mixed seafood, and vegetables), a tiramisu, two coffees, a bottle of water, and a bottle of Vermentino (€25). Total: €152.

18/10/2025: You feel a bit transported to another time, but that, along with the excellent fish cuisine, is precisely what made it so charming for us.
We stopped here twice and enjoyed excellent meals both times.
The cold appetizers are highly recommended; we particularly enjoyed the sweet and sour pickled skate.
The service is unobtrusive but very attentive.
If you're in the area, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

21/10/2025: It's one of those places you'd like to keep to yourself, a secret. But no.
The fish is fresh, made daily.
The kitchen knows how to treat it, or as they say in Versilia: "They really know how an octopus sleeps."
Attentive and fast service, considering that all dishes are made to order, so don't rush.
Welcoming and seafood-inspired atmosphere, very authentic.
No architects with an industrial flair have been here either.
Adequate price, but definitely not excessive.
Clean restrooms.
Highly recommended.

07/10/2025: A quaint restaurant with limited seating, but fortunately, when the weather is nice, there's plenty of space in the little square in front of the restaurant and next to the beautiful church. The food was excellent, the ingredients were of good quality and well prepared. The wait staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I recommend visiting, but especially making a reservation.

14/09/2025: Couple's dinner, we waited about 20 minutes to receive a menu, and another 40 minutes to order, excellent food and friendly staff but the organization absolutely needs to be reviewed, because you can't wait about 1 hour and 20 minutes from arrival to the first bite.

16/10/2025: A truly fantastic place in Quarto. The food is some of the best in Genoa. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a sea view, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I've been there three times and can't wait to go back!
