The menu elegantly ranges from local specialties to seafood dishes, all carefully crafted and impeccably presented. Each course was a small experience, one that lets you savor the moment. During our three-day Umbrian motorcycle trip, we returned twice... and I think that says it all. If you're passing through Deruta, treat yourself to this.

27/04/2026: High expectations, but in reality, nothing more than frozen food served with little effort. It's a shame the place could do a lot, but the quality of the product is basic, and obviously, the cooking skills are essential.

Generous portions and great customer service. The staff is very attentive but not intrusive. We had a wonderful time. We've been there twice already, but we'll definitely be back. 02/05/2026: I'll never go back. I thought I'd try the typical Norcia flavors, but I was left with a fatty, acidic tomato that didn't let me taste the sausage. Only the cured meats are worth it. The service was too slow.

The service needs to be reviewed: on a normal weekday, they forgot to provide cutlery for a child, and they always put mozzarella on the same child's pizza when it was requested without (which was later remade).

16/05/2026: We went there for a business dinner. There were four of us. Three of us ordered a Florentine steak, two cuts of about 900 grams, and the fourth ordered a tagliata. It's a shame that both arrived cold. It's a shame. The place was nice and original, and the staff was helpful.

10/03/2026: Excellent agriturismo just minutes from Assisi. Run by a very kind person who makes you feel at home. The place is beautiful even in winter, when we were there, and it will certainly be magnificent in summer.

26/04/2026: Biblical wait times, cold first courses, and no side dishes for the second courses. It's hard to tell if the wine is good because you're only able to eat when you're hungry. An experience to forget. I don't recommend it.

We chose typical Umbrian dishes, generous portions, modest prices, attentive service, and the very kind owner even gave us two packs of traditional Umbrian bread. Thank you and congratulations.

11/05/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to try the restaurant's cuisine, and for this very reason, we prefer not to comment on this aspect. However, we believe it's important to emphasize how much first impressions and hospitality impact a customer's overall experience. We had booked a table on April 25th, intrigued by the idea of ​​a day trip to the beautiful Orvieto. Before arriving, I called the restaurant simply to warn them that, due to the typical holiday traffic coming from Rome, we might experience a slight delay of about 15 minutes. This wasn't a certainty, but simply a possibility that we wanted to disclose for the sake of fairness, having also had to enter our credit card details to guarantee the reservation. Unfortunately, the person on the phone was rather rude and unhelpful. This was a questionable decision, especially since we weren't just customers, but also tourists. We were told in no uncertain terms that such a delay would be unacceptable and that the table would be cancelled immediately after 2:00 PM, adding: "After the toll booth, you have 20 minutes to arrive on time." We regret not having been able to enjoy what might have been a positive experience in other respects, but given these circumstances, we chose to cancel the reservation. Our intention was simply to be courteous and transparent, advising that we could arrive no later than 2:15 PM. We're still a little disappointed by what happened, but that's okay.

07/05/2026: I've known this restaurant for 6 years and returned to it on May 2nd for the 5th time (in October 2022 I also celebrated my birthday there) and I must say that the experience is always magnificent. It's the ideal way to escape the tourist chaos of Orvieto, especially in the midst of a long holiday like May 1st. The dinner was truly excellent, with masterful preparations of Umbrian cuisine and more; an excellent wine list; impeccable and very friendly service. Even though I'm not a regular visitor, I admit that returning is always a wonderful experience! See you soon!

02/05/2026: WHAT A DINNER! Everything was excellent and delicious, from the welcome, to the service, to the food. I went one evening, and I had coratella, bruschetta, Angus carpaccio, and zuppa inglese. I paired it with the house red. I could have eaten a whole pot of coratella, but everything else was excellent, and what great portions. The zuppa inglese—ah, finally, zuppa inglese made properly! If the food weren't enough, the welcome and care you feel make it even more worth it. The place is immaculately maintained, even in the bathroom, and the service is top-notch! The atmosphere is super welcoming. If you're passing by, you can't miss stopping by! And to finish off the meal, a lovely gentian bitter... I've rarely left a restaurant so satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, try it and believe it.

18/05/2026: A restaurant with less form, but plenty of substance. The food is excellent, with a menu of both meat and seafood that piques your curiosity even when you read it (I tried the seafood menu, seafood salad, and pistachio-crusted tuna bites with yogurt sauce). They had just reopened the outdoor seating area in front of the restaurant, and it was great. Prices are reasonable. There's more than one parking lot just steps from the restaurant.
