09/07/2025: A must-try. This restaurant has been open for about 70 years and has been run by the same family for generations. The hospitality is top-notch, and the food is superbly prepared. When the lady saw we'd really enjoyed the crostini with pâté, she spontaneously brought us another portion. I call this a little treat. I personally had the Italian-style appetizer, made with delicious local ingredients, but the incredibly delicious pappardelle with hare was a cut above, and then the guinea fowl with its cooking juices you could dip your face in. Superb! To top it all off, the homemade desserts were accompanied by coffee and grappa, which she left with the entire bottle. But the incredible thing is the prices. We're talking first courses between €6 and €9 with truly sizable portions, and second courses between €9 and €15—basically, prices stuck in the '80s, with truly high-quality food, believe me. So if you're passing through Narni, pop into Trattoria Tiberina in Taizzano and you won't regret it.

01/11/2025: The food here was amazing. They do a 2 course menu for €13 which was fantastic. The service was great, nice atmosphere and tasty food at an unbelievable price. It is a shame I did not discover it until my last night, I would have loved to return.

02/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner. Honestly, walking in and seeing a pine tree practically cut in half isn't the prettiest sight. There are many centuries-old trees, but they've all been severely topped, and honestly, given the beauty of the place, even outside the restaurant, this isn't a great calling card. The food isn't the best; the fish isn't cooked at all and had a nasty smell; I didn't eat it. The cannelloni, however, were cooked quite well. They serve you a little of their olive oil on small plates to enjoy with their bread, but this oil is nothing like the many DOP olive oils we have in Umbria, which are far better. The water isn't bottled, which, for a restaurant with such high prices, isn't exactly the best. The prices are too high, even for the quality of the food. It's a shame, because the waiters are very friendly. If it were just for them, I'd give it full stars.

08/10/2025: The ambiance is beautiful and classy, ​​given the furniture, the walls, and the entire location. Fortunately, the value for money is excellent, and we were completely satisfied. A variety of meat and fish dishes, along with delicious pizza; generous portions, and courteous and prompt staff. The terrace with outdoor seating is beautiful.

25/10/2025: I can't say I ate because as soon as we walked in, they asked us what we wanted, and the lady at the cashier told us she couldn't make two pizzas because she couldn't fit them in because the place was "full" (it wasn't that crowded). My husband and I were speechless... two pizzas, and even more so, until a minute before, she was still taking orders for takeout pizzas.

Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. 03/10/2025: We had dinner with the Fork and were surprised not only by the quality of the food but also by the hospitality and the particular kindness. We were greeted with a free and appreciated gastronomic surprise and left with delicious limoncello, always free. Truly excellent!! We'll be back soon.

06/11/2025: If I could give 10 stars for every service I would have. Everything was perfect. From the lovely ambience and the lovely little place chosen, which is enchanting in the end. To the impeccable service and very friendly and kind waiters. To the divine food. I had a first course and a dessert as in the photo. The first course. Macaroni cooked as it should be and it is not easy, and the sauce blended together perfectly. The dessert was very delicate and well-balanced. The bread they make was also very good, especially the one with olives.

22/03/2025: Era da tempo che avevamo puntato questo locale, ma per un motivo o l'altro non eravamo mai riusciti a realizzare questo progetto, comunque credeteci: l'attesa è stata ampiamente ripagata!! Il signor Carlo e tutto il suo staff, si prodigano per farti sentire a proprio agio, cibo superlativo! Abbiamo preso l'antipastissimo, un vero tripudio di sapori, poi la carpa regina in porchetta ed il tegamaccio ai funghi, tutto buonissimo!! Il locale non è grandissimo, ma è ben sfruttato e nel rispetto delle distanze che ancora oggi è bene mantenere memori di un passato non molto lontano. Esperienza positivissima, grazie sig. Carlo!!
