14/11/2024: A real gem! Typical welcoming tavern. Small but characteristic place. Menu with local specialties and excellent wine list. We had the truffle tartare and a delicious onion parmigiana as a starter. Followed by Ternana-style ciriole with a fabulous tomato sauce, and maltagliati with pumpkin. We were recommended an excellent local wine to drink. In general we really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the competence in the wine selection and the typical restaurant. Better than many other completely overrated local restaurants. A real gem! Keep it up!

23/10/2024: A tiny place (reserve) that was recommended to us by our host. Glad we went. Christian gave us a top notch service and he sure knows his wines. The kitchen team excelled as well, according to our palates. Not quite the typical Ombrian menu but rather a created twist to it.

08/08/2024: My favourite restaurant in the world. My Granny took us here growing up. It was her favourite spot and she adores the family who own and run it. The most beautiful spot to eat overlooking the hills. The truffle chicche is the dish I would choose as my last meal. It is incredible!

17/08/2024: It should be noted that, on the advice of a hotelier, I tried to eat in this restaurant twice. The first time they didn't let me sit and they rejected me, telling me that the kitchen closed at 9.30pm, even though there were still a lot of people dining and waiting to be served. On the second attempt, they seat us and we have dinner peacefully. All good, excellent strangozzi and generous portions. Ok the location. However, I was very disappointed with both the cutting board and the text cake, the only discordant notes. The cutting board was quite poor and barely enough for one person. In my opinion, the price of the cutting board does not correspond at all to either the quantity or the quality of the dish.

14/11/2024: È sempre una garanzia. Ottima qualità e servizio eccellente. La posizione di fronte al Duomo lo rende perfetto per un pranzo durante un tour a Orvieto. I tortelli con il tartufo sono il mio piatto preferito.

27/08/2024: The starter and Chianina steak were good, as was the glass of Sagrantino di Montefalco. The restaurant is well located in the center of Gubbio, with friendly, non-intrusive staff.

27/08/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante e l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Il cibo era delizioso, con piatti preparati con cura e ingredienti freschissimi. Il sapore autentico e la presentazione impeccabile. La location è straordinaria: l'atmosfera, in particolare con i tavoli all'aperto, è molto suggestiva e rende il tutto ancora più piacevole. L'ambiente è raffinato e accogliente, con un'attenzione ai dettagli davvero speciale. È un ristorante dove vale davvero la pena andare.

27/11/2024: Bel ristorante però il sevizio è lento dall’antipasto al primo è passata più di un’ora, i camerieri sembravano nel panico e non sapevano darci informazioni quando chiedevamo quanto mancasse, il cibo è buono…

22/11/2024: Addentrandoci nelle stradine del centro storico(che di sera sembra camminare in un presepe), c'è questo grazioso locale non molto grande ma curato nel dettaglio davvero bene. E dopo abbiamo anche scoperto che ha partecipato al programma 4 ristoranti, ma è solo un dettaglio perché è la cucina a parlare per loro🙂la signora che ci ha servito è stata molto simpatica e attiva, anche nel consigliarci alcuni piatti. La cucina è tradizionale e con porzioni giuste, chiaramente tutto ottimo! Lo consiglio senza problemi, non rimarrete delusi

The guys at the restaurant are fabulous and very competent not to mention the excellent cuisine. Thank you for making our anniversary even more unique

26/08/2024: Durante la tappa di ritorno dalle nostre vacanze, ci siamo imbattuti in un luogo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Agevolato da dei servizi di qualità, un personale squisito e molto professionale e una cucina che accarezza il palato, abbiamo deciso di prolungare di un ulteriore giorno la nostra permanenza. Siamo felici per questa tappa fortuita e soprattutto diventerà sicuramente una delle nostre mete del cuore. Grazie di tutto

09/09/2024: FANTASTICO!!!fermati per caso in questo ristorante abbiamo avuto una bellissima sorpresa e sono rimasta molto colpita dalla cura, la ricerca e la stagionlità della materia prima trovata nei nostri piatti.Tutto molto buono e fresco e non da meno la gentilezza,accoglienza e professionalità dei proprietari Luca e Miriam.Ci rivedremo presto

16/08/2024: Nice food, however not worth the quality-price. The service (waiting times) was terrible. We wait around 40 mins to order and around 1h to be served. The waitresses were super nice though, but the waiting times were the worst I have experienced in a while.. the restaurant was NOT full. We arrived around 21h and there were less than 15 tables occupied.. I am sorry but I would not recommend it!

22/07/2024: Ho trovato questo ristorante ottimo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Innanzi tutto la posizione; nella bella stagione si può scegliere tra le sale interne, fresche e luminose, ed i tavoli lungo i camminamenti medievali, una singolare stradina sotto antiche volte che si affacciano sul paesaggio circostante. L'accoglienza è gentile e sollecita; il menù non troppo ampio ma con scelte sapientemente diversificate fa in modo di accontentare un po' tutti i gusti. Anche le preparazioni sono un equilibrato mix tra il tradizionale e l'originale; le porzioni non eccessive permettono di gustare più portate. Tutti i piatti ordinati erano molto buoni, con una menzione speciale per gli antipasti. E' bene prenotare, ho visto che il ristorante è conosciuto e frequentato. Ultimo ma non ultimo una toilette impeccabile. I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità offerta.

05/08/2024: Ospiti di amici, siamo stati invitati a mangiare in questo bellissimo ristorante. Atmosfera tradizionale con travi a vista, ambiente molto curato. Il cibo è ottimo, con cucina della tradizione umbra. Complimenti a questo ristorante. Consigliatissimo!

24/11/2024: Arriviamo domenica a pranzo senza prenotazione, entrando chiedo se c'è disponibilità..con fare poco gentile mi viene risposto che non avendo riservato avrei dovuto accomodarmi fuori. Mi assento 5 minuti esatti per usare la toilette e lascio mia madre ed il mio ragazzo ad attendermi all ingresso del locale ma all interno. Mia madre ha 73 anni, e non gode di ottima salute, colta da stanchezza si sarà seduta giusto i minuti miei di assenza per la toilette,giusto il tempo di fare alterare il cafone (credo titolare) il quale ha intimato a mia madre ed al mio compagno di andarsene fuori perché ul tavolo era prenotato!!!!! Nemmeno glielo stessimo mangiando quel tavolo!!!! Non appena sono uscita dal bagno e raccontatomi l'accaduto, siamo andati via. Brutto e cafone!!!!

16/11/2024: Ristorante da 10 e lode. Ottimi gli stringozzi al tartufo e gli stringozzi alla amatriciana. Il rapporto qualità -prezzo è eccellente. Buono il servizio. Porzioni molto abbondanti. Se andate a Norcia, non potete non andarci
