01/02/2026: Driven by curiosity, after watching the episode of "4 Restaurants in Gubbio," we booked lunch at Locanda del Duca. The experience was impeccable, to say the least. The service was friendly and attentive. We decided on a platter of cured meats and cheeses, a pappardella with mushrooms and guanciale, and to finish, a fantastic pork belly. The sweet conclusion was a bitter liqueur with hints of cinnamon! Truly delicious!

30/12/2025: Found it by chance while strolling through Montefalco. A very quaint and well-kept restaurant. We chose the "secondo menu" with exquisite, flavorful mixed grill cooked right in front of us on the grill, salad, and a delicious lemon dessert. We also had bruschetta with olive oil and potatoes, also cooked on the grill. What can I say? A delicious lunch, and a fair price, perhaps even a little. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Montefalco.

31/12/2025: We found this lovely restaurant while strolling through Gubbio. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the interior was lovely, with a charming and charming fireplace. My wife and daughter, I had maltagliati with ragù, which were very good; cappelletti in capon broth; and gnocchi with artichokes. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The price was very reasonable, and I highly recommend it.

15/11/2025: We had a quick lunch during a road trip. The tagliatelle with truffle was delicious, as was the spaghetti with ragù. The rosemary-flavored steak was very tender. I would definitely return if I were in the area.

30/01/2026: Exceptional, everything was absolutely exquisite! The use of excellent olive oil was very noticeable in all the dishes, as was the use of high-quality ingredients. The handmade pasta was superb, and the vegetable soup was the best I've ever tasted. I'll definitely be back.

24/01/2026: A pasta restaurant tucked away in an alley. The pasta was deliciously chewy, and the tomato soup was also delicious. The staff seemed a bit indifferent, but they still provided everything I needed.

30/01/2026: My boyfriend and I had a great time. They have a completely gluten-free menu. I had the pumpkin flan, the risotto, and for dessert, the pear with vanilla ice cream. I loved all three dishes. Good value for money, excellent location because it's in one of the main squares.

26/01/2026: We were passing through and relied on Google search. The place was very nice, tidy, and above all clean, as was the service! We tried an appetizer and a first course featuring local truffles, both special! The service was impeccable and there was a great empathy from both the owner and his son who served us! The prices were fair, I highly recommend it.

16/01/2026: Easy-to-reach restaurant with parking underneath next to the supermarket. A cozy and well-kept place. Varied menu, efficient and attentive service, and friendly staff. The pappardelle with truffles are good, but not particularly noteworthy in my personal taste; I prefer grated truffles rather than thinly sliced. The sausages and lentils are good. The portions are generous. Prices are average.

21/12/2025: Excellent restaurant. We ordered two starters, two main courses, dessert, and wine, and everything was delicious. The value for money was also excellent, as we paid just over €70 for two. The waiter was really kind and attentive. I would happily return and highly recommend it!

26/11/2025: Excellent venue and service....the price is out of line for the area where the restaurant is located. €49.50 for half an appetizer (4 slices of cold cuts), a small, very fatty steak...and a 1/4 carafe of wine for two and some bread...seems excessive to me.

Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. 25/01/2026: The restaurant is located in the historic center of Città della Pieve, with parking about 200 meters away. I recommend a stroll through the streets because it's worth it for its beauty. Once you arrive at the restaurant, which is located on a small street, you can admire the small but welcoming and tastefully furnished environment. The cuisine is traditional, with good and generous portions. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to satisfy customers' requests. Ideal for lunches or dinners, whether for business or pleasure. Reservations are recommended given the maximum capacity of about 60 people. Recommended!

03/01/2026: We ate well, with good service and truly delicious dishes. The cost was reasonable; seven of us ordered 4 appetizers, 6 first courses, 1 second course, 4 side dishes, 7 desserts, 4 coffees, 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of wine, for a total of 180 euros.
