03/09/2025: A truly memorable experience. My family and I stayed at the agriturismo for a week. Located in a truly strategic location, the farm is a perfect base for a night's stay and a perfect starting point for a tour of Assisi and the surrounding area, not to mention all of Umbria. The apartment we booked had every comfort we needed.

27/08/2025: We stayed at the agriturismo last week. The location is very well-maintained and beautiful. The host was attentive to our needs and requests. We appreciated the gluten-free breakfast. We will definitely be back.

22/03/2025: Era da tempo che avevamo puntato questo locale, ma per un motivo o l'altro non eravamo mai riusciti a realizzare questo progetto, comunque credeteci: l'attesa è stata ampiamente ripagata!! Il signor Carlo e tutto il suo staff, si prodigano per farti sentire a proprio agio, cibo superlativo! Abbiamo preso l'antipastissimo, un vero tripudio di sapori, poi la carpa regina in porchetta ed il tegamaccio ai funghi, tutto buonissimo!! Il locale non è grandissimo, ma è ben sfruttato e nel rispetto delle distanze che ancora oggi è bene mantenere memori di un passato non molto lontano. Esperienza positivissima, grazie sig. Carlo!!

26/05/2025: Hemos vuelto muchas veces a esta hermosa villa en los últimos veinte años. Dirigida por la familia durante muchas generaciones, la bienvenida siempre es cálida para todos. La comida es excelente, de temporada y preparada con cuidado. Elección de vino, nunca decepciona. El servicio es excepcional. Todo dentro de esta hermosa villa con su autenticidad situada en impresionantes jardines. Por supuesto que volveremos. Gracias.

19/09/2025: It was a good experience, and I highly recommend it! The homemade pasta is delicious, the service is very friendly, it's located on the lakefront and has private parking, and pets are welcome. Definitely recommended.

06/09/2025: Great location, clean rooms, excellent food, perhaps a little pricey for a restaurant, but excellent quality. Beautiful garden with a large pool, everything well-kept and clean. Delicious homemade cakes for breakfast!!! Room prices are reasonable.

19/08/2025: Unfortunately, the biggest problem today is the loss of the symbolic value of food. Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The staff's expertise will surprise you with every dish. The cellar is perfectly structured and offers a wide selection of world-class labels. The pairings, expertly recommended by the maître d', prove decisive in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. A wonderful discovery, a new place to cultivate and a place to visit to enjoy a top-notch food and wine journey. Special mention for the tiramisu....for this dessert, words are inexcusable, only emotions. But let's get back to the absolute queen, THE MEAT. It's spectacular and of superior quality. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. 09/08/2025: We were made very welcome with our dog, and we had excellent burgers and truffle mozzarella! The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent!

20/08/2025: Lovely little patio area overlooking their own farmland. Restaurant is attached to a nice bed and breakfast hotel and just a short 10 minutes drive from Todi city center. We had lunch here and enjoyed it, though the food was inconsistent. Pastas were good. Meats were all over-cooked and quite dry. Appetizers were hit-or-miss. Desserts were not bad. Anyway, come if you're in the area and looking for a change of pace from the more rustic fare of Todi, but temper your expectations.

01/10/2025: We visited Argillae Srl winery and were told by the owners daughter that the amazing food was prepared by Giulia’s husband who is the chef at Da Carli’s. Our lasagne was one of the best we have ever had so hope to go to this restaurant before we go home. Highly recommend the winery too with the tour and wine pairing. Had a great day.

05/09/2025: Very friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. We had a delicious meal. We recommend the Italian pizza with gorgonzola and the steak strips on a bed of arugula with Grano flakes 🤤.

At Passo di Giano, we were captivated by authentic cuisine, showcasing the flavors of lake fish with skill and passion. We began with a rich assortment of lake appetizers, incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, which alone were worth the visit: delicate yet bold flavors, thoughtful pairings, and top-quality ingredients. The highlight of the lunch was a spectacular mixed lake grill, with perfectly cooked and flavorful fish, followed by two memorable dishes: eel in white wine, tender and intense, and grilled carp, surprisingly tasty and served impeccably cooked. To accompany everything, an excellent local wine, carefully chosen and perfect for enhancing each course. To finish on a sweet note, a simply delicious caramel panna cotta: creamy, velvety, and with an aromatic caramel that won everyone over. The service was warm and attentive, with friendly and helpful staff who were able to offer excellent advice. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for enjoying a quiet lunch, with a view of the lake that makes everything even more special. Highly recommended for those who love authentic local flavors and seek authentic yet refined cuisine. We'll definitely be back!

11/09/2025: Passing through Umbria, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. Despite the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, they served us dishes different from what we ordered. But that's okay.

07/09/2025: They tried to pass off some low-quality frozen mixed mushrooms as porcini mushrooms. To make up for it, they offered us a 10% discount...but only if we paid in cash. Embarrassing!

15/09/2025: As always, excellent pizza in a light, fresh, and slightly more youthful atmosphere. More than affordable prices considering the quality. They say it's best to book, but perhaps that was more of a one-off...

25/08/2025: It's located on the Corso Cavour-Borgo XX Giugno axis, a hub of restaurants, museums, and churches. The pizza is delicious, and they offer a wide selection, from classics to their own original twists.

29/08/2025: I didn't stay or eat at this B&B, but I was delighted to taste the warm, freshly made ricotta and a truly fantastic cow's milk cheese, as well as the less mature but equally delicious sheep's milk cheese. Try it and believe it.
