Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The staff's expertise will surprise you with every dish. The cellar is perfectly structured and offers a wide selection of world-class labels. The pairings, expertly recommended by the maître d', prove decisive in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. A wonderful discovery, a new place to cultivate and a place to visit to enjoy a top-notch food and wine journey. Special mention for the tiramisu....for this dessert, words are inexcusable, only emotions. But let's get back to the absolute queen, THE MEAT. It's spectacular and of superior quality. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. 09/08/2025: We were made very welcome with our dog, and we had excellent burgers and truffle mozzarella! The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent!

25/04/2025: Very close to Assisi, nice apartment. The park is very large with part reserved for the swimming pool overlooking Assisi, part for the barbecue... the owner Eddy is very kind

22/03/2025: Era da tempo che avevamo puntato questo locale, ma per un motivo o l'altro non eravamo mai riusciti a realizzare questo progetto, comunque credeteci: l'attesa è stata ampiamente ripagata!! Il signor Carlo e tutto il suo staff, si prodigano per farti sentire a proprio agio, cibo superlativo! Abbiamo preso l'antipastissimo, un vero tripudio di sapori, poi la carpa regina in porchetta ed il tegamaccio ai funghi, tutto buonissimo!! Il locale non è grandissimo, ma è ben sfruttato e nel rispetto delle distanze che ancora oggi è bene mantenere memori di un passato non molto lontano. Esperienza positivissima, grazie sig. Carlo!!

14/03/2025: A Visit to a splendid location. We were welcomed by Federico who accompanied us to the restaurant where we tasted the production of their Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We chose the monocultivar Cerguepapa. Truly extraordinary oil of the highest quality. Of course we took home 12 bottles. A fantastic condiment. Excellent discovery. Highly recommended!!!!

14/03/2025: Unique experience: immersed in the greenery, the estate retains all the elegance of its long history, although recently restored with great attention to detail. Don't miss the oil! Excellent quality, variety in the choice of cultivars .. for connoisseurs.

04/08/2025: A humble restaurant serving exquisitely prepared dishes in a surreal setting within medieval buildings. For lovers of good local food and history, this is a must-visit. The waiters may make a mistake, but it's never a problem; everyone is extremely kind and helpful. The prices are fair, not tourist-ripping.

23/07/2025: Lovely restaurant with seating on the terrace overlooking the square (city center). The service was excellent. The pasta, pizza, and risotto were delicious, but Grandma's dish was a disgusting, greasy mess, which is simply not something you can serve to anyone. And this while you're expecting a truly special dish. Please remove this children's dish from the menu. Because of this major oversight, it's only three stars overall.

19/07/2025: Great food. Came here twice for dinner. I had penne pasta with sausage and truffle first night, lasagne 2nd night. Day outside in the piazza. Really enjoyed the food. Came back on the Saturday when market was on for coffee at breakfast. Really lovely place, very busy. We sat inside this time. Could do with a fly zapper. Lots of flies around.

26/05/2025: Hemos vuelto muchas veces a esta hermosa villa en los últimos veinte años. Dirigida por la familia durante muchas generaciones, la bienvenida siempre es cálida para todos. La comida es excelente, de temporada y preparada con cuidado. Elección de vino, nunca decepciona. El servicio es excepcional. Todo dentro de esta hermosa villa con su autenticidad situada en impresionantes jardines. Por supuesto que volveremos. Gracias.

30/07/2025: We ate outside in a really cute little square. The staff was very kind and attentive... the cured meats and cheeses were excellent, but the gricia was unfortunately inedible.

13/07/2025: Atmosfera carina , cena impossibile tutto super salato e mano pesantissima in cucina L’unica cosa buona era la carne MA benché richiesta al sangue era di cottura più che media ….. Dopo il digiuno , ho mangiato solo una burratina mignon che faceva parte di un antipasto ( gazpacho) immangiabile per il sale e a seguire dei fiori di zucca serviti in un sarcofago di acqua e farina con dentro un ripieno affumicato forse scamorza che non ho praticamente toccato visto che anche l’insalata su cui erano adagiati era a base di sale , non ho osato chiedere il dolce per timore una ulteriore delusione e ho ripiegato sull anguria .

18/08/2025: The pizza is above average for pizzerias in Perugia. I went back for dinner on Saturday, and unfortunately they've started prioritizing takeout over in-person seating again, which I don't appreciate. Among the first courses served in the dining room, it took 40 minutes, and it went well. Others who arrived later waited longer, some even got up and left. Finally, half the sweet potatoes were burnt.

26/07/2025: Recommended by friends from Città di Castello, it even exceeded expectations. First, they handled a sudden downpour that forced them to move 30 people inside perfectly. Then the fantastic food, with outstanding first courses and perfectly cooked tagliata. Semifreddo and coffee to finish off the meal.
