03/03/2026: We arrived expecting to eat well anyway, given that the reviews weren't bad, but once we arrived I had to repeat the order three times to the waitress, perhaps she didn't understand Italian very well, but I didn't like it from the start. Leaving aside the service, we ordered frittatas which weren't bad and then two pizzas and we were disappointed. The sauce was raw in my opinion, and the Margherita was very watery and had pieces of raw dough. The mozzarella moved just by touching it, which shouldn't exist for a pizza like this. The flavor was very mediocre, and in the end we left disappointed. The next day we had an even worse experience. In my opinion, this place is one to avoid.

23/02/2026: I'm very sorry to have to write such a negative review, but last night we ordered four takeout pizzas, two of which were slightly burned and one completely charred. Unfortunately, we only noticed this once we got home. I find it highly indifferent to the customer to sell a visibly inedible pizza. It's a shame I didn't take a photo before throwing it away to prove it.

The lasagna was expertly made, the suckling pig was divine, and the fried artichokes were superb, not to mention the fettuccine with wild boar, which was cooked to perfection. Well done!

02/03/2026: I dined at this restaurant in the center of Spoleto and was truly satisfied. The location is splendid, immersed in the charming atmosphere of the historic center, perfect for a quiet and pleasant evening. I ordered the strangozzi with truffle: fresh pasta, perfectly al dente, with an intense aroma and a balanced flavor that perfectly showcased the truffle without being overpowering. For my second course, I chose the pork cheek, tender and flavorful, perfectly cooked and harmoniously paired. The service was courteous and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and refined. A truly positive experience: I will gladly return and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy well-prepared traditional dishes in the heart of Spoleto.

30/01/2026: My boyfriend and I had a great time. They have a completely gluten-free menu. I had the pumpkin flan, the risotto, and for dessert, the pear with vanilla ice cream. I loved all three dishes. Good value for money, excellent location because it's in one of the main squares.

14/02/2026: Wonderful restaurant in Gubbio, we came at last moment for lunch. Staff very friendly and table was well spotted. Few choices and went for Menu for the Day (Menu del giorno) for good price, it was complete with dessert included. It was very delicious - awesome homemade food.

07/01/2026: The gnocchi stuffed with Gorgonzona were obviously packaged. The bread was poor quality. Everyone was smiling and helpful, but the ingredients were poor. The price was moderately low.

28/03/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at I Sette Consoli in Orvieto, and I must say it was an experience that left me with mixed feelings, but overall, very interesting. As soon as you enter, you immediately realize you're not in just any restaurant: there's an almost obsessive attention to detail. They welcome you with attention, small gestures that make you feel cared for, almost pampered. The service is elegant, knowledgeable, and never intrusive, and that's very important to me. You can sense a certain "education towards beauty," which I personally appreciate. The cuisine is definitely the highlight. The dishes are carefully crafted, with a balance between tradition and creativity that's not always easy to find. Some flavors really stuck with me, a sign of both technique and passion for the ingredients. This isn't ordinary cuisine, and perhaps it's not for everyone: you have to be willing to let yourself be guided. The wine list is also excellent, truly extensive and intelligently designed. It's clear it's not there for show, but to truly accompany your experience. That said, there are a few less exciting aspects. At times, I felt the atmosphere was a bit stiff, almost too formal. And when a place is so attentive to form, it doesn't take much to lose a hint of human warmth. Furthermore, the prices are high: partly justified by the experience, but still worth considering. In short, it's one of those restaurants worth trying at least once, especially if you're looking for something different. It's not just a dinner, it's an experience. But you have to go in with the right mindset: that of someone who wants to be surprised, without necessarily expecting simplicity.

24/03/2026: We had a wonderful lunch. The food was exquisite and the service impeccable. I highly recommend ordering the cheeses. We tried eight of them and they were all delicious, as were the jams. All the dishes were delicious (risotto, lamb, fish, etc.). I will definitely be back.

Special mention goes to Fabio, the charming owner who makes his guests (not customers, as we felt) feel at ease, helping us pair the dishes with excellent local wines. For anyone visiting Assisi, this is a must-see!

16/03/2026: What a fantastic place! The food was amazing and the staff was the absolute best! We couldn't decide so we asked our waiter if she would pick and she said if it was fine with us she would have chef decide and OMG! Best decision ever!!!!
