11/02/2026: Good, authentic food: you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes. The tagliata steak is excellent, tender and flavorful, and the first courses are equally delicious, well-prepared and rich in flavor. All accompanied by a good house white wine, the perfect complement to the meal. The service is quick, efficient, and always friendly. A place where you eat well and feel welcomed. I'll definitely be back!

24/05/2026: The food is excellent, and the outdoor setting is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the stuffed zucchini flowers, the cheese gnocchi with walnuts, and the bucatini all'amatriciana.

04/07/2026: Family-run restaurant, the very kind and knowledgeable waiter made us feel at ease. The food was excellent and plentiful, and I recommend the truffle frittata. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity.

03/07/2026: I ate here with two friends. The young waiter was very friendly, professional, and attentive to our requests. The gnocchi with Sagrantino, which I specifically ordered without meat, didn't have any cream, resulting in a flavor that was too strong and unpleasant. My friend, who ordered them without any variations, liked them. Obviously, cream would have toned down the Sagrantino's overly strong flavor. The atmosphere was horrible, even though we were inside, more or less in the center of the small restaurant. We could hear constant shouting between the cooks, one man and one woman, and since the kitchen door was open, it wasn't pleasant to eat in these conditions; we even heard a bowl being thrown. Here's the best part: we went to pay, and the receipt only showed the total price, not the individual prices for the various dishes we ordered. I find it shocking; I strongly advise against it, never again.

26/10/2025: Quiet and private location, rustic but welcoming structure, ideal for a relaxing weekend. The room is very welcoming, the staff are friendly and ready to help you make the most of your stay. From this location, you can easily reach interesting destinations such as Bevagna and Montefalco. The only downside is the shower, which is a bit small and noisy due to a small leak!

25/02/2026: I had my graduation lunch at this restaurant. We agreed on an excellent menu, and they made us feel very welcome, even though we were late. The owner and the waiters were professional and very kind. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Perugia!

07/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Silver Spuleti, in the heart of Spoleto's historic center, and the experience was truly excellent. Here, you can breathe and taste authentic Roman pinsa, crafted with great skill and in full respect of tradition. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and every item on the menu reflects attention, passion, and research. Special praise goes to the chef and the entire kitchen, who have succeeded in bringing an authentic slice of Roman life to the evocative setting of Spoleto. But what makes the experience even more enjoyable is the service: welcoming, friendly, personable, and always attentive to the customer. All this is framed by a refined, elegant, and very pleasant setting, perfect for an evening of good taste and conviviality. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

02/05/2026: The pinsa was very good, well-cooked, and tasty. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn't a positive one. The place seemed poorly maintained: the floor was dirty, the pinsa was served on a slate rack that was too narrow (with crumbs and toppings easily spilling onto the tablecloth), and the temperature inside was uncomfortable, partly due to the front door often being left open or ajar. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves more careful management of the place and the comfort of the customers.

01/07/2026: Very passive aggressive waiters we ordered at 8.10pm the food arrived at 8.50pm raw eggs sour noodles bitter scallops and after 3 requests the bill arrived

15/06/2026: Property located in the historic center of Spello. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit cramped but clean and comfortable. There's no elevator, and the stairs are very heavy, especially with luggage. There's no parking, which is very inconvenient. Prices are a bit high.

14/06/2026: A small hotel in the historic center of Spello, on one of the main streets. You can drive up to the hotel and unload your luggage, but you'll have to park about 300 meters away because parking in the center is for residents only. The hotel is small but very well-maintained, with the classic atmosphere of a Hollywood movie set in Italy. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have spectacular views of the hills, a true added bonus, which can also be enjoyed from the breakfast room. In the summer, you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace with a view. Highly recommended, especially for the price, which is decidedly low for this type of hotel. The staff is extremely kind, competent, and friendly. I highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: We stopped by chance, during a trip on a beautiful Sunday in April. We arrived after 2:00 PM, wondering if they'd still welcome us (we know that customers arriving after a certain hour can be a bit "tiring" for the kitchens, especially when they order à la carte 😬). But we were warmly welcomed anyway! We were tempted by the rich and succulent Sunday menu offered by the house, but then opted for something lighter. We started with a truly delicious lake appetizer, then tried the pici with perch, which fully satisfied our curiosity, since we didn't even know what they were 😅! I'd say we were satisfied, recommended!

07/04/2026: This is a nice restaurant where you eat very well, the food is of excellent quality. I stopped here on Easter Monday, perhaps because it was a holiday? Perhaps because it was busy or I don't know what, but we came in at 12:30 and left at 3:30. We were two couples. We had two white fish, two chips with sauce, a mixed roast, three steaks, a fried potato, a mixed salad, a green salad, and a grilled vegetable, which we didn't receive. The price, in my opinion, is not the best. For example, a picio with sauce, a small steak, maybe 1.50 grams, it wasn't a grilled vegetable. Wine and water often cost €45 per person. I promised myself I'd try again on a normal day to judge better. Of course, the timing and the price didn't help this restaurant this time, but I still recommend it for good food.

08/01/2026: My husband and I stayed for New Year's Eve and left on January 2nd. We both stayed and dined at the Locanda, and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very kind, and the dinner was superb! Breakfast was meticulously prepared, with a different dessert made every day by the owner of the Locanda! Highly recommended! We'll be back soon! 05/07/2026: We were in an Adventures by Disney group and this place was excellent. First was my kids plate and before that we got free tasting of wine and balsamic vinegar including trying the 67 year old one. Very tasty food. A must try. The red pasta was great. I forgot to photo the antipasta.

09/05/2026: The gentleman who runs it is incredibly kind and helpful for getting around Venice in the following days. His coffee and croissants are delicious! Everything is very clean and peaceful.

07/06/2026: In a place blessed by God, with a splendid view, the scent of lime trees and the colors of Perugino, it was a real shame to eat medium-low quality cured meats, flavorless cheeses (from some outlet?), watery and very salty chicory, a dressing oil in sachets, like on an airplane (tourist class) with a disorganized service, a manager panicking over too many customers (perhaps for him), too few waiters... in short, if having a place like this is a gift, not exploiting it properly is a real shame. I think he should ask Cannavacciuolo for help.
