21/05/2026: I was visited this Restaurant during my Classic Europe Tour 2024 thru My Cruise Compsny . Our Tour guide guide Roxy was veey nice She let us try have the Known in Florence Steak Its look yummy tasty but it a rare and im not a kind of petson who eats light cook steak as i like Weldone so I can see the red blood from the meat. So I called the waiter to Cooked back again our T Bone Steak. And everyone on my table group of 10 was agreed to make it WELLDONE COOK T-Bone Steak.. And became more tastier for us . As we are Australian Filipino Love WellDone T-Bone Steak.The Ambiance was Okey but too much Noisy cause A lot of Costumer lots of Groups. And pasta was Yummy and The dessert So Yummy . I like Italian Cruisene.I love to come back here with my daughter for my Next Holiday Trip.😊🥩🍝🍨🍰😊

30/05/2026: With The Fork at 50% off, it's a great option right in the historic center of Florence. Without a discount, the quality/price ratio isn't good enough.

29/05/2026: My wife and I each ordered soup. We also had grilled meat, drinks, and tiramisu. The bill came to 70 euros. The bill was normal, but the cleanliness and hygiene were zero. The staff were very rude and didn't care about hygiene. One employee carried six Cokes glued to his arm and served them like that. The place was filthy and very crowded. The meat wasn't bad, it came cooked on a stone; those who wanted it cooked well could continue cooking it on the stone.

06/05/2025: Reading the reviews, it seemed like a retro place, but with a simple but valid offering. We happened upon a night when pizza wasn't available (perhaps you should specify this when you book, since it's primarily a pizzeria) due to their own problems. We decided to stay anyway, given how late it was, and we regretted it: terrible appetizers, poorly prepared and rushed first courses. It's a shame because it really gave the impression of a tired, worn-out place. From the staff to the place, I couldn't find a single positive thing... not even the POS was working that night. I'm sorry, but I would never recommend it.

18/02/2026: Very bad! I waited a long time for someone to come and take my order, a long wait for all the dishes, and most importantly, when paying, a DIFFERENT PRICE TAG!! The wine was calculated differently than on the menu!!! The service charge was 3 euros, although they didn't fit at all!!!!! Don't go there!! The name on the street is different now!

02/05/2026: We asked if we could have some ham and tomato for the little girl, and we paid €10 for it under the "dish of the day" heading on the receipt. For €20 for two, they offered a platter full of cured meats, cheeses, and other appetizers.

10/05/2026: Maria, who is very kind, greets you. We contacted them through Airbnb, and I got in touch with Valerio, who was also very friendly. The location is fantastic, and the room was lovely and clean.

12/06/2026: Perplexed. The atmosphere is clean and well-kept, but in my opinion, it's too crowded; it's embarrassing that we were the only customers at 1:00 PM on June 1st. The staff seems casual and unwelcoming, but everyone is polite. The portions are small; not everything is to our taste, but the food is quality. The prices, in my opinion, are too high, at least for our budget. We tried it using a voucher for two that we found in the Easter eggs, saving 50%, and we had downloaded two more to use at this restaurant, but after this first experience, we decided it wasn't worth returning, even if we could spend 50% less.

31/05/2026: The place is certainly beautiful, although penalized by the lack of convenient parking nearby. I won't comment on the food, which I've read mixed reviews about, but unfortunately, anyone can have a bad day anywhere. Personally, I'd call it "neither good nor bad," despite the menu's "gourmet" ambitions, which, especially in the first courses, result in portions that are far too small. I'd instead highlight the astonishing rudeness and discourtesy of the restaurant's managers' responses to unfavorable reviews, which often border on open provocation. You can't respond like this to someone who, in good faith, criticizes the service: "The day will come when those who expect a 10/10 service will pay the right price and not 40% less..." Did the doctor order you to offer a 40% discount? And again, to a customer who wasn't satisfied with the steak (800 grams, thin and overcooked, practically a thin slice on the bone): "...but if you've dusted off the bone, not even my golden retriever would! If you find another restaurant in Florence that offers 50% off steaks, I'll buy you dinner!" Truly embarrassing; I don't think I'll ever set foot in there. Oh, right: total sympathy and compassion for the poor golden retriever forced to have this "great gentleman" as an owner.

03/05/2026: Best restaurant in Florence! I dined there for three days, trying different dishes, and they are simply wonderful!!! The waitresses are Brazilian, extremely polite, and ready to help with any questions!! The house wine is perfect! The view is perfect! A must-visit spot, a stop, and a great meal!!!

14/11/2025: I need to update the restaurant's opening hours. I went to the restaurant on Friday, November 14th. Google Maps said it was open, but upon arrival, I found everything dark. The number was clear, and they responded to my question if they were open. The answer was a terse no, and they hung up in less than a second, maybe a tenth of a second. Well, I can't review the food, but based on how they responded to my call, I definitely won't be returning.

08/11/2025: The room was a bit old, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom wasn't the best and there was no bidet, and the heating didn't work.

04/05/2026: A rip-off, there were two of us, we each had a spritz (not a great spritz) and they charged us €5 for the cover charge.
