12/05/2025: Sono stata a pranzo in questo ristorante con alcune amiche e devo dire che, a parte la vista panoramica straordinaria, l'esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva: personale gentile ed educato, cibo buonissimo e rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

19/07/2025: This place is a great find. The food is excellent and the service is friendly and prompt. The wild boar and rabbit fresh pasta dishes were really flavoursome. We will definitely be back for an evening meal.

13/07/2025: A quaint restaurant on the town's main pedestrian street. Quick service, perfect for a quick bite. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù is delicious! However, the wine selection is limited, and €6 for a house Sangiovese is perhaps a bit too much. The desserts are good but a bit pricey (€7-8.50).

18/07/2025: Recommended for 10 years by Michelin and... highly recommended. A lovely concept, the food is very good, even if the desserts didn't wow me. Excellent truffle pasta. A lovely wine cellar. Charming cook, but a rather haughty owner who should rethink his attitude (see other reviews).

06/08/2025: A place overlooking the sea. We had spaghetti with clams (very salty) and paccheri with mixed seafood. I have to say that the fish wasn't great for me; the dishes were flavorful because they were heavy on sauce. The mussels were small and flavorless, and the caciucco was decent. On a positive note, the place was nice, and I have to say that the wait staff was really friendly. Prices were average.

21/06/2025: Very noisy and annoying environment, strong headaches are guaranteed like bread in the morning at the baker's. Very dark place where you can see very little and therefore makes it unsafe. Packed with people both inside and out. Average-low quality-price ratio depending on what you take. I've been there once in the evening and never went back and I will never go back but every time I pass by there in the evening, being along the center of Pontedera, it's more or less the same thing. Impossible to hear what someone might say to you, in this place having even a very short conversation is impossible, given the very high music. I feel sorry for the people who live near this place and who almost always have to put up with all the confusion.

03/06/2025: Great indoor venue for birthdays and various types of dinners with seating right in the center plus a DJ station with dance floor. It is located in the former Orologio!

27/07/2025: Ottimo l'antipasto , il primo e il secondo tutto a base di pesce ....servizio impeccabile e super organizzato nonostante il ristorante fosse pieno, che dire tappa consigliata!

13/07/2025: Excelente comida a un precio razonable, de gestión familiar. Andrea es Italiano de tercera generación dirigiendo este restaurante. Gran servicio y comida! Teníamos pastas, parmigiana de berenjena y ñoquis. Teníamos pastel de abuelas y tiramisú de postre que eran excelentes. Este tiramisú fue diferente a otros que hemos tenido en nuestro tour de comida y vino de Umbría y Toscana, que termina en Roma. ¡Ambos fueron increíbles! Sin duda recomiendo este restaurante!

28/06/2025: Situato in un luogo magico, con una vista incantevole, questo ristorante molto familiare come accoglienza, offre un servizio cortese d piacevole ed un’ottima cucina locale. Sapori autentici, prodotti ottimi, piatti molto buoni. Prezzo nella media della zona. Da provare!!

23/06/2025: El lugar es una joya escondida, en un pequeño pueblo. Proporciona servicios complejos, pero lo visitamos solo para un almuerzo. El menú es muy "tuscano" muchas especialidades l 9 cal. Las placas y los campos son hermosos, y bastante grandes. También tienen excelentes aceites de oliva locales. Vale la pena visitarlo.

19/07/2025: Local restaurant. Super fun vibe. Manager was very kind and everyone was happy. We asked for the half liter of wine and they brought out this huge bottle. When we tried to correct them, they said we drink what we want and then they'll charge. If we finished the bottle, hey free souvenir! Sadly, we didn't rise to the challenge, but we had plenty of wine and only paid 7 euros. The food was also very good and fresh!

04/07/2025: Piero treated us and served us super friendly. He put a highchair in front of us as soon as he saw us with the baby. The food is fantastic value for money, the menu has a lot of variety, and everything we ordered was spectacular. The portions were generous, and the waiters were lovely. If we return to Florence, we'll definitely come here again.

17/07/2025: Nach wie vor zauberhafte Kulisse. Kellnerinnen und Kellner sehr unprofessionell. Immer standen 2-3 Servicekräfte laut redend und lachend hinter uns. Als Gäste fühlten wir uns unwohl und in unserer Privatsphäre gestört. Wir fühlten uns ständig beobachtet, aber nicht gut betreut. Das Essen war diesmal leider nur durchschnittlich. Da Carpaccio um 19.00 Uhr vergriffen war, wurde allen Gästen Tatar angepriesen. Es war genießbar, aber nicht sehr schmackhaft. Alle weiteren Mahlzeiten waren ebenfalls enttäuschend, der Nachtisch eine Zumutung. Wieder fragten wir vergeblich nach unserem Wunschtisch, der angeblich reserviert war, aber den ganzen Abend unbesetzt blieb. Der Abend Im Badia Coltibuono war für uns eine große Enttäuschung . Unsere weite Anreise hat sich keinesfalls rentiert … im Gegenteil!! Nie wieder!

12/07/2025: Siamo stati lì portati da un amico che fa il karaoke, siamo arrivati verso le 2030, abbiamo ordinato, fino alle 2215 nn mi è arrivato la pasta al cinghiale, poi appena arrivata circa 30 grammi di pasta, porzione misera, dopo un altra ora il peposo immangiabile sapore disgustevole, l anatra vi farei vedere una cosa inspiegabile sapore brutto da schifo...mentre stavamo lì una tavolata di persino accanto a noi si sono lamentati per il mangiare e sono andati via, dopo un po' un altro a sedere a un altro tavolo si è lamentato e ha detto che nn ci tornava più, su 4 tavoli presenti quella sera tre tavoli sono rimasti scontenti, alla fine siamo andati a pagare e il padrone molto maleducato e splucito ci ha detto che gli dava noia che eravamo andati a pagare alla cassa ma che dovevamo restare al tavolo, qualche minuto prima abbiamo ordinato tre limoncelli e nn li ha portati e il cameriere ci ha detto che dovevamo andare a prenderli al bancone.....tutto strano sto posto nn ci torno più.....stasera hanno perso tre tavolate di persone.... E solo un tavolo rimasto contento perché erano del karaoke......consiglio di nn andare in quel posto

12/07/2025: We've been there on a quiet Tuesday evening. The Service was very good, even the Menue was in englisch and german. The Food was fresh and tasty, get some vegetarian food for my collegue was no Problem. The Restaurant itself is a bit hidden, but with a nice Interieur and a beautifull back Terrasse and small garden with lemon and grape trees. We had a great time and "la Mama" took good care of us. Next time, we will visit this place again.

03/08/2025: It's a shame they can only give it 5 stars... everything about this restaurant was amazing: friendly and helpful staff, generous dishes, quality ingredients, and beautifully presented by the cooking and the accompaniments. A lovely location, just steps from the square. If only more restaurants were like this!!! We'll definitely be back.
