16/06/2025: €60 for an appetizer and two first courses seems excessive to me. Especially without a menu and without a receipt. never again. pure improvisation.

15/06/2025: Informal location surrounded by greenery. What distinguishes this "restaurant" is the friendliness and conviviality of the owners and staff upon our arrival and the high quality of the food offered expertly prepared and presented. The quality of the dishes can be seen by the touch of the palate, from the aperitif with bruschetta with herbs and locally produced oil combined with a flavored white wine. A heavenly seafood appetizer, two shared first courses, one from land and one from sea, and a second course from sea. Delicate flavors combined with an Elban Vermentino. The Elban dessert "torta briaca" expertly prepared, combined with an Elban Aleatico sealed the end of the meal. The dinner was enlivened by a quality and delicate Jazz duo that accompanied the degustibus. An experience to try if you are a guest on Elba. And .... the icing on the cake, a fabulous location for the sunset over the sea....

25/07/2025: Deze zaak is volledig veranderd en serveert geen pizza's meer. Het is nu een enoteca en niet geschikt voor kinderen. Dit hadden ze wel even mogen aanpassen op Google en hier op Tripadvisor.

01/06/2025: Très bonnes pâtes à l'intérieur du marché, beaucoup de choix de pâtes ou de sauce. L'équipe est très bien organisée, il se passe 10 minutes entre la commande et la réception des plats. Coup de coeur pour les ravioles aux truffes sauce huile et parmesan. Point négatif : on mange debout

26/05/2025: Pedí un ravioli de setas de trufa y encontré un GUSANO en él. Se lo devolví al cajero que confirmó que era un gusano. Dijo que lo siento, pero era normal porque el plato tenía hongos. No me ofreció darme otra cosa ni devolverme mi dinero. Nunca he encontrado un gusano en ningún plato de setas que haya tenido en Italia o en cualquier otro país en el que haya estado. Estoy horrorizado. Hazte un favor y vete a otro sitio a por pasta. Por el precio, podrías ir a cualquier otro lugar para obtener mejor pasta sin encontrar un insecto en tu comida.

24/07/2025: The food is okay, nothing special, but the service is completely awful. While we were looking for a quick dinner, we stumbled upon this place online. We thought it was a restaurant based on Google's listing, but it turned out to be more of a nightclub/bar. They seated us without telling us it was the night with the DJ set, so after they served our food, we found ourselves stuck eating with horrible music blasting in our ears. We politely asked if they could turn the volume down a bit, since we were all uncomfortable and couldn't even hear each other at the table, but they told us they couldn't because Wednesday is the night of the DJ set. So, they'd rather make our ears bleed than reduce the infernal mess, which would have been enjoyable for the kids even if they'd turned the volume down a bit. We asked for the bill immediately while the waitress cleared the table and ran away, but after more than 20 interminable minutes, I had to go get it because the girl had disappeared. When I pointed out that no one had warned us the music would be that loud, she replied, "Well, we can't say everything. The console was set up anyway," looking at me like I was the idiot. Of course, because two adults walking in with a couple in their sixties asking for a table to eat must have come to hear the Montecatini DJ set by the kid who thinks he's the new David Guetta... how could I not think of that!! I'm convinced they didn't warn us in bad faith, and I bitterly regretted stopping by. Besides the poor service, I found the way they treat customers shameful. They ruined our evening, and we'll never set foot there again. There are much better places to dine in Montecatini.

21/07/2025: We tried this place on our first night in Montecatini and absolutely loved it. The charcuterie plate was legendary. The cheeses were delicious, and the desserts, especially the tiramisu, were fantastic. The friendly and helpful staff, and the prices were so reasonable, we decided to return in the coming days.

17/07/2025: Food was good, pretty well priced for Montalcino and quality was excellent. If you want a table on the terrace (which has excellent views), you cannot reserve in advance so would advice to arrive at opening if this is a priority for you

03/08/2025: It's a shame that a winning horse doesn't change. Unfortunately, the menu has changed. Many dishes have been removed. Game is completely absent. Little choice. Mediocre quality. Quantity barely adequate. Prices are ok.

28/07/2025: We've rarely eaten as well and affordably as here! Our family enjoyed four delicious pizzas and wonderful desserts—all for a price you could only dream of in the Netherlands. The waitress didn't speak English, and my Italian is minimal, but with her kindness and dedication, she still made it a wonderful evening. What hospitality! Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back! 🇮🇹🍕🍮

10/07/2025: Da Leonardo, dal 2017 ci andiamo ogni anno durante la nostra settimana di vacanza in Toscana. Ceniamo lì almeno 4 volte durante la settimana e ogni volta è una meraviglia. L’accoglienza calorosa, la generosità del padrone di casa, la qualità dei piatti rendono ogni visita un momento eccezionale, fuori dal tempo. Tutto è impeccabile, in un’atmosfera conviviale e sincera che fa di questo posto un indirizzo davvero speciale. Complimenti allo chef, che sa esaltare i buoni prodotti senza mai una nota stonata. È solo un piacere. Complimenti a tutti.

22/06/2025: Hemos comido aquí durante muchos años en nuestras vacaciones y como de costumbre todo es excelente incluso cuando no estás seguro de lo que has pedido. Muy recomendable para una experiencia típica toscana.

25/07/2025: €8 for a piña colada with about three fingers of drink and the rest of the glass foam, mostly without table service. At least the place is nice.

24/07/2025: The beach loungers are fine. We were able to order an extra lounger. This was brought by someone who coordinates the beach. They placed the lounger in the aisle behind our beds. I asked if it could also be placed between our beds. They agreed, but it wasn't very welcoming. Then he mumbled something about "Dutch people"... (I'm from Limburg, for goodness sake!! 😂) The beach bar is unpretentious and arrogant. I ordered a limoncello spritz and was given something that looked like artificial lemonade. It was incredibly sour. When I asked if there was actually limoncello in it, I was met with an indignant response. "Limoncello is sour," the bartender said. Other staff, and presumably management, stood there and took notice. Afterward, I wanted to order something to eat, but what looked like a manager or something similar signaled the bartender, and suddenly the kitchen was closed, and we could still get a salad. For the hefty €70.00 we spent here for a day, I don't think it's great. I'm not one to complain, but I thought this was a real shame and deserved a negative review. It's clearly noticeable that they don't like tourists and are doing too well for them. A missed opportunity.

11/06/2025: I went in with my husband for breakfast. We each chose a portion of a chocolate and hazelnut dessert thinking it would be excellent, but unfortunately it was practically inedible since both the cream and the pastry seemed to be made of rubber (probably not recently prepared). We left very disgusted. I hope it was a coincidence, but I will definitely not return.

31/05/2025: A wonderful cafe near the main street, great atmosphere, quiet. Friendly service, delicious coffee, affordable prices - what more could you want?! 😉
