I've been coming to Elba for over 30 years. This small, family-run restaurant is absolutely fantastic. They have great pizzas, spaghetti vongole, and fish stew – and the prices are much lower than elsewhere. I highly recommend it.

Excellent spaghetti with octopus, baked sea bass with potatoes, all excellent and fresh. Hot focaccia from the wood-fired oven. Nice chilled prosecco. Coffee and panna cotta €30 per person, excellent, very friendly. Thanks for everything.

12/05/2026: A very distinctive restaurant where the quality and deliciousness of the dishes are truly outstanding, a place where the culture of fresh fish is its true icon. I had never eaten CACIUCCO, being from Rome, and I must say it is truly a triumph of the sea. I also enjoyed the dishes of my other friends: spaghetti with clams and lemon, seafood parcels, squid ink rice, stuffed squid, which are breathtaking just by looking at them. Then there was the friendliness and courtesy of the staff, all exquisitely female... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
