The pan pizza was excellent, truly delicious. The superlative thing was the extreme punctuality. Reservation at 7:30, delivery at 7:31.

26/05/2026: The staff is super helpful and really quick to prepare the dishes. Absolute note for the meat and ingredients: you feel that the products are of very high quality, fresh and carefully chosen. A customer focus that I really appreciated. I will definitely be back!

23/05/2026: Prussiana Fiorentina was absolutely excellent: it melted in your mouth. Kind and welcoming staff. Excellent value for money. The coffee and liqueur offered were much appreciated.
