07/06/2026: There were four of us in Castelbuono for the flower festival. We booked at Cycas after reading the reviews. It's not our first time in Castelbuono, but we'd never been to this restaurant before. It was a perfect choice... We were greeted very warmly and guided through our choices. We ordered an appetizer for two, but we split it between the four of us, and I must say we were right because we enjoyed the rest of the meal that way. Then we had two first courses, two second courses, and finally two desserts. Everything was truly excellent. The price was commensurate with the quality. We'll be back.

04/11/2025: We went to Le Terme in July. We were told that it is Cefalù's bedt restaurant, and that's true. My partner had the spaghettone and a glass of white Grillo. Both were excellent. I had the risotto and the mackerel. Also very good. The place is great, the service flawless and the food is absolutely magnificent. I really recommend Le Terme. Top shelf cooking, absolutely stunning. (The photos don't look great because I took them at night.)

07/07/2026: A very chic restaurant with jazz music, a generous aperitif, excellent food, and a perfect tiramisu (I'm very picky about tiramisu). The service is impeccable, and the prices are very reasonable considering the level of quality. I highly recommend it.
07/07/2026: Honestly, it was flawless from start to finish! The cocktails were excellent, the dishes a real treat, and the desserts just as incredible. Everything was perfectly executed, both in terms of flavor and presentation.
The service was top-notch. It's truly a pleasure to be so warmly welcomed.
We had a fantastic evening and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it!

02/05/2026: Best meal in Palermo! Excellent service from fluent English server who provided food and wine recommendations that were spot on. Food was refined yet simple dishes that were bursting with flavors. Owner and his mom were working the bar and the kitchen. This area is a few blocks from the tourist joints and filled with happy and stylist young people.

25/06/2026: I was introduced to this restaurant and I'm thrilled! I got to try authentic, traditional Sicilian recipes, and the portions were so huge that I went home with leftovers. The wine is good, the waiters are very friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and typically Sicilian. A real treat that I recommend to anyone who enjoys discovering new flavors! Just so you know, it's very different from what you find in other restaurants, and in a very good way! I'll definitely be back 😁

13/06/2026: The entire table got food, but one person waited over an hour. The waiter ignored our request after asking for olive oil and food for one person, and we waited a very long time. The drinks tasted like weed, not to mention that Sex on the Beach and Sunrise Tequila looked and tasted the same.

02/06/2026: We came here on the recommendation of locals who said the pizza was excellent, but we won’t be coming back.
The ingredients were high-quality and the pizza tasted very good, but the crust was really dry.
We tried both the Roma pizza (thin crust) and the version they describe as having thick crusts like Neapolitan pizza, but it resembled Neapolitan pizza only in the height of the crusts, not in the texture or moisture content of the dough.
Overall, it’s a shame, because the ingredients used were very good.

17/07/2026: Wow! Arrived later than planned in Palermo and stayed local to our hotel - this place was incredible! Pizzas to die for, kids pasta was eaten by Dad and Mum and the wine and service were so good! The best part (for summer months) was the outdoor dining - felt very special and romantic plus it was full of locals!
27/06/2026: Pizzeria with excellent Apulian products, found by searching near my accommodation.
At the staff's recommendation, I ordered a "burrata bomba" and then a "Mudù gourmet" with a contemporary dough. Both were spectacular.
The owner and staff were very welcoming and kind, and I'd like to thank them.
I'll definitely visit them again next time I'm in Palermo.
